This is a topic that frys my rear since I live less than 3 miles from a
refinery....we are only at 2.71 right now but with the snow melting and spring
- springing it will pass 3.oo soon.

Why would it be illegal--they have to pay someone to provide the service..
And $3.08 is peanuts.. out here it's up to $3.35 and I heard on news
somewhere it's $3.80--maybe Hawaii or somewhere. And none of the traffic is
even minding the price of gas.. they ALL go screaming by at over 70+ miles
an hour--I travel 60.

I had a shocking experience yesterday. Pulled up to Full Serve
Pump, and when I was handed back my credit card, I asked what
I had paid per gallon. $3.08! I almost fainted. She....yes, it was
a she, said they charge 30 cents more per gallon for Full Serve!
That has GOT to be illegal, don't you think?
