Subject: My email to Mr Iliffe & Mr Fordham
Dear Mr Iliffe
I was hoping to have heard from you following my email to you and to Mr Fordham
on Saturday night. After emailing you I phoned Kent Police at 10.34pm to
complain about the sale of the KM to yourselves due to what Kent Police already
know.
I went to sleep after phoning Kent Police but Kent Police phoned me back at
11.34pm on Saturday night giving me incident reference 29/1665 and saying that
they wanted to send a police officer around to see me, and asking me to call
them. Unfortunately I am currently extremely busy delivering election flyers
and so missed their call at 9.06am yesterday morning. But most extraordinary
the email that I sent you has completely disappeared from my hotmail account ie
it is not under "sent" or "deleted items" or "junk mail".
I have had a computer hacking problem for nearly 12 months when I was doing a
Brexit challenge and emails were only selectively getting through and if they
did get through some were edited. I am going to post this email on my facebook
account in case it disappears too. I read about your purchase of the KM in
Kent on Sunday late on Saturday night, the Leader of KCC (Paul Carter) is on
the Kent on Sunday Editorial Board. Kent on Sunday also decided to give zero
publicity to my Brexit challenge and needs to shut.
I attach an election flyer that was delivered around Maidstone yesterday.
I did a Brexit challenge last year (attached). I made sure that there were
very powerful interested parties to this Brexit challenge ie the Duke of Kent,
Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, the Leader of the Labour Party, the Head of Bowls
England, the Head of my Bank, HSBC et al. Therefore when 2 judges (Mr Justice
Ouseley) and Lord Justice Sales rejected my Brexit challenge as being "TOTALLY
WITHOUT MERIT" extremely powerful and influential people knew that my legal
action was the UK's biggest every miscarriage of justice.
My Chronology and numerous KM articles were included in my Brexit challenge,
some Daily Mail articles too due to their 26% stake in the KM and what happened
after I spent an hour at Chatham Police Station last October detailing my
complaints about the KM (market rigging) and Maidstone Police harassment since
2001. Those interested parties in my Brexit challenge know that the response of
Kent Police was to tip off the KM/Daily Mail due to an article that then
appeared in the Daily Mail protecting joint financial interests.
You can imagine my delight at learning that Theresa May was told to hold a Snap
General Election and that the owner of the KM was told to sell up. The KM
should have told its readers about the mass avoidable immigration going on via
Kent for years, and therefore the unnecessary burden on our council taxpayers.
My proposals are as follows:-
1 The Boorman family/Geraldine Allinson donates the equivalent of this
April's council tax increase to Maidstone BC.
2 The KM does a public apology to me and to the people of Maidstone asap
announcing the council tax donation
3 The Boorman family do an out-of-court settlement with me today; Paul
Carter and Nigel Peck too
4 We meet on Tuesday (tomorrow) to discuss the Editorial Policy of the KM
I am also uncertain as to whether or not Thursday's elections can proceed as
planned given the front page headlines of last Thursday's KM, the stupid games
that the Tory Mayor of Maidstone has been playing with me and the LibDem Leader
of MBC too. The voters need answers so that they can make an informed and
educated vote eg on council tax, the future of Adult Social Care, Kent Police &
£6.6bn. Postal votes have already been sent in by voters who have not had the
benefit of these answers being withheld by senior politicians.
Voters in Maidstone find it most extraordinary that my Brexit challenge was
never mentioned by any newspaper anywhere despite the Press Association, who
have an office at the Royal Courts of Justice, being an interested party and
having my complete case file.
I still think that we need a local referendum on council tax. There is a lot
of anger in Maidstone that we are paying London rates of council tax and higher
council tax than those living in Bromley. Moreover all our elected politicians
must have known this when they voted for council tax increases year after year,
and the KM too. I found out because I have been listening to voters whilst I
have been delivering my election flyers. I believe that all Maidstone BC's 54
elected politicians need to resign on mass today, out of respect.
We want fair elections in Maidstone, that means an educated and well-informed
voter - and so I have been educating voters via our local social media group
NextDoor. A lot of people do not buy the KM because of its previous editorial
stance, I only buy it to read between the lines and to see which of the KM's
cronies are currently getting favourable publicity in exchange for favours.
The KM interview last week of the incoming Sheriff was most amusing, especially
when a KM reporter asked for an opinion of the KM.
I am a humanitarian, I was born a humanitarian and I will never give up my aim
of a better Maidstone and a better Kent/UK for All.
I have no interest in phoning Kent Police given their appalling attitude to me
over the last 37 years, as far as I am concerned Kent Police need to refer
themselves immediately to the IPCC and need supervision and investigation by
the Met Police and the Serious Crime Agency. Again a public apology from the
Chief Constable of Kent and the Tory Kent Police Crime Commissioner is long
overdue.
