Dear JCIO,
Below is an email originally sent to Chester Crown Court to inform the
judges there that these courts were participating in assisting crimes
against children.
The download link ( still active ) relates to some crucial parts of the
evidence and is stated why it is important in the email.
The evidence in that download only constitutes a tiny fraction of the
evidence for the defendant.
Judge Dutton confirmed that ALL of the defendants evidence was interfered
with by barristers, CPS, judges and that evidence was hidden, even though
it completely contradicts the prosecution case. Hard evidence by the
defendant that comes from the primary witnesses , whereas ALL of the
prosecution evidence is either sub judice from the Judge Pearce unfinished
trial, or is statements by those evidenced as abusing children and covering
up the abuse of children.
Judge Dutton is an interested party. His mistress Vanessa Whiting was the
woman in CWAC who organised him to get the position of Recorder. She is
also the woman who was one of the main instigators of the Queen's Bench
application to gag Tom Dobbie from reporting the cover up of these child
abuses that involved Cheshire West senior employees. So, judge Dutton had
agreed to an unlawful trial and found Tom Dobbie guilty on the hearsay of
the knobled barrister - no evidence, no jury, and all the child abusers
assisted and protected by a vile judicial wand that brings disgrace on the
judiciary.

Dear judges, I am bewildered as how so much child abuse and criminality
has paraded in front of judges and police and CPS and other aiuthorities in
Chester and in all cases, the authorities either ignore the crimes, or
assist in them by helping the criminals and criminally abusing the reporter
of the crimes.
To make life really simple, I have created one document for you; I can
hardly make it simpler.

Page 1 - One of the many parts of media that support how criminally
abusive Avril Dobbie was to the children and me. Plenty available as
evidence - and witnesses.
Page2 - An email by Avril Dobbie reporting herself to social services -
because she was scared her husband or children or neighbours would report
her abuses to police. She lost custody of Aurora in 2006 in the family
court with her presenting a huge amount of lies and perjury. Note; email
sent from DrRheology server - the company I created and that Avril Dobbie
and Ken Redman destroyed by stealing possession of the house where the
company was registered and located. Police assisted them.
Page3 - Social services responded in 2009 because I couldn't stand the
vioence and abuses the children and I were receiving by Avril Dobbie. These
are snippets from the report by Caroline Harley in 2009. I was acting as
primary carer to protect the children, or they would have been removed.
Full report available as evidence. Mum recommended to get mental health
help by social services.
Page4/5 - Mydaughter Aurora witnessed and reported numerous assaults and
abuses by her mum.
Page6 - Aurora has blogged since being very small. 17 of her blogs were
discovered to contain reports of assaults and abuses of the children by mum
and Ken Redman. Only the first blog is transcribed here. All and original
evidence is available.
Page7 - One page of a CAFCASS report where Aurora disclosed assaults and
abuses of the children. Note: mum holding her down and spitting on her face
and into her mouth. Hear Graham Dean's video evidence about him being sick
because he saw things like this and couldn't stop them.
Witness statements already with Cheshire police and videoed because they
said it was so serious. Then silence from police.
Page8 - Dad got custody of the children. CAFCASS recommend mum gets mental
health help.
Page9 - Part of hundreds of email evidence. This shows DI Nigel Parr
talked to social worker Helen Jones who said Aurora's blogs and other
reports contained no abuses.
Page10 - DI Nigel Parr says are there any professionals reports of the
abuses. He was sent the 2009 social services reports, the CAFCASS report
and then went silent. DI Nigel Parr confirms social services would not let
the abuses be investigated.
Page11 - One of the parts of evidence that shows Aurora was allowed to be
alone and unsupervised with a boy who mum knew had tried repeatedly to
sexually assault Aurora. Collectively the reports show a technical rape
that Avril Dobbie tried to hide. A neighbour reported the incident.
Page12 - Helen Jones social services report page 1. It starts in 2010 to
avoid the previous reports of Avril Dobbie's assaults and abuses. It
emphasises the supposed assault - and social services did this again and
again and again. An assault that Mr Dobbie was charged with BECAUSE CPS and
police never investigated ( in writing by PPS). The CHRONOLOGY document was
presented to all of the people involved in the case in April. By the trial
in Sep/Oct nobody had commented - other than me - about the cover up of the
assaults, the cover up of the sexualised incident, the cover up of reported
sexual abuses - and the CHRONOLOGY document was such a work of perjury, it
was removed from the court bundle.
However, full of lies and cover up, it was one of the documens used in an
ex parte hearing in front of judge Sanderson to act as fraud on the court
and steal the 100% equity of the house I solely paid for over 18 years.
Page13 - In the latest cases against Tom Dobbie, the CPS waxed lyrical to
judge Dutton about the terrible crimes of Mr Dobbie for reporting these
things that the police had investigated and found nothing. The CPS and
barrister for the defence told Mr Dobbie he had to plead guilty - in order
to hide this evidence. Much of the evidence was in the bundle judge Dutton
refused for the trial on 12 May 2017.
So, child abuses, crimes, corruption, abuse of police power, abuse of
process all on a staggering scale and parading up and down in front of all
three courts in Chester - while these courts either assist in the crimes or
ignore them.

Dear Dr Sandhu, I hope you are well.
I had asked Laura to pass a message on to you, but I'm not sure it got to
you, and I know she is on holiday, so I am repeating it here.
I don't want them to torture me any more, especially by increasing the
distress by putting me in prison in the same torture way as before. The
report by the 2hour psychiatrist hired by the courts is full of errors, and
I am fearful that they will use that report to justify torturing me yet
again. The prison environment , wrong meds and then CBT to try and
invalidate the truth of child abuses as evidenced by documents and
witnesses as well as myself is extremely vile and criminal.
Can you please write a very short and simple letter for me to take to the
court. I am simply asking that they should section me instead of sending me
to prison if they go ahead with covering up the abuses of my children and
punishing me for exposing it. .At least then, the torture level will not be
at the extreme levels I experienced before.
Can this letter be with me by Tuesday next week please.
I also confirm that a witness to all these crimes I am reporting that the
courts are trying to cover up will be attending with me on the next
appointment. However, I'm sure the court will want to stop that appointment
in their desperation to cover up the child abuses being reported.

I was an outpatient at Cherrybank in Ellesmere Port for a few years
under Dr Gaballa and CPN Lorraine Dougans.
I was admitted to Clatterbridge Brooklands Ward for about a month in
Sep(?) 2014for an assessment. I had a copy of the hospital report on me,
but have since lost it, and require another copy for legal proceedings to
defend myself against the police. As the patient, and as a litigant in
person, I am requesting a copy of the report to be collected by me either
from Cherrybank , or passed over to Dr Sandhu at the Countess of Chester (
Bowmere ) where I have an appointment with Dr Sandhu on 9th August 2017.
It is preferable if I can pick up the copy of the report sooner than the
9th, as I am in court on 11th August 2017 and will want to use this report
as evidence. Cherrybank is within walking distance for me and saves me the
bus fare to Chester
