Do you actually mean "Contacts" or do you mean your addressbook? Outlook is very confusing as to why they use two different formats to keep the same information. "Contacts" is a separate folder and is located at C:\users\username\contacts. If not there they may have been deleted and can be recovered from the recycle bin. The hassles over keeping track of contacts and addressbook entries and keeping them synchronized and backed up or knowing which to use when is one reason I am seriously considering dumping it for something else (but NOT Thunderbird). Or maybe you backed up your entire system, they could be there. Nail How Outlook 2003 could have "lost" all my stored contacts? I am having to go back message by message and add people back in manually. It is a pain.
