This is what is going to bring the whole lot crashing down. I know the
identifies of paedophiles running 5 shops in the Maidstone Town Centre, and
shops where children visit too some outside the town centre.
I have asked Maidstone Police to send letters to all Maidstone parents letting
them know where paedophiles are living and working near them, what is good
enough for Toby Lee ie to write to half of Barming about him, is good enough
for the paedophiles too. I am still collecting signatures. I need an army of
people to descend on Maidstone tomorrow to get hundreds more signatures for our
petition to force the arrest of all on the Kent Operation Ore list, plus to
generate billions via the Proceeds of Crime Act for the NHS. If you cannot get
here then please start sharing stuff that I have posted on my facebook wall.

properties -working with the Maidstone County Court, Ward & Partners Estate

I write further to our meeting yesterday to update.
I handed over hundreds of signatures, 477 from the Maidstone area - the rest
from elsewhere. Pages 32 & 33 have been removed by person or persons unknown
from my home without my knowledge or my permission, likewise the 5 election
flyers that I had that were distributed in my area by Cllr Paul Cooper in the
KCC Elections in Maidstone South, have also gone - along with the entire list
of those Maidstone Town Centre Independent owners who signed up to be in my
Maidstone Town Centre Action Group, but I know who they all are and many have
signed the Petition that I handed in yesterday. I stopped signing up business
owners after 2 Town Centre business owners told us that there are paedophiles
running shops/businesses in the town centre. Given my stance re child
protection, I could be compromised. I am concerned that some who have actively
been supporting all that I have been doing have been targeted.
On the day of the Civic Parade there was a group of us collecting signatures ie
there was myself, there was Toby Lee, there was Karen & Emma Forward, there was
Amy Baker who is homeless - Karen Forward introduced me to Amy and asked me to
help her as she says that Amy has a heart of gold. Whilst in the town centre
that day Toby got a phone call from Del Irons who has 2 shops in Union Street
who wanted petitions taken to his shop. I was in Del's wife/partner's shop
yesterday morning - I was speaking to her about her experiences as a child as
she and her friend were sexually assaulted by a paedophile when Del came in
with their baby, their 6th child. Many are saying the same thing to me, they
want to know where the paedophiles re living and working in Maidstone for the
sake of their children. When I handed you the attached Petition yesterday I
also handed you a copy of what is on Toby Lee's Facebook (attached). I
currently have concerns about 5 shops in the town centre; on Sunday I decided
to let Maidstone Police know what I had been told again that day about who is
running 2 of these shops by a young father who owns 2 businesses in the Town
Centre. I know that Maidstone/Kent Police monitor my communications and so I
phoned Karen Forward who had been with me outside of the Muggleton when 2
business owners first told us that we have paedophiles running businesses in
the Town Centre; although Karen was supposed to come into town to meet me on
Sunday to hand over more signed petition sheets she did not turn up. In my
phone call to Karen/Kent Police I repeated what I had been told about the
convicted paedophile from Canterbury who has 2 businesses in the town centre
and named the businesses. This, I believe, is the best way to communicate with
Maidstone/Kent Police. When I walked past his shop in the Mall yesterday
afternoon he was not there sitting watching school children walk past as he
normally does, a good sign? Equally as one of his businesses is aimed at
children, I have concerns about hidden cameras in toilets.
I have not gone back as I said I would yesterday to collect signatures from
businesses in the Mall and elsewhere in the town yet so as to avoid being
questioned about what I have been told about where paedophiles are working in
the town centre. People get very upset when I tell them that I cannot tell
them as I might be arrested by the police for being a vigilante, they say "we
have children, we have the right to know". But I am sure that what I have been
told has been spread before now by work of mouth.
When we spoke yesterday I told you that I had just seen Amy Baker who is
homeless sitting at the corner of Jubilee Square and Gabriels Hill, and that I
wanted to make an Emergency Housing Referral for Amy due to the fact that her
health had further deteriorated from Friday when she was too ill to appear in
court. I followed your advice and I drew up a handwritten letter of authority

I also followed your advice and went to get another colour copy of the
signatures and the document that I gave you re Toby Lee; I went to find Amy en
route but she was not there and her partner, Bernie Kelly, said that she had
gone off to a Drug meeting and that I should bump into her on her way back via
Bank Street, but I did not see her or any of the homeless people on my way back
so I went down Gabriels Hill to Maidstone Police Station. I complained to the
woman on the counter about Amy's predicament, she said that she had just seen
here where I had seen her - there were also 2 other police officers standing
just yards away from where Amy was, when I was talking to her - I felt
intimidated by the way that one behaved.
I first learned about Amy Baker when I was walking around Shepway delivering
KCC Election flyers, I met a young Mum who is a Golding Homes tenant who was
concerned for Amy's welfare as she had seen her sleeping rough opposite her
home ie that Amy was sleeping on the steps of the church near the surgery in
Northumberland Road. This young Mum, whose name I know, complained to me about
her struggles with her young family, which included with Golding Homes as they
have asbestos and damp problems too.
When I first met Amy Baker on the day of the Civic Parade, she asked me if I
could help get her housing and so I suggested that she attended a meeting with
me at Morrisons with Sian, the Neighbourhood Adviser that had already been
scheduled with me and Mrs Allen. But Amy did not turn up. I heard no more from
Amy until last Thursday night when she called me on my mobile, she said that
she had not turned up to the meeting because she has had nothing but problems
since the civic parade, when she was helping me. Last Thursday night Amy told
me that she had not slept for 4 nights because she had been sexually assaulted
by a man with a foreign surname that I cannot spell, and that this man was
threatening to rape her. I arranged to meet Amy at 9am last Friday outside the
Probation Office in King Street, I got there at 9.03pm but Amy was running
late. So whilst waiting for Amy I went into Ward & Partners next door and
asked for the person responsible for money laundering, explaining the
paedophile connections to my money laundered property. I was told the lady's
name, I was asked the name of the property - I said "Little Caring Farm, Caring
Road, Leeds ME17 1TH" I gave my mobile phone number 0732 559 3731 and was told
that someone would call me, but no one did. As I left I said that I feel very
angry that my businesses and charities to help children were smashed up by a
ring that includes paedophiles and that Ward & Partners have been running
Children's Awards since they knowingly money laundered both of my properties,
including my Office Block in the name of the Patient Support Trust "Together
reducing the risks for patients and for children". My properties were money
laundered by the Maidstone County Court, aided by Ward & Partners and Lee
Holdaway of DCF UK Ltd in Bexhill, whose business is registered at Gibbons
Mannington whilst he lives a few doors away. Rother DC housed me as a
vulnerable homeless woman living in Bexhill as Maidstone BC refused to do so
repeatedly. I went into temporary accommodation in Bexhill before moving to
Burwash. Yesterday evening I was reading an article about DCF UK Ltd being
embroiled in an action in the Bankruptcy & Companies Court with the Maxwell
Brothers/sons of Robert Maxwell (article attached). I was astounded to see
that this small business in Bexhill, a one-man band, is now promoted by
Bloomberg in New York. Anyway I intend to make myself a party to this High
Court action as I have the evidence about DCF UK Ltd, Gibbons Mannigton, Ward &
Partners, the Alliance & Leicester and Rother DC - monies being withheld so
that I could not buy a home in Maidstone and so take part in the 2010 Maidstone
& Weald General Election standing against Helen Grant. I refused to sign off
money laundering and accept from the Alliance & Leicester a small percentage of
what the Alliance & Leicester owed me, but despite there being no Court of
Protection proceedings against me, the evil Jewish freemason closely connected
to the KM and Nigel Peck ie my daughter's Godmother, Briony Hadjidaniel nee
Hyams, told my daughter to sign the Alliance & Leicester paperwork on my behalf
as she is my next of kin and I am too mentally ill to make that decision. So
Briony persuaded my daughter to protect the money launderers, what was her fee
for doing that?
When Amy Baker and Bernie Kelly turned up I directed into the Probation Office
where we had a meeting with the Duty Probation Officer, Emily. I spoke on
behalf of Amy. Emily and a colleague that she phoned during the meeting
assured Amy that they would do their best to help her with her housing problem;
Emily then phoned the Maidstone Magistrates Court to say that we were on our
way and we were sorry for being late. When we got to the Maidstone Magistrates
Court there was a lady there who had got the phone call.
Amy and I sat outside the Maidstone Magistrates Court waiting to be called, her
stepfather from Wales arrived to support her. At circa 11am a man walked past
Maidstone Police Station and past where we were sitting and suddenly behaved in
an intimidating and bizarre way in front of us, he was arrogant and carried
waking towards Gabriel's Hill. Amy got upset because of this man, she said
"That the nonce, that's Jerry Dale who keeps following me around upsetting me
and my family". At that point I told Amy that we were going to go into
Maidstone Police Station, which is what we did. There was a man and a woman
sitting behind the counter, we went to the woman who knew Amy. We got an
incident reference re this Jerry Dale, CAD23-0451 Amy was delighted as she said
that this was the first time that she had got a reference. We then left the
police station. A relative arrived outside Maidstone Magistrates Court to
support Amy, he said his name was Simon Queen and that he lived in Lily Smith
House, he was disabled and walking with a stick. He complained that this Jerry
Dale had been in a fight with him on Maidstone bridge and that he was arrested
and not Jerry Dale and that the police then did their best to frame him via
false accusations that he had assaulted them which they put onto their body
camera as verbal complaints, but no visible sign. Mr Queen then complained to
me that since then Jerry Dale has been arrogantly committing more offences
against him and that Maidstone Police were due to see him at 10am on 9.6.2017
to interview him about his complaint, but they did not show up or ring to make
a further appointment. Mr Queen said that he is due to go on trial in 2 months
time re Jerry Dale. I then said to Mr Queen, I will come with you into
Maidstone Police Station whilst you ask for someone to listen to your complaint
about Jerry Dale; so we went in - this time the man was alone behind the
counter. I said nothing whilst Mr Queen spoke to him and instead read the
notices on the wall near the counter about the standards the public can expect
of Maidstone Police. This made me think about Maidstone Police telling me
inside Maidstone Police Station on 22.12.2003 that they knew who murdered Wendy
Knell, then I was transported off to Holloway Prison via the Maidstone
Magistrates Court where that night Briony Hadjidaniel tried to get me sectioned
after phoning Holloway Prison to tell the staff that I was suicidal; the first
I knew about it was when I was in a single cell on my own that night and a
warder burst in saying Briony has rung us saying that you are suicidal, and
then said we do not give a stuff if you are feeling suicidal - if that is what
you want to do - then do it. I was shocked as I was not feeling suicidal as I
thought that my children were being looked after by Briony and were in safe
hands. I could not phone my children as because of nuisance calls BT had put
on a withheld number caller bar but I could call Briony. Briony left my
children to spend Christmas Day alone in Little Caring Farm, at that time they
both took risks with their lives via cars as they were so distressed. Instead
Briony, Chris and their 2 daughters celebrated Christmas Day together in
London, why couldnt they take Christmas to my home? Briony brought my children
to visit me in Holloway Prison, they were so upset. Briony rang and emailed
all my friends to leave my children alone as she was the only one to have
contact with my children; so many who wanted to support my children were
excluded. After bringing my children to see me Briony came to visit me alone -
that is when she let me know that she had been waiting 30 years to destroy me.
I just did not see it coming, and I had entrusted my children to this evil
woman. I was taken to the Folkestone Magistrates Court where Briony & Chris
brought my children to hear it being said in open court that their mother is an
evil woman and that her abuser, Nigel Peck is a Pillar of the Community.
Briony & Chris did not tell them the truth about what they know about the evil
Peck. Helen Patey was at that hearing too, she passed a book to me "The
Brotherhood". Helen used to work in the Folkestone office of Tory Grandmaster,
Cllr John Bonomy JP who sat on the Folkstone Magistrates Bench with Nigel Peck
JP, convicted wife beater.
My solicitor, Jason Halsey, when at Hickman and Rose knew of my Chillenden
Murder problems and told me that I was going to be released from Holloway
Prison on the condition that I did not attend the listed Judicial Review
Hearing in the Royal Courts of Justice, and that if I did not obey this
instruction that Maidstone Police would arrest me again and send me back to
Holloway Prison; my children could not cope with any more malicious
imprisonment because of the unsolved murder of Wendy Knelll so I agreed to
sacrifice my life. The KM arrogantly and publicly showed that they were
directing my prosecution.
So there I was in Maidstone Police Station last Friday, which was the 30th
anniversary of the murder of Wendy Knell. The man in Maidstone Police Station
told Mr Queen to sit down and wait for an officer to see him; I sat down with
him for a few minutes but only to suggest that he asks if Jerry Dale is a
convicted paedophile. Then I left to go and support Amy. I have known for 16
years that when one of the convicted paedophiles imported into Kent via a Home
Office contract commits a crime eg 16 years ago raping one of our 8 year-old
girls in Herne Bay, then the strategy by Kent Police and doctors is to thwart
claims against Kent Police for mismanaging paedophiles - with this 8 year-old
girl they advised burying the trauma in the child, like a ticking time tomb -
no doubt so that this child could grow up damaged and prison fodder. I believe
that many of the crimes that Kent Police are refusing to record are committed
by paedophiles.
About 20 minutes after I had left Mr Queen in Maidstone Police Station I
noticed him and others outside Maidstone Police Station, so I went to see what
was going on. Mr Queen was saying that Maidstone Police were threatening to
arrest him and that he had been told "Yolande Kenward is a troublemaker".
I had been concerned from the moment of meeting Amy outside the Probation
Office that morning that she was not well enough to attend court. I sent texts
to Jamie Chaney who runs the Recovery Lodge in Teynham, near Sittingbourne
(07875 413111) asking him if he could take Amy if she passed an assessment.
Jamie said that he can take Amy Baker from 5th July 2017, and that he could
take Bernie Kelly 2 days later.
Outside the Maidstone Magistrates Court I started to question Amy as to what
she had done that she was going to be sentenced for - she was vague and thought
that it was 5 things, when it was 4 - all that she could remember was 2
offences to do with a man in the Debra Charity shop in Gabriels Hill whom she
described to me as she could not remember his name. She said that this man no
longer wanted her prosecuted or sentenced for anything as they had sorted their
differences between them. I went to Debra, the man - Luther, no longer works
there - but the Manager agreed with what Amy had said and then she signed my
Petition. I went back to the Magistrates Courts to see Amy, I asked what the
other offences are - but she could not really remember other than they are
Public Order offences. Whilst waiting around for what was going to happen to
Amy I read a notice in the Magistrates Court about witness intimidation, but I
did not know if Jerry Dale was part of the court proceedings, but I spoke to a
HMCTS employee who remembered me from years ago, he told me that he has
personally witnessed Maidstone Police picking on Amy Baker. It was a great
relief when circa 1pm the sentencing hearing was adjourned because of Amy not
being well enough to take part in the proceedings; Amy's solicitor was one who
had tried to help me in the past with the corruption in Maidstone Police; he
told Amy that she was probably going to prison if the hearing had proceeded,
Amy got distressed. This solicitor too has signed my Petition that you have.
When I left Amy last Friday she was going to see a doctor that afternoon, but
yesterday she told me that she did not go. I was shocked at the visible
deterioration in Amy's health since Friday.
Anyway, yesterday afternoon I left in Maidstone Police Station a copy of the
Letter of Authority for Amy to sign in case they saw her before I did. I also
left Toby's facebook posting + a handwritten letter of complaint to Maidstone

I then walked up Gabriels Hill stopping off to see the new Dad who is worried
sick about Maidstone's paedophile problem and showed him what I had handed in
to Maidstone Police Station, he then told me that Amy's brother is a friend of
his and that both he and his wife would like these homeless people housed and
given something useful to occupy their time. I agreed and went into Jubilee
Square to find Amy whom I had just phoned; I saw Simon Queen first who greeted
me by calling me a trouble maker, then I saw Amy kicking off re Bernie and then
running down an alley, I followed as did 2 Maidstone BC employees - one male
and one female - the female was comforting Amy whilst I was saying please sign
this - with encouragement from me and the female Maidstone BC employee she
signed it in the belief that what we all believed would happen ie that she
would get emergency accommodation that night would happen, but she insisted
that Bernie had to share her room.
I then went off to see the Maidstone BC Emergency Housing Officer, when I got
there there was only one who was already dealing with someone homeless - a
white, young, British male. I had to wait another 50 minutes whilst Sharon
Warren-Lee sorted out accommodation for this man in Chatham last night telling
him to come back today at 9.30am for a 10am appointment.
I spoke for Amy, she is vulnerable and at risk and needed immediate temporary
housing until 5th July and that both of the men who had been abusing her were
allegedly housed temporarily last Thursday from where she is still being
targeted by at least one of them. Sharon had my signed letter of authority.
Sharon told me that Amy is on the "Refuse" list, I asked what that was - she
said that she has been assessed as non-priority and that she is due to have an
assessment via phone at 11am today. I complained that she needed immediate
help; she told me to call Priority House to call an ambulance to get her
sectioned. I told her that I would not be doing that as I would not let a
vulnerable woman like Amy go anywhere near Priority House due to first
hand-knowledge as to the way that they mismanage drug addicts and people with
mental health problems. I asked to speak to the manager, but he was out of the
office until today - Mr Clifton.
It seemed to me that Maidstone BC now wants the NHS to pick up its housing
problem costs? If Maidstone Police could be persuaded to pursue crimes that
they do not want to pursue they would be funds.
I left Maidstone BC feeling that I had let Amy down, I went find her - it was
around 5pm, she was not there and so I phoned her. She said she was at her
Mums (where her 2 children live); I broke the bad news to her and she became
hysterical saying that she could not take anymore and would commit suicide. She
hung up on me and so I text her "She said you have to manage tonight and they
will phone you at 11am to assess you again to see to see if you are still
no-priority - I told her that no way was I going to phone the mental health
crisis team to get you a bed in Priority House tonight - sorry. That is 11am
tomorrow morning. The manager was out of the office and so I will email him
tonight."
How this woman is non-priority is a disgrace? Sexually assaulted whilst
sleeping on the streets, not sleeping whilst sleeping on the streets in case
she gets raped? Maidstone BC Housing should be ashamed of themselves.
Maidstone should feel ashamed of themselves.
I still have not sorted my sponsorship money that I raised for Making a
Difference to Maidstone's Easter event, but I propose to use it to pay for Amy
to have accommodation tonight instead of giving it to Amanda.
Lastly my daughter messaged me last night to have a go at me because of what
her husband, Matt Carter had been saying to her about me. For some reason last
night Matt was motivated to read one posting on my facebook wall ie the email
to Edward Iliffe yesterday morning, he wants it down. Who put him up to this?
I know that Matt leaves for work at 7.30am and after he has got home from work,
put the kids to bed and had his dinner it is very late and he is exhausted, but
last night he was reading my facebook wall. I could have said in yesterday's
email about Matt's Mum who nastily (when I was upset and in tears on the 20th
anniversary of the Chillenden Murders and turned for her for support for the
child, Emily, that I believed that I had lost via that Maidstone Police
cover-ups going back to 1980) said to me to get out of my children's lives and
stop harassing them "Yolande I am disgusted at the way you are harassing my
family and your own children. Please leave us all alone. I do not wish to have
any further communications, of any sort, with you Breda" . Transmitted by

My daughter messaged me last night at 20.16pm - she was very warm, friendly and
loving confirming that I will see her and my baby grandson as usual after lunch
today. At 22.38pm last night my daughter messaged me "Matt has just alerted
me to your facebook post earlier today" ... the message is telling what I have
to now if I want to continue to see my daughter and my grandchildren. I will
not be bullied. Surely Matt Carter has got better things today at 10pm on a
Monday evening than to stalk me on facebook? Matt made it abundantly clear
last year that he is 100% loyal to his father and that is why he got me
arrested.
When I was in Ryman's getting my second set of copies of the Petition an old
lady asked to sign my petition, she said that she came from Bearsted, and that
she had overheard what I had been saying to a Maidstone student hoping to
become a Children's Social Worker. This old lady said to me "Thank you for
caring, and for caring about Maidstone; this town has serious problems" .
This few words are all that I need to hear.
My concern now is that Amy will not pass an assessment to get her place at the
Recovery Lodge and that by the time she is in a fit state the place will have
been allocated elsewhere. My friend, Martin Putt, on whose behalf I made 2
emergency referrals to KCC Adult Social Services was in the Recovery Lodge and
I used to visit him there, which is how I got to know the set up and how I got
to know a decent mason, Jamie Chaney.
I sincerely hope that someone reading this will be motivated to do something
asap re Amy. Thank you.
I have an Amy Baker on my facebook, but not the same one - she fled Kent with
her daughter and her 18 year-old autistic brother to escape the mess that is
KCC Children's Services & KCC Adult Social Services.

when it comes to spending public money and making planning decisions. We
believe that council tax and business rates are too high, and that taxpayers'
money is being wasted in Maidstone. We will identify where public money can be
managed more efficiently. We expect Maidstone Police to pursue all
opportunities to generate revenue and to change their attitude of helping the
rich to get richer at the expense of the rest of us. We expect Maidstone
Police to change their attitude to our children today.
Please could you indicate which of the two petitions above you will be dropping
off on Monday?
Once you have dropped off the petition we will need to check the petition as
the constitution states that a petition must have the signatures of at least
100 residents of the borough on it before it can be considered by the Committee.
Question to the Committee
You have given notice that you wish to ask the following question at the
Committee meeting:
'Given the Grenfell Tower disaster involving Contractor Rydon (owner lives in
Kent) recklessly subcontracting to Harley Curtain Wall Ltd, now Harley Facades
Ltd (registered office in Kent for the past 16 years), is Golding Homes a fit
manager of housing in the borough, especially as Golding Homes has yet to deal
with the damp and asbestos problems with its tenants eg in Northumberland Road
- tenants with young families? Durham Close is a disgrace, so what motivated
Golding Homes to give a housing contract to Rydon last July to build homes in
Park Wood?'
I have submitted this question to the proper officer, according to the
procedure rules set out in the constitution. The Proper Officer has refused
your question under procedure rule 13 (a) as it is not a matter for which the
local authority has a responsibility. This is because Golding Homes is an
entirely separate organisation to the council. This question would need to be
directed to Golding Homes.
Presentation of the Maidstone Town Centre Action Plan's Neighbourhood Plan
Legally, we are not allowed to consider business other than that which is
specified on the committee's agenda. As there is nothing on the agenda about
Neighbourhood Planning, and Neighbourhood Planning is not within the Policy and
Resources Committee's terms of reference, you will not be able to present the
Neighbourhood Plan to the Policy and Resources Committee.
Our Spatial Policy team are not aware of a Neighbourhood Plan being prepared
