[pchelpers] jumpy screen

My screen jumps and it seems it is confined only inside; i.e.,
Not my toolbar but screen below it - AOL news
Not AOL Mail 'framework' but opened emails within it
Not My Documents 'framework' but just the listings within it
This is extremely annoying and any suggestions would be most welcome.
