I'm working on getting a server based home-networking in place.

I picked up a Compaq Proliant 3000 with dual 400 MHz processors, 512MB of
memory and 36GB over 4 9GB disks of storage for $65.

I know the things works, it's been hosting a very successful website up til
two months ago. And they erased the drives while I was there picking it up.

Anything I should be aware of on this machine that anyone knows, and what
about a preferred OS. I've got 2000, XP and 2003 Srvr to choose from (all
legal)

Dave
