[pchelpers] audio problem

Help Please
I lost all of my sound. I can't play wav. files using. When I try to play a
wave file using WinAmp I get an error message
"MMSYSTEM004. The specified device is already in use. Wait until it is free,
then try again."
When I try to use Real One, there is no response, period.
What do I do to get my sound back?
