Hello north & central GA Emergency Managers!
Beginning next week, NWS Peachtree City/Atlanta will host 4 virtual (basic)
spotter training classes open to our entire 96-county forecast area. Below are
the specific dates/times and individual registration links to share with as
many folks/groups in your county as possible. We hope that one of these classes
will fit your schedule and needs.
Class 1 - Tuesday, October 11 [6-8PM] / Registration link:

NOTE: All classes are the same presentation (different speakers) but each class

- Classes are free and will last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. They will
also be recorded.

Looking ahead... Following this Fall, as we go into our late Winter/early
Spring 2023 cycle of training, we hope to adapt to a mix of in-person and
virtual training classes, in addition to putting together an "Advanced" level
spotter training class. If you have any immediate questions, please let me know!
