Explains that where UK legislation differs from the European Convention of
human rights, Britain's judges are likely to side with the European legislation
because  they would not like to be challenged in the Strasbourg court.
I believe our human rights legislation skirts around the subject of
imprisonment for debt. Therefore if a British court threatens imprisonment for
debt the European legislation should be used to challenge it. It has already
worked in a British Court where a threatened imprisonment for non payment of a
fine was cancelled on appeal.
I am being chased for a 520 pound fine for common assault. I shall wait for the
summons to court to show why I should not be imprisoned and serve notice on the
court. Peter Gamble is a controlled puppet who held back my void order which
was addressed to the Magistrates Clerk who is qualified lawyer. JohnT
