Seems I can't get to the freelist site to change my PCTechTalk option to
"digest " because I don't know the password? Since someone else was kind
enough to sign me up (and I'm not complaining about it either), would that
someone also provide me with the password so I can get to the freelist site
and change my mail options?

To set yourself to Digest only, send an email to:
pctechtalk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with the words 'set digest' in the subject field
To unsubscribe, send an email to:
pctechtalk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with the word 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field.
