[pchelpers] AW: Update did not instal

I don't have much experience with Vista because I changed my laptop from Vista
to XP a long time ago.
But I am thinking - did you try to install it manually?
I went to a Vista forum and they said that error code means that a network
adapter at the server has failed.
Another person said to make sure the Windows Module Installer Service is
turned on.
Hope someone else has a more intelligent idea, I have a cold and cannot think
good today.

I have a problem and I wonder whether someone can help me.
This morning Microsoft downloaded quite a few updates. One of them did
not install. It is the one below:

As you can see, the installation failed. I cannot find what code 643
is all about and what I can do to instal this update. Can someone help
me please.
