[pchelpers] A member left because of too much clutter

I was just made aware that one of our valuable members left the list
because of too much email clutter. It was my understanding that he
thought my (and possible other people's) email signatures were too long.

Question: If there are a number of services to offer, isn't the email
signature one good place for them? Would you like to suggest other
approaches to this (so our members will not be unnecessarily offended)?
