Simply EG, I didn't want it on my Windows PC. I seldom if ever use a word processor anymore and I am satisfied with my current one. I have tinkers with OpenOffice and it is on my Ubuntu PC, but I wont have a use for it there either. Abiword is easier to use and less resource intensive.
