Since there is a free program for editing frames, tell me some things that a
person might want edited (maybe there are more than what I can think of on
my own.)

Download a program (free) called virtual dub, it's great for editing frame
by frame, also if your format is MVI, it will convert to AVI. there is also
a program called TMPGEnc 2.5 that will convert files to mpeg.
