Dear Tom, and others. I make no appology in stating that you have been kept in
the dark because I was in the same position as you. Also like you when I
realised the massive corruption I was enraged. I have got over the anger and
now fight back in a small way helping individuals who are abused by the state.
By making complaints against the police about Bernard Hogan Howe when he was
still in office I found that the protective machinary with which they surround
themselves is very efficient.
Last week I served an affidavit on a judge who has abused me. While doing so it
ocurred to me that the same process could be used against John Bercow, the
speaker of the house of commons. He has a duty to make sure that the commons
business is conducted lawfully. He obviously does not do that because
parliament ignores our constitution. The process is to get a sworn affidavit
served on a person detailing points that you wish to challenge them on. They
have a limited time to reply by sworn affidavit. If they do not reply, your
affidavit stands as an accepted truth which a court cannot change. So far I
have two people who are willing to serve similar affidavits. It needs many more
because there is safety in numbers. For the two who are willing to join me I
have two who decry what I do.
On of the top of my head affidavit might read.As you are speaker of the house
of commons you are my elected servant. I note that you have allowed many
debates in the house regarding leaving the EU. You must know that the original
joining of the EEC and subsequent treaties with the EU were against our
constitution and bill of rights, which summarised in modern language could
read. " It is against our constitution for anyone to give away our sovereignty
unless we have been defeated in a war" I have served this affidavit on you
requiring you to do your duty and comply with the rule of law. You are required
to respond in this urgent matter within 21 days.Should you noti mmediately
respond by conducting the business of the house according to our constitution,
I will sue you in our courts for £60 million which I will give £1 to each of
the 60 million people in this country each of which by you continuing to ignore
our constitution you have caused harm.
Tom, are you angry enough to take the time to send such an affidavit.You have
to write it out and take it to a solicitor or commissioner for oaths. He
doesn't need to read it, but he gets you to swear on the bible that you are
telling the truth and signs to that effect.Some don't charge. I pay £5. I'm
told some charge £50.
I would be quite willing for someone better qualified than I to take it over.
If this takes off and I get support I suggest we post on 27th December. JohnT

I was not aware that three chiefs sent these allegations to the Met
Commissioner or of his offer to resign and the Home Secretary's response. It is
not too late to re-open this case. Where can we find the evidence? This is the
sort of behaviour I am totally opposed too.

would not have done so had they not examined the evidence carefully. They sent
these crime complaints to Bernard Hogan Howe who submitted his resignation to
the Home Secretary Theresa May. She refused his resignation and protected him.
The crimes were not investigated.

Traitor. The good news is we are not in the EU as it is against our
Constitution and Laws to be so, So we can just tell the EU, 1. we will not be
paying them anymore money 2.Talk to us as equal partners about our future
relationship. 3. Call in Scotland yard to investigate where all the stolen EU
funds have gone, sack the fraudsters, better still, imprison them, and get the
money back or assets in lieu.
