Glo,
    I'm pretty sure you can make that disk from within the program itself. 
The disk is necessary for restoring any images you make with the program, so 
the app is basically worthless as a full system recovery method without it. 
I don't have ATI installed right now, but I'll try to get to that over the 
weekend and see if I can give you some guidance in getting that disk burned.
