I have just been carrying out due diligence on the domain issue. A
technician named "Victor" was helping. It looks as if the news is more
encouraging... It went roughly like this:
Victor Underwood: I have noticed that you have renewed the domain
'modecideas.com' for 3 years. Currently, the renewal status is pending.
Your domain will be updated within 24 hours.
John Durham: That seems right. It seemed like a good way to reduce the
hassle of renewal.
Victor Underwood: Okay.
Victor Underwood: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
John Durham: Did you notice anything that would prevent domain
percolating properly?
Victor Underwood: There is no issue with the domain and website.
However, domain renewal will be completed within 24 hours.
John Durham: Then that will have to do. I look forward to resumption of
normal site traffic..
Victor Underwood: Sure.
Victor Underwood: Thank you for chatting with us. Please feel free to
contact us at any time. We are available 24x7.
Victor Underwood: Bye!
