Hello Steve, I happened on one of you videos and surmised that you lived in
Canada but was not sure. I have wide ranging interests which fill my time so
watching your type of video I find time consuming: I much prefer to read the
sort of thing you discuss. However I stayed with yours because your manner of
speaking, using argument without dramatic images or music, held my attention. I
went to your site to see the political subjects that you cover are many and
varied. Whilst my interests are as wide as yours I tend to confine my
activities to "the bottom line"
I am active locally helping people being unfairly targeted by the establishment
who use our police as foot soldiers to carry out their dirty work. I have 3
times stopped police breaking into property using our common law and as I
already indicated I do not pay council tax while some who cannot afford it go
unlawfully to prison. If you want to know more just ask.
My main reason for writing to you is your video on Brexit. This I consider a
'bottom line' matter because our politicians, controlled by the deep state,
took us into the then common market which was and is against our constitution,
briefly stated as, "it is unlawful to give away our sovereignty (control) to
another state unless we have been defeated in a war."
I have spent years trying to change this by writing to the many so called
Brexiteers who make lame excuses as to why they will not use their high
profiles to expose this. All our MPs know the law but ignore it either by
being blackmailed, bribed, or afraid.
On a local matter I am using an affidavit in an attempt to get a judge to treat
me according to law.
You may not know the law re affidavits so I reproduce it here. I believe the
same law applies in Canada. Jump to the highlighted paragraph if you do know
the law.
Affidavits are a way to solve legal disputes without going through the court
process. They're not foolproof, but going through the process is a similar
process that one goes through before going to court so that the time is not
wasted.
An aggrieved person states the cause of his complaint and who he is claiming
against and swears on oath before a commissioner for oaths, usually a
solicitor. This is served on the defendant who has a limited period to reply.
If there is no reply the facts stated in the affidavit become law. If there is
a reply it must be in the form of an affidavit because if any party has told a
lie it can be punished by imprisonment. There may be several affidavits going
back and forth until the matter is clarified and a possibly remedy agreed or
the matter can then go before a court. What is important here is the punishment
for lying is severe so that the usual weak excuses, given in normal
correspondence, will not work here. Each party has to tell the truth.
When I served the affidavit on the judge I realised that this process could
be used on our speaker of the house of commons. He has a duty to make sure that
the business of the house of commons should be conducted according to the laws
of the land and the rules of parliament. My thinking was that we could serve
affidavits on the speaker requiring him to rule in the Brexit debate and
require parliament to follow our constitution.
With the fact in my mind that David Kelly was murdered, because if his evidence
was accepted that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, then the
government would fall. I would not take this on as an individual because if the
wholesale give away of our sovereignty was exposed, then the government would
fall. I tried to get others to join me but only two on the Brexit and Patriots
lists would join me although I did receive help from those locally that I had
previously helped.
The comments below your videos appear to come from sensible people without the
usual 'I'm showing off remarks'. Would you first consider discussing my
proposal to see if you get any response from the UK; Perhaps by asking people
to comment below your video stating if they would be willing to serve an
affidavit on the speaker if 50 others would do so simultaneously on a
prearranged date.
In the UK this can be done by Email by adding the phrase, signed and served
electronically according to the civil procedure rules. Each of those who
express willingness should also be willing to exchange emails with the other
willing parties. I perhaps am clutching at straws but a video from yourself
would at least expose our unlawful parliament to more people. Sincerely JohnT
