I use MailWasher.  It does a very good job so far and it is free.  I get=
 *NO* spam, now, and, even though I practice safe computing, I didn't see=
 those results until I used MailWasher.  Do the search and check it out.=
  Worked for me.  Not a lot of extra effort, really.
