I write further to my email sent yesterday at 5.15pm.
Facebook first started giving me fake facebook bans/blocks on 27.6.2017 linked
to the Operation Ore list, and my email to the Court of Appeal on 24.5.2017
asking for a serous case review because 5 children died via the Manchester
bombing on 22.5.2017. Commercial liens are not what is needed here, the closure
of facebook is what is urgently needed for the protection of children who would
have committed suicide if they had had to endure what I had to endure via
facebook that led to suicidal feelings on 23.12.2017.
I have enough evidence of what has been going on since 22 died in Manchester on
22.5.2017 to get criminal proceedings started against Facebook. There are 2
Kent political groups which are effectively one and the same thing ie UKIP and
England Take Back Control who have become prolific in my group Justice for All
with their posts since the fake ban yesterday - which indeed they seem to have
had advance notice of, via the Aylesford friend request circa 2 weeks ago from
Robert M, a UKIP politician. These 2 groups are backed by UK traitors and
Operation Ore fat cats, who want us out of Europe for their own self-protection.
They are some who do not want to go on trial via the international criminal
court in the Hague.
Facebook's behaviour is an international disgrace ....... it deserves to be
exposed publicly and worldwide.
What did Facebook earn out of ensuring that lessons were not learned from the
Manchester bombings?

I did get a response from KCC Social Services re Lorna Sutton, which I am
grateful for and to which I will reply to fully today; I got a most unhelpful
response from Emma Dallas in the Medway County Court Family Section who seems
to believe that it is perfectly acceptable for those with influence on the
justice system to offer children in care back in exchange for hate crime
against me - with the protection of Facebook.
At 5.15pm yesterday I emailed the CEO of Facebook, Zuckerberg, querying the
motives of facebook in giving me a 3 day ban for simply posting Hoaxtead
Research's post yesterday morning on their wordpress website; I was merely
trying to protect the Hampstead children and to counteract the fake news that
facebook allows and the contempt of case re this case - bearing in mind that on
17.12.2017 I followed to the letter the instructions of KCC Social Services re
these Hampstead Children in Care videos on facebook in contempt of court orders
- I phoned Kent Police on 17.12.2017 to get CAD Ref 17-0788 which I then gave
to Shelagh Travers at KCC Social Services when she phoned me back, I then
followed her instructions and phoned the LB of Barnet EDT, Richard phoned me
asking for the facebook screenshots to be sent to edtteam@xxxxxxxxxxxxx (it is
a joint harrow/barnet team) which Richard confirmed receipt of and said he had
sent on (20.34pm on 17.12.2017). Why then are these children's videos still
circulating facebook?
We also still have Eugene Lukjanenko's child in the care of the Medway Council
still circulating facebook, in contempt of court? Why has this been allowed?
He has been in prison since 24.11.2017 for contempt?
Then we have GoFundMe who continue with the support of Facebook and Medway
Council to allow fund raising for Eugene Lukjanenko and Lorna Sutton? The
Eugene Lukjanenko Go Fund Me is endorsed by Brian Rothery in Ireland telling

Many thanks for your reply.
I am sure that it must have been extremely difficult for Eugene to cope with
Justin when he arrived in the UK when he was 3.5 years old, we have no idea
what Justin went through before that time, I told Eugene last year that some
of Justin's behavioural problems now could be to do with unresolved issues
before he came to live in the UK.
I agree that Eugene needs to face up to his problems instead of blaming others.
Re Medical Assessments, the Zimbabwean boy was sectioned to cover up for a
claim he had. For 4 years I ran the world's leading medical accident website
so I have a good grip on the medical establishment. Plus I was sectioned after
being diagnosed with delusional disorder for being a whistleblower about
freemasonry, doctors etc , this happened at the time that I was going to stand
as a prospective parliamentary candidate and expose grand rank mason, Ann
Widdecombe.MP.
I sincerely hope that you can help Eugene to be the parent that Justin needs
and deserves.

Dear Yolande,
Thank you for your detailed reply and for clarifying the grounds for your
scepticism about Eugene’s version of events.
It would appear that he has not been making things easy for either himself or
for Justin and has, perhaps naively and unwittingly, been playing into the
hands of the Great British Child Protection Machine. Forgive the euphemism – I
find UK child protection ideology appallingly punitive, a paranoid and
misanthropic belief system that encourages otherwise good people to do terrible
things if they happen to be social workers or police officers.
I’m not seeking to make excuses for Eugene but I think suddenly becoming the
sole carer of a three-and-a-half year old must have been an extraordinarily
difficult experience for him as well as for Justin. I wish he had felt more
able to be candid about leaving Justin unsupervised as a young child, a serious
error of judgment rather than an act of deliberate cruelty, I suspect, quite
possibly based on his own childhood experiences in Russia (as indeed his
assumptions about the role of the police seem to be).
But I fully agree that such absences amount to gaping holes in parental
responsibility - not at all safe and almost certainly experienced by Justin as
very frightening. By owning up to them, Eugene could at least begin a process
of constructive reform.
I must say that I do understand Eugene’s outrage at the appalling assessments
he has been subject to and by the absolutist approach of social services. But
it distresses me that he is also not helping his cause by butting heads with
them so relentlessly. He could gain a lot from therapeutic and supportive
interventions aimed at, as you put it so well, becoming the parent that Justin
needs and deserves. I hope he manages to pull back from the brink that he is
currently teetering so precariously on.
I wish you well with your important work with the Zimbabwean boy and his
mother, whose joint plight seems desperate. I hope they value and benefit from
your support and good-hearted friendship (in fact, I’m sure they do).

Why does Medway Council, Facebook & GoFundMe support this fraud?
Emma is aware of my previous detailed complaints about Tobe Hayden Leigh in
Maidstone et al being offered justice after wounding me with intent ie Tobe
Leigh expected to have his bankruptcy over-turned, and then his personal injury
claim to be found in his favour via the Maidstone County Court. Others have got
their children back which is what has motivated others to get close to me to
hurt me or just for total strangers to hurt me.
My strategy to stop on-going on-line hate crime since the banking crash and its
cover up has always been to make sure that anyone working with traitors - with
an influence on the justice system - is to make sure that they do not gain by
hurting me /others ie they are not "rewarded" with children back or justice or
money.
The Kent Messenger/KM's profits are only £400,000 so it will not take much to
put these traitors in the gutter where they belong. Billions of pounds of
public money has been wasted thanks to the KM. The KM's influence on the
Justice system was published in their Medway edition re myself re my fake
arrest and prosecution in 2003/04 to protect the 1996 Chillenden Murderer/the
1987 Trophy Murderer/the 1980 Sandling rapes and my attempted killer. My
husband still has a life policy on me that he wants to cash in. The KM
published decisions yet to be made in the Canterbury Court by me, by the CPS!
Disgraceful.
I paid business rates to Medway Council for years - Medway Council allowed
Royal Mail in Medway to interfere with my business and court mail for years to
help the KM-led campaign to put me out of business, to settle all my claims
against the KM and my husband, Nigel Peck, who married a KM Reporter illegally.
Mail from Master Basil Yoxall in the Royal Courts of Justice did not get to me
in Lordswood, Medway. Postmen would arrogantly tear up my mail in front of me
and discipline me for posting 20,000 letters a quarter to the business
community. I had to drive out of Kent to post these quarterly business
communications; they intercepted my Brexit challenge mail to the Royal Courts
of Justice and changed the contents of my recorded delivery mail to the Court
of Appeal who have the evidence! Apart from hackers blocking my emails to the
Cardiff Crown Court for the September 2017 trial of Maurice John Kirk, Medway
Royal Mail swung into action to "sit" on my guaranteed by 1pm next day witness
statement did not get to the Trial Court the next day but 4 days later! Tobe
Hayden Leigh and his mates hospitalised me in August and my doctors said that I
was too ill as a consequence to go to Maurice Kirk's trial to give witness
evidence. Some vile German woman, Sabine McNeil, kept me in the dark about
this vet's trial about harassment, fake psychiatric assessments and restraining
order breaches - all that has happened to me, and in the full knowledge that I
have been for many years a court approved expert on freemasonry ie I was paid
to give evidence and to travel from Carlisle to the Guildford Crown Court to
give evidence in R v Trevor Eley, who was found not guilty .... but Kent Police
went to visit him in Surrey to intimidate him to put defamatory garbage on the
internet about me, via his Afghan neighbour and with Fay Williams of Plymouth.
This was due to the Banking Crash cover-up. Trevor Eley was a witness to the
hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice Hearing on 10.6.2008 Yolande Lindridge
v Kent Police which should have set the record straight re the Banking crash -
others at that hearing include Maureen Spalek who has been persecuted since
then. From Plymouth came together Brian Gerrish of the UK Column and Ray Rees a
UKIP candidate who introduced me to Fay Williams who delivered the UK Column
for Gerrish, Gerrish was born in Medway - Gillingham.
2 days ago I wrote to HMP Swansea as I want to email Maurice Kirk aka the
Flying Vet and offer him free legal help to get him out of his 2 year prison
sentence to settle his outstanding financial claims, I suspect that some of his
problems arise to distract from me and what was going on with me over the
Banking crash.
As it can be seen, if Carlisle had not been doing "favours" for Ann Widdecombe
MP for Maidstone, the Maidstone-based KM and for Paul Carter et al - then my
application to the Carlisle Magistrates Court in April 2006 re the insolvent
Alliance & Leicester should have led alerts given to the Authorities here, in
the US and in the EU. The Alliance & Leicester was based in Leicester - there
is a Leicester woman, Hazel Derbyshire who is a facebook friend of both myself
and Maurice Kirk and is clearly not on our side at all.
Eugene Lukjanenko climbed onto the roof of Medway Council's Offices on 5.9.2017
from early in the morning as a distraction for LibDem John Hemming who had
offered him free legal help for a Judicial Review via his employees - Tim &
Julie Haines, McKenzie Friends working for his business, Justice for Families.
Tim Haines was egging on via facebook all day on 5.9.2017 Eugene Lukjanenko
whilst also posting about the news that broke in the national press that day
about his boss, John Hemming (Patron & Sponsor of the Association of McKenzie
Friends) ie that the lengthy police/CPS investigation into him via allegations
that he had raped her as a child linked to a church had not proceeded to
prosecution. Eugene Lukjanenko stayed on the Medway Council roof on 5.9.2017
until a gay LibDem travelled up from Hastings, "Lord" Brett McLean, then he got
off - "Lord" Brett - a self-employed photographer - tweeted all the way to
Medway that he was going to get Eugene off the roof and get him the support of
his mate, Amber Rudd his MP. On 6.9.2017 Lord Brett gave his report to Home
Secretary Amber Rudd, on 7.9.2017 Eugene Lukjanenko put up a defamatory hate
video about me on youtube, then set about getting total strangers on facebook
to run hate campaigns against me - aided by Medway's Matt Tidmarsh. Those with
a grudge against Labour were particularly highly motivated and so total
stranger, Donna Hopkinson from Hull, a vile all-in-wrestler - swung into action
via hate videos that started on the evening of 16.10.2017 (after Eugene and his
mates failed to get into see the Prime Minister earlier that day) - the script
that Hopkinson used was clearly given to her by the KM and their cronies - her
hate video (seen by 9,000) with threats of violence to me aged 65 was
accompanied on facebook with all that the the KM & Kent Police & Widdecombe &
the sisterhood did to me to cover-up for the avoidable run on the Northern Rock
and to stop me from standing in the 2010 General Election in Maidstone & Weald
against Widdecombe's successor from Carlisle. Widdecombe travelled to Carlisle
and offered the safe Tory seat of Maidstone to the Carlisle sisterhood, via a
Suspicious Activity Fax to the Judge Andrew Patience at the Maidstone Crown
Court I managed to get the 1st David Cameron A List candidate de-selected ie
Judith Pattison, but I did not stop Helen Grant (a Labour Party member) getting
the safe Conservative seat of Maidstone, a witness told me her selection was
rigged. Chris Bisco, then the MD of the Carlisle News & Star who defamed me in
an article about myself and Widdecombe, became the MD of the Maidstone Kent
Messenger. Housing contracts were awarded too. I did not stand in the 2010
General Election because Ann Widdecombe had ordered my arrest and prison.
Leaving the EU is about stopping legal action from the EU against UK traitors
who behaved irresponsibly; it is about help collapse the NHS from Maidstone -
aided by Brexit - the election was rigged from Kent.
William Timpson got onto my Brexit challenge interested party list because I
could not send emails from my home computers to the Royal Courts of Justice - I
started to use Rymans in Maidstone until the Greek owner intervened and stopped
me. Then I started to use Timpson's Snappysnaps shop in Maidstone, but the
email that I sent on 8.8.2016 took down half of his shops on the network - it
contained evidence about a Post Office worker and the Royal Mail interfering
with my legal request to re-run the Referendum.
On 5.5.2017 Eugene Lukjanenko climbed onto the roof of Edward Timpson MP's
home, he was egged on from Portsmouth by Kellie Cottam who was inciting attacks
on William Timpson's businesses based in Manchester, which Ed Timpson is not a
director of. Ed Timpson, a Remain MP, lost his seat in the General Election.
This action on 5.5.2017 was pre-planned going back to 2014 and involved RT in
Russia, and a documentary that was filmed in January 2015 in the UK and Ireland
"Forced Adoption UK" as part of this pre-planned event, Lukjanenko took steps
to ensure that this Thai child went back into care via Medway Council ie 3 days
after the release of this video he started making 999 calls - 3 of them to get
the boy removed. Medway Council owes this child in its care compensation and
so does the vile Lukjanenko.
A pregnant Kellie Cottam got herself arrested in August 2017 and her son
temporarily removed, it was a scam and she believed it would lead to the return
of her children adopted by the Mold Courts, but all that happened was that a
Hampshire Chief Inspector visited her at her home and offered her compensation.
On 6.11.2017 Esther Baker appealed the CPS decision re not prosecuting John
Hemming for child rape; on 6.11.2017 Kent Police arrested Eugene Lukjanenko for
his Medway Council protest but this led to a financial claim for wrongful
arrest. On 6.11.2017 Maidstone Police tracked me via my mobile as to where I
was having lunch in Maidstone ie upstairs in the Muggleton - and attempt a fake
arrest/sectioning via a London perfume seller who disappeared shortly after,
but failed - Maidstone Police did see that we were signing and witnessing a 40
page witness statement for them! I then went to see the perfume seller who gave
me a bag of free perfume - then I went into Lord Kalms Carphone warehouse and
told a man what I thought about him transferring a tracker onto my new mobile.
I then when into Rymans and the usual games went on with copying my witness
statement and scanning it on to my memory stick. I then proceeded to Maidstone
Police Station (where I had previously reported conspiracy to pervert re
Maurice Kirk's trial and the Royal Mail, but they laughed), I queued - ahead of
me was a couple who complained about fraud via Carphone Warehouse - so I
educated them that Carphone Warehouse put trackers on mobiles for Maidstone

me in June 2017 turned out to be working for Cllr Paul Carter and John Hemming
- her daughter was living with adopters in Ruckinge in Kent. Her Essex MP Eric
Pickles had presented a 10,000 petition for her to Parliament. Her daughter has
been adopted now and she has now made a hate video re myself. Gaffney brought 2
other Essex women to my Maidstone home for General Election support on 4.6.2017
after the Royal Mail had emailed me on 1.6.2017 refusing to deliver any of my
General Election flyers; Maidstone BC's returning officer and CEO refuses to
act on any election irregularities reported concerning the Royal Mail eg the
Polling Card I found in my road. The Royal Mail is 100% committed now - as it
was when I was in Lordswood - that the NHS will collapse from Maidstone/Kent
aided by themselves and my election flyer focused on saving the NHS and how it
could be saved. I have crime references eg SI/YY/4218/12 Maidstone Police re my
Lordswood Office block where there was no mortgage and I have never seen any
proceeds/money, but Kent Police's position is the same as it has been since
5.9.80 ie we will never properly investigate any crime that you report as they
want me to show "respect" to my abusers ie Peck and the KM. Their attitude is
"We are Maidstone Police, we are untouchable - so what if there are 1.9 million
victims via the avoidable run on the Northern Rock, aided by the Chief
Constable of Kent's solicitor". A person can join Kent Police as a PC at 18
and then still as a PC 8 years later aged 26 they will be earning £40,000 pa +
perks. They know that promotions are avoidable via favours for the KM and
their big business and Upper Class cronies - and that is what they want - I am
responsible for the promotion of bent coppers eg DC Chris Benson, protected by
the expensive white elephant that is Kent Police Professional Standards. If
Kent Police can frame me because I dared to expect that they arrest my Upper
Class rapist, a KM mason/crony - then no-one is safe from anyone that KM may
have a grudge against eg Fergus Wilson. Kent Police, under the KM, are an
international joke and disgrace. My visit to Chatham Police Station last year
to complain about the KM market rigging yet again (which is illegal) via their
KM Medway got nowhere - I complained about KM Medway headlines terrifying sick
patients to part with any money they had to see a GP privately at Spire
Alexandra - all that happened from that was that Kent Police tipped off the
KM/DMGT and then the Daily Mail produced a self-protective article. What do
Kent Police care about crime? When they retire early they will be given a lump
sum of circa £250,000 + a £35,000 per year pension and then be re-hired eg
Peter West, the bent freemason who helped frame me. Then they earn via the
KM/DMGT investment groups as do all the other masons running the Maidstone
public sector - their primary investment groups are obviously private
healthcare - a great scam! Earn mega bucks running NHS Hospitals but top up
by helping privatise the NHS by sabotaging the NHS! Years ago I was working as
a management consultant as the QEQM Hospital in Margate - there was a Hospital
Engineer there working as a Facilities Manager, he lived in Ruckinge. He had
previously been a Hospital Engineer at Benenden. A vacancy came up at Medway
Maritime NHS Hospital for a Facilities Director - this man was contacted by the
lead doctor at Beneden, a freemason, who told him to apply for the Medway NHS
job. This man I had psychometrically profiled and he is a people pleasing wimp
with no assertive skills, he was told to join the masons, but he did not. He
was asked for interview in Medway, but something came up and he did not make it
- he was told not to worry as he was always going through to the next round ...
etc ... the bottom line was that the job had been earmarked for him - he did
not join the masons, he did not turn up to the next interview - he lost his plc
company facilities manager job and he ended up as a lowly hospital engineer -
is this fair?
I believe that the NHS deserves and needs the very best, children deserve the
very best start they can get in life.
I am aware that the Medway Council Legal came to an arrangement with Cheshire
CPS whereby Eugene Lukjanenko got a non-custodial sentence for his antics on
Edward Timpson's roof whereby he terrified his wife and his young children ..

slagging off John Hemming whilst not mentioning that she had been delivering
election flyers for him in Birmingham. On 4.6.2017 she brought to my home 2
other Essex women - Debra Dudley and Abbey Shillito to help with election
flyers - their aim turned out to be to spend the night in my home eg in bedroom
that is also my office and to steal evidence that could lead to the arrest of
Cllr Paul Cooper. Debra Dudley was then visited by a Kent & Essex Police
Inspector offering her help with a fraud case - Abbey Shillito then got herself
sentenced in June 2017 to 28 days in Bronzefield Prison so that Eugene
Lukjanenko, Gary Roy Hilson and mates could make a video outside "Free Abbey
Shillito" that was then used by England Take Back Control. I never saw them
deliver any election flyers as I just dropped them off whilst I went to deliver
elsewhere but I do not know that on 5.5.2016 when they said that they had
delivered flyers this was impossible in the time that they had taken as I had
done this route 3 times before myself. I had never met Debra Dudley before
4.6.2017 and I had met Abbey Shillitto once before outside the Royal Courts of
Justice where RT were filming, Belinda McKenzie, Eugene Lukjanenko, & Matt
Tidmarsh were there too. When she was at my home Abbey Shillitto made no
mention of any court matters, but days later she messaged me and said that her
solicitor wanted a reference from me stating that she had been delivering
election flyers for me on 4.6.2017 and 5.6.2017 for court, but as there was no
letter in the post to me or by email from any solicitor asking me for anything,
I did nothing. Did this woman do a Eugene and get herself deliberately
arrested? Hate crime from all 3 of these Essex women followed almost
immediately after they had been at my Maidstone home.

Summary
There seems to be evidence suggesting that I have a Tory-LibDem problem. I
believe that Medway Council Legal have behaved irresponsibly towards me in
Maidstone, and towards Clare Douglas in Southampton, and towards Tracey Stanley
in Swindon, whom I legally represent in their adoption cases decided by Judge
Hess in the Portsmouth County Court.
I believe that this irresponsible behaviour led to Eugene Lukjanenko being free
to commit more crimes when he should have been imprisoned via the Chester
courts in September. I believe that Medway Legal's irresponsible behaviour led
to the Deputy Director of Children's Services, Ann Domeney, suffering avoidably
- Clare Douglas did behave irresponsibly when after Eugene Lukjanenko had been
imprisoned by the Canterbury Courts on 24.11.2017 she saw on his facebook Ms
Domeney's home address in Ruislip inciting more crimes against her following
Lukjanenko's visit to Ruislip on 19.11.2017 with the sole intention of getting
himself arrested and sent to prison. I believe that this decision was linked to
the fact that Sara Root had an action against Medway Council in the Royal
Courts of Justice on 22.11.2017, what followed was a joint article about Root &
Lukjanenko by Kent Echo (Kent Uni journalist students) who had targeted me
also, and Clare Douglas too with hate crime on 24.11.2017 including a vile joke
about her adopted child now being dead "hahaha".
This wholly irresponsible behaviour by Medway Council Legal has been going on
for some years around this Romanian-Russian Jew, Eugene Lukjanenko and the Thai
boy who came to Medway to live with him when he was 3.5 years old. Some could
say that there has been a conspiracy to defraud the Medway Council taxpayer?
Why was this Thai boy returned to this abusive man via a LAC Review, after
contact from a Russian-Latvian Jewish MEP, Tatjana Zdanoko MEP? Why did the
Medway County Court support this decision? What has happened to Lukjanenko's 4
properties? Has he gambled them away? Who cares about the little frightened boy
that he left alone whilst he took the train to London to gamble? Why did it
take from the ages of 7 to 9 years 9 months, and a fire, before this child left
alone whilst his man was in London, before he was taken into care? Weren't the
first reports to Medway Children's Services via Medway Maritime Hospital A&E
when the boy was newly arrived in the UK aged 3.5? Reports raising concerns at
the lack of relationship between this Thai boy and a Russian-Romanian man aged
48? I have seen the evidence myself re DNA, I was the lay legal adviser for
Clive Taylor-Sholl in his CSA case in the Maidstone Magistrates Courts - it
took 5 or 6 DNA tests before it was decided that he was the father of an adult
girl. Is this Thai child via a Thai prostitute any relation to Lukjanenko?
This child has been through so much, Medway Legal have done nothing to protect
this 15 year-old in their care from his photo being circulated around facebook
- why not? Medway Council and Eugene Lukjanenko both owe this child
compensation. I have reported fraud to Go Fund Me because Lukjanenko has been
raising money to fund hate crime ie to produce hate literature, posters and
banners - all to help stop him having to compensate the boy that he abused. The
responsible way forward would be to seize Lukjanenko's properties and put the
proceeds in trust for this abused child. From what I was told he has
therapeutic foster carers, a psychologist and a teacher, he is an intelligent
child attending Grammar School - he has had the worst of all starts in life - a
Trust Fund for his education and future is what he deserves.
I look forward to hearing your reply. My address was supplied to Medway
Council when I attended the 2 meetings there with Lorna Sutton on 27.11.2017,
lasting 3-4 hours - social workers know I have no have no mental health
problems.
Medway Council would appear to owe compensation to the Thai boy, to me, to
Clare Douglas and to Tracey Stanley. But if they can persuade Kent Police to
stop protecting the wealth of big businesses and the Upper Classes at the
expense of everyone else, then there could be billions coming in via actions
leading onto Proceeds of Crime recoveries ......
Adopting children to thwart financial claims against Tory-led LA's in Hampshire
for what happened to their Mums as children in their care - has got to be
heinous. We have some support for Clare Douglas in Southampton from Labour
Councillors but no support whatsoever for Tracey Stanley on the ground in
Swindon - what happened to these Mums as children is not their fault, and the
very least that local politicians can do is to visit them to help them with
paperwork.
I am sick of the social isolation and hate crime activities by those who want
to keep council tax artificially high, bring down the NHS from Maidstone,
wanting to rig elections and stop me from reforming child protection so that we
that no have to have legal and financial responsibility for lone asylum seeker
children arriving in Kent - and so that we do not continue to use fake
psychiatric and other court reports to keep children in care at the expense of
the tax payer.
I wish that the UKIP and Labour politicians in my Facebook group, Justice for
All, would actually do something!

Subject: Medway County Court 17.1.2018 Lorna Sutton v Medway County CJ Lazarus
My Brexit challenge & hate crime
Dear Ms Weaver
I am writing to advise that I am no longer Lorna Sutton's lay legal
adviser/McKenzie Friend due to concerns that have arisen in the last 7 days. I
will not be making any complaints to the HCPC about you, Amy Thompson and Ian
Sutherland as a consequence. I will be making complaints about Ann Domeney
instead due to the Eugene Lukjanenko mis-management situation linked to Brexit
challenge driven hate crime.
My relationship with Ms Sutton has irretrievably broken down due to issues over
trust and mutual respect:-
1 After I advised Ms Sutton on 21.12.2017 that I had emailed the HCPC
concerning my complaints she then advised me that she had recorded our meeting
at Medway Council's Offices on 27.11.2017 (I attach the messenger
screenshots). I am sorry, but I had no idea until then that she had done this.
It is not an action that I would ever have condoned.
2 On 22.12.2017 Ms Sutton sent me via facebook messenger defamatory
screenshots that caused me distress along with other things that were going on
that day and on 23.12.2017 - I broke down and wept for hours on 23.12.2017
feeling suicidal due to sustained bullying that started in March 2016 - "22
December" bullying is the long-established arrogant calling card of the KM/DMGT
and their cronies; including the thugs working for the Church of England to
cover-up for the freemason Desmond Tutu Child Protection, NHS & avoidable
immigration scandal. Tutu's PA emailed me to tell me to get lost. But my HCPC
complaints will continue to the HCPC about the 2 Social Workers involved in the
case of his illegitimate grandson. I attach a letter of 5.5.2016 that I wrote
to the Duke of Kent about these "religious hypocrites", the Tutu interviews
that I did are on youtube, including on 9.4.2016 when they were holding a peace
and mediation event whilst Tutu's grandson and his Mum were holed up in the
Zimbabwe embassy in London .....
3 On 25.12.2017 Ms Sutton advised me that on 23.12.2017 she had received a
letter from the Medway County Court listing a hearing on 17.1.2018, and that CJ
Lazarus had reviewed her statement and application and ordered a hearing
listed. Ms Sutton advised me that she would be legally represented at that
hearing by Richard Hoseason, a McKenzie Friend. I did not know that Ms Sutton
had done this.
4 A month ago I came across on facebook a Go Fund Me page set up by Lorna
Sutton on 15.11.2017 - I queried this with Ms Sutton but there was no mention
of Richard Hoseason - my concern then was around the £30 donation to her legal
fund by "Danette" as this person had been bullying me on facebook and I told
her that I believe that this person is my freemason rapist wife-battering,
stalker husband, against whom the Rochester Crown Court gave me a life-long
court protection order + penal notice against him and his agents on 5.8.80.
But this "Danette" was on the Go Fund Me page last night along with an update
clarifying the role of Richard Hoseason and the need for a Go Fund Me appeal.

5 As you can see from the messenger screenshots, Ms Sutton's SNP MP, Neil Gray
(ex-BBC), will be asking Ian Sutherland to attend the House of Commons in
January 2018 to explain Medway Council Children's Services attitude to Ms
Sutton, but I would also request that this meeting also seeks an explanation of
the attitude of Medway Council to me and to Brexit-related hate crime involving
Eugene Lukjanenko, whose Medway-based solicitor, James Carter is the brother of
Paul Carter, the Tory Leader of KCC who instructed Kent Police to harass me and
ask the Maidstone Community Health Team to section me, aided by the defamatory
warrant KCC obtained from the Maidstone Magistrates Court on 27.7.2016 - all
because of my Brexit challenge (attached). My Judicial Review of 15.7.2016 was
my 3rd attempt last year to get into the Supreme Court where I wanted to reform
child protection laws, and save the NHS and get healing for many. But my 2
children's cases used to do this was the Tutu case, and a case where a child
was adopted by Wesminster CC via fake psychiatric reports, and where 2 other
siblings must stay in care until they are 18 due to the same fake psychiatric
reports. We went at my suggestion to Belgravia Police Station on 1.6.2016 to
report a conspiracy to defraud a Mum of her children by Dr Lucja Kolkiewicz. We
were told to report it to the GMC, the GMC rejected the complaint and backed Dr
Kolkiewicz despite my getting psychologist, Dr Rainer Kurz to help the Mum who
had recorded her 2 psychiatric assessment with Dr Kolkiewicz. But the GMC is
committed to protecting the rights of its traditional Upper Class members to
profit at any price, whether it is via children or via the killing of patients
or the covering up of murders by the Upper Classes.
The Upper Class Tory Leader of KCC scored a bit of an own goal on 27.7.2016
when he instructed his legal team to go into the Maidstone Magistrates Court
that day to get a sectioning warrant to section me at will at any time up to
26.10.2016 (attached) as that afternoon I had been at the Village Hotel in
Maidstone, attending a West Kent CCG meeting chaired by doctors! There were
circa 20 GPs chairing the meeting, plus circa 30 others in the audience + Tony
Broderick JP and a KM reporter. I addressed the meeting, I mixed with the GP's
and I gave them all the attached flyer. Circa 50 GPs and no sign of mental
illness - a bit of an own goal for KCC's Paul Carter on 27.7.2016. Cllr
Carter's son is married to my daughter, my next of kin and she works as a
Family Group Conference Co-ordinator - and her KCC Children's Services Manager
was used to help persuade my 38 week pregnant daughter with no income and
totally financially dependent on the Carters, aided by a Pre-Nup that she had
to support her father-in-law with his plans for the NHS and children's legal
services ie he was privatising it on a 10 year contract and so needed a steady
supply of children. Also the Government had announced in November 2015 that
Maidstone's Kent Medical Campus was going to become an Enterprise Zone to aid
Cllr Carter's plans to collapse the NHS from Maidstone.
On Saturday 20.8.2016 it was decided to section both myself in Maidstone and
Jake Clarke in Hertfordshire (he was a distraction). I spent the day with
friends, I had just left my best friends home and got home at 6.30pm when an
ambulance turned up, the police let themselves in - I was handed the warrant,
my best friend turned up - and after a brief chat I was put into the ambulance
watched by my pregnant daughter who had become unwell because of the
manipulation started by Cllr Carter 44 months ago on 27.4.2014.
2 days later I was seen by an Egyptian living in Medway, Dr Abu Sayf - he had
Nurse Wendy Cooper with him; they had both been allocated to me because a few
months earlier a distraught young Mum on my ward, Boughton Ward, and separated
from her children had committed suicide (Natalie Gray, see attached). Dr
Abu-Sayf and Nurse Cooper were at risk of being struck off by the GMC and the
Nursing & Midwifery Council over Natalie Gray, so they did "favours". A
"miracle" happened there was a cover-up at Natalie's Inquest, which I attended
- they were not struck off and the NMC rejected my complaints re 3 nurses. The
Chief Coroner also refused to re-open an inquest into Mrs Eledwen Demain - life
is cheap in Maidstone. Nothing has been learned from Natalie Gray's death,
more have continued to die avoidably via KMPT. Nothing has been learned by the
faking of coroner's death certificates re MRSA - they are at it yet again!
Dr Aby Sayf questioned me on 22.8.2016 about my Brexit challenge - I spoke
about the practice of fake psychiatric reports being used to permanently
separate a parent and child. Dr Abu Sayf then said to me "You have lost all
mental capacity, I do not give my permission for your Brexit challenge to
continue". I walked out of the meeting in disgust. Yet another own goal for
Cllr Carter! The day before he ordered my sectioning I had spent the whole day
at the Royal Courts of Justice progressing my Brexit challenge via meetings,
where there was no sign that I was mentally ill. I appealed my sectioning on
arrival on 20.8.2016 and should have had a hearing within 7 days. On 23.8.2016
Bushra phoned me on my mobile wanting me to attend the Royal Courts of Justice
on either 24.8.2016 or 25.8.2016 to take my files from the Administrative Court
to the Court of Appeal. Dr Abu Sayf refused to give his permission or to
supply an escort, but a sectioned murderer on trial at the Maidstone Crown
Court was given an escort of 3 to leave KMPT 4 times to attend the Maidstone
Crown Court after he had murdered his girlfriend in Chatham.
The Tribunal was listed for 31.8.2016, so my mobile phone was confiscated, all
access to the patients phone was barred and all visitors were barred. My best
friend, Barbara, feared that I was about to disappear. Clare Douglas in
Southampton led an international campaign to get me out of Priority House in
Maidstone. Then the staff layed into me as I had to appear mentally ill when I
appeared before the Mental Health Tribunal. I sustained 2 head injuries, I was
forcibly injected as I repeatedly screamed "You are evil, you are evil" - a
girl gang of 5 women had grabbed me on 26.8.2016 - that night I saw the Duty
doctor twice and then he sent me to Maidstone NHS Hospital A&E where I pleaded
not to be returned to Boughton Ward, at that stage I knew nothing about Natalie
Gray's suicide, but having experienced both Dr Abu-Sayf and Nurse Wendy Cooper
and what goes on inside Priority House, I can fully understand why patents
commit suicide.
At the Tribunal both Dr Abu-Sayf and Nurse Cooper had filed in fake reports; I
had been forbidden by Dr Abu Sayf to have the paperwork needed to represent
myself; all witnesses and visitors were barred from giving witness evidence in
support of me eg Barbara Allen. Dr Abu Sayf told the Tribunal of 3 that he
wanted to keep me locked up and forcibly injected for 3-6 months on behalf of
the KM/DMGT and politicians. I produced a communication from the Leader of the
Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn MP thanking me for my communication. I produced a
copy of my list of "interested parties" to my Brexit challenge (attached); the
Judge looked at it as did the other 2 on the Tribunal and he ordered a copy for
the file. The Tribunal ordered my immediate release and discharge, but
Boughton Ward then took it upon themselves to phone my pregnant daughter (baby
due in 4 days) and tell her that the Tribunal (a judge, a psychiatrist and one
other) had made a mistake and discharged her dangerous mother. This happened
despite the staff having in their records that under no circumstances were they
to speak to my daughter about me. The next day I travelled to the Royal Courts
of Justice, my Court of Appeal casework manager was shocked at the state I was
in on 1.9.2016 and so gave me 14 days to recover from my avoidable KMPT
injuries. My sectioning admission papers state that I was sectioned because of
my challenge to the referendum.
In September 2016 I travelled to an Ashford Tribunal to represent Mr Dent
(details attached); I appeared before a Judge and a GP, again another own goal
for Cllr Carter, as I was not mentally ill. We won the DWP Tribunal against all
the odds due to what I said on behalf of Mr Dent and his benefits were then
restored.
But by that time I had paid for a Save the NHS flyer to be delivered to 40,000
Maidstone homes at the end of September/beginning of October via the Net
(attached). Cllr Carter persuaded his son/my son-in-law to have me arrested
for harassment by Maidstone Police who had been harassing me on the
instructions of Cllr Carter since 1.6.2016. I was arrested 5/6.10.2016 and in
police custody for 23 hours 59 minutes from 6.30pm in the evening - no sleep
due to the lights being on all night - eventually after 33 hours without sleep
I had to see a psychiatric nurse. Another own goal, Cllr Carter, as I had no
mental health problems. After 23 hours I was interviewed and then bailed after
having to first sign my first ever warning under the Harassment Act ie I was
not to attempt to solve the murder of Wendy Knell on 23.6.87 ever again - these
1987 Trophy Murders are linked to the 1996 Chillenden Murders and to unsolved
1980 Sandling rapes.
I then spent hundreds of pounds on legal actions as I knew that the whole
wrongful fake arrest was about getting me on bail so that Cllr Carter could
tell Maidstone Police to arrest me and imprison me via fake breach of bail
breaches, and then get me sectioned from there. I had been there before with
Tutu Ambassador, KM/DMGT & Express Reporter, Grand Rank Female Mason and MP for
Maidstone & The Weald, Ann Widdecombe. Widdecombe had ordered my arrest and
imprisonment to cover up for what I knew about the avoidable run on the
Northern Rock/the Banking Crash that implicated her, the KM/DMGT, the Express,
the Telegraph, Administrative Court solicitors and the Chief Constable of
Kent's solicitors. So I took no part in the 2010 General Election and the
Tories /LibDems regained control of the UK. After a visit to Chatham Police
Station last October where I reported the KM/DMGT and Maidstone police for
harassment going back to 2001 the malicious bail conditions were dropped.
There was still a determination to keep my daughter and I am my grandchildren
apart. On "22 December" 2016 (the KM owner had handed over to his daughter on
that date on 22.12.2005) 4 people rang my door bell, it was the Maidstone
Community Mental Health Team coming to do my first ever assessment under the
Mental Health Act coinciding with a KM online healthcare article. The
assessment lasted an hour, I was questioned me about my 2017 election plans,
then there was a pathetic attempt to undermine my view of the Duke of Kent.
Another own goal for the KM/DMGT & Cllr Carter who wanted me locked up for 3-6
months + injected.
Barbara Allen and I attended Albion Place in Maidstone on 23.12.2016 to find
out what had been going on the day before. Hannah Debenham explained that it is
KCC Policy that when I report a crime there is a partnership meeting of
Maidstone Police, Maidstone Community Mental Health Team and KCC all of whom
are in the Constituency of Ann Widdecombe's successor, Helen Grant MP from
Carlisle and a KM reporter. If Carlisle had not been doing favours for
Maidstone via the Carlisle Magistrates Court in April 2006 re the insolvent
Alliance & Leicester, then the run on the Northern Rock on 13.9.2007 may have
been avoided.
I fully understand the message that DJ Linda Burgess gave me in the Maidstone
County Court on 24.7.2001 in my multi-million pound medical accident claim
against BMI Healthcare "If we want you to lose, you will lose" (see my youtube
"What goes on in Maidstone"). The last stage was for me to be totally alone
and feeling suicidal on Christmas Day. Lorna Sutton delivered messages to me
on "22 December" 2017 and on Christmas Day that upset me, but I have had this
type of garbage going on for years. Back in 2001 £20,000 could be earned ...
last year Belinda McKenzie "earned" £2-300,000 by May 2016 via the Tutu
cover-up, and this year my best friend who had invited me to spend Christmas
with her in August had gone from my life in September when the solicitors run
by Paul Carter's Medway brother had sold her home after I had asked them for
£200,000 for her in compensation. My best friend and witness, whose cousin is
a carer for Cllr Carter's son and who works for Cllr Carter's wife looking
after my grandchildren, had quietly vanished. She did not tell me her address
after she moved and so for the first time ever I was all alone on Christmas Day.
6 I screenshot Ms Sutton's Go Fund Me request last night and read the update,
I now appreciate that this 15.11.2017 site launch was always intended to raise
money to finance Richard Hoseason. I had no idea of any court application
until 25.12.2017. I would not have signed the Medway Council meeting
attendance record as Ms Sutton's lay legal adviser/McKenzie Friend if I had
known that there were 2 of us legally advising Ms Sutton, as this is not
ethical. I attach Eugene Lukjanenko's Go Fund Me Account which stood at £880
until Medway Council succeeded in getting him sent to prison on 24.11.2017;
this Go Fund Me account is fraudulent and misrepresents - Jake Clarke who gave
£30 is vulnerable and he has been duped.
7 I have had no input at all into the communications that Ms Sutton has sent
to Amy Thompson, and I am therefore not responsible for any perceived offensive
change in tone of communication via Ms Sutton. Ms Sutton has shown me
communications after she has sent them, and communications that she has
received from Any Thompson. I have no idea whether or not anyone else helped
her to compiles these.
8 Ms Sutton has advised me that she is from a Kent freemason family, she
introduced me to her mother, a female mason on 27.11.2017. I used my meeting
notes on 27.11.2017 to debrief Ms Sutton's mother in her car, including the
date of the next meeting on 21.12.2017; my recommendation being to go to court
depending on the outcome of that meeting and that Ms Sutton's mother should
approach Medway Council about contact with her grandchildren - I was pleased to
hear that this contact took place last Friday.
9 Ms Sutton seems somewhat arrogant currently about her forthcoming court
hearing, the Medway County Court are already aware that those who use me and
then abuse me re court hearings behave in this way eg Tobe Hayden Leigh. The
KM's/Paul Carter's influence on the Kent Justice system is a public record -
has Ms Sutton been offered a deal? This nonsense all started with Fay Williams
in Plymouth in 2008.
10 Ms Sutton has since 7.11.2017 been a member of Matt Tidmarsh's fake
campaign group for child abuser, Russian-Romanian Jew Eugene Lukjanenko ie the
closed group "Family Protection Front Kent" which had been dormant since its
formation in 2014 ie 2days after the Association of McKenzie Friends launched 2
Russian child protection hoaxes ie one in Hampstead and one in Medway. I note
that Paul Dacre who has run the Daily Mail for 25 years went to school in
Hampstead whilst living in Enfield. His Sussex child abuser harasser, bully and
researcher - Yannis Emmanouel - has Sussex Police protection for hate crimes re
me and those who try to protect me. Is that because Paul Dacre owns a farm in
Sussex? The KM HQ is in Medway.
11 My Brexit challenge is still live. I believe that if my Brexit challenge
had been permitted to go all the way to the Supreme Court instead of Tutu
Ambassador Gina Millers (financed by DMGT/KM Jewish money), and the scandals
that I know about had been allowed to come out - then at least some of this
year-s terrorist attacks could have been averted. Our perception re the way
that we treat children would have been different and there would have been a
more balanced perception of Jews v Muslims via my scandals.
I reflected on the Manchester bombing on 22.5.2017 in which 5 children died. I
then emailed the Royal Courts of Justice asking for a Serious Case Review,
copying in Andy Burnham the Mayor of Birmingham and the Manchester safeguarding
board. All hell let loose and Maidstone Police were wanting to arrest me and
section me again, at the time when Cllr Carter had applied for a £5 million
grant from the Government (6.7.2017) to create 3,000 more private healthcare
jobs in Maidstone. There was no response from the Royal Courts of Justice, so
on 31.8.2017 (20th anniversary of Princess Diana's death) I attended the Royal
Courts of Justice and paid £255 to re-open my Brexit challenge and have a
serious case review. That must have upset Lord Leveson because on 19.9.2017 I
had a 2 year restraining order + penal notice, just as Mr Justice Ouseley had
given to Ann Widdecombe MP on 2.5.2008 to protect her et al re the Banking
Crash.
Protecting the reputation of South African Desmond Tutu and protecting the
LibDem vote in the LB of Sutton and in Kent via that scandal, was a factor in
decided to stuff my Brexit challenge. I understand that the Mum of the
illegitimate grandson had been embarrassing Desmond Tutu worldwide for years.
The Mum wanted the same freemason advantages for her son as the legitimate
descendants had been enjoying. At the time that the 15 year-old boy went into
care via the LB of Sutton he was a tourist on a visa transiting London,
stopping off on his way to South Africa to visit relatives in the UK - but at
that time in May 2015 there was a 15 year child maintenance arrears case in the
South African courts getting press coverage .... under South African law if
Trevor Tutu does not support his son then Desmond & Leah Tutu must instead;
they are not short of money as they came to London to collect the Templeton
prize. The South African case collapsed as the boy was spending 12 months
illegally in foster care in the UK. Via my Justice for All group I have been
trying to raise awareness of the plight of South African farmers being murdered
and properties torched - all round where Desmond Tutu is based. Genocide has
been going on there for years - both black and white farmers being murdered,
but the current focus is murdering boers.
On 30.10.2017 I joined in the World Wide protest to protect the white farmers
being murdered in the Western Cape in South Africa (Stand Together attached). I
have been emailing Lambeth Palace too. A South African founded a worldwide
church in Maidstone, Jubilee Church. I have a facebook friend in South Africa
who is a member of that church, his parents lost their farm and then could not
afford to bring him up. Dries Prinsloo says that Soros is behind the murder of
the farmers in South Africa and that this is connected to diamond mines and
their rights. Arron Banks who spear-headed the drive to leave the EU has most
of his wealth in South Africa via the Kimberley Diamond mines, his wife is
Russian. I also learned that Tutu had been in Kent when young, and that there
is a scandal re him and Dr Shaun Russell who was in South Africa. Dr Shaun
Russell's family were murdered in Chillenden, Kent on 8.9.96 when I was 8 years
into my year of office as Kent Businesswoman of the Year. OIC Dave Stevens
linked these murders to murders in 1987.
I believe that my South African barrister in the Rochester Crown Court on
5.8.80 - who is now Lord Hoffmann, made a mistake when all that he got for me
was a life-long court protection order + penal notice as my husband should have
been sent to Broadmoor. I know now that we are not legally divorced. It was a
member of Rochester Castle Lodge who first told me 16 years ago that my
freemason husband is believed to be the Chillenden Murderer. I went to see
Rochester Police who did not think that Michael Stone committed the murders and
they emailed Nackington Road Police to ask them to see me - I saw Ed Tingley.
This decent Rochester Castle mason had had his business - Money Movement Ltd in
Snodland smashed up by my Province of East Kent mason gang leader husband and
his cronies. Rochester Police kept filing incident reports with NCIS (now NCA)
that myself, my children, our 2 Golden Retrievers (just like the Russells had),
my Medway-based businesses and charities were under attack by a Province of
East Kent freemason gang, but that gang includes Maidstone Police so no one has
ever been arrested for any crimes.
South Africa has close links with Kent, there was a Provincial Secretary called
Peter Brooshooft. Netcare in South Africa got NHS contracts here. The
Accountant CEO of the Alliance & Leicester did not go to prison but received
honours and was on the board of South African Old Mutual. Due to my actions
here the GMC assisted takeover of Spire Healthcare (at a knockdown price) via
Dr Paterson by South African Mediclinic International did not happen, and the
takeover of BMI Healthcare did not go down the same route. I appreciate that
many are angry with me because all Maidstone GPs did not leave the NHS in April
2002 and start charging patients £55 per consultation, as per the Maidstone
Kent Messenger headlines of 8.6.2001. But half of Maidstone cannot afford to
pay for healthcare, aided by scare stories in the Kent Messenger.
Then we have the Australian connection, I believe that you are Australian, Ms
Weaver? As is KCC Tory Councillor Steve Manion in whose constituency the
Chillenden Murders took place (before he was elected). In 1980 my husband was
working as a Financial Adviser for the Australian Colonial Mutual Life, he was
also selling mortgages for the Alliance Building Society, HQ Brighton (which
went on to be the Alliance & Leicester). In 1994 Colonial Mutual Life moved
into their new Chatham, Medway HQ - 900 employees. 2 years later they were
gone, selling on to Winterthur Life. They vacated the UK and retreated back to
Australia where they had bought a bank in 1994 - by 2000 this old-established
business had disappeared. I was suspicious in 2011 when KCC Tory Councillor
Steve Mallion sent me a friend request via facebook.
Then we have Lord Ashcroft who founded Crimestoppers in 1988, who - from my
experience - work with police and psychiatrists to cover-up for Tory
vote-losing crimes - aided by BBC Crimewatch appeals. Medway's NSPCC is a joke
but the Tory Kent Police Crime Commissioner throws public money at this.
Yesterday I reported a number of doctors to the GMC, but I am under no
illusions - they discriminate too as their primary objective is protecting
their members and maximising their income via privatisation. There is a medical
accident horror story in every family, but 99.99% of medical accident victims
never get healed. I have reported Dr Abu Sayf the Medway Egyptian psychiatrist
working for KMPT who kept me under section last year - perhaps we can swap him
for the woman from Hull who has just been sent to prison in Egypt?
I also reported my GP, Dr Jackie Gaston - I have permanent lung damage thanks
to her "favours" in 2016.
I have reported psychiatrist Dr Philip Sugarman, who was the KMPT psychiatrist
who watched the BBC Crimewatch appeal on the 1st anniversary of the Chillenden
Murders and then phoned Kent Police to get his patient, Michael Stone arrested
- despite Michael Stone having an alibi in Maidstone on 8.7.96.
I have reported Dr Jonathan Goodman who was Maidstone NHS Hospital Director in
the 1980s when psychiatrist Dr Sherry and psychologist John Pinschoff engaged
in 1980 and 1987 crime cover-up activities. Dr Goodman directed my surgeon Miss
Henderson, at the BMI Somerfield Hospital to write more fake reports to cover
up why I nearly died in the BMI Somerfield Hospital in Maidstone on 14.2.2000.
My discharge record states "Yolande is mad". Hundreds and hundreds have tried
to break me mentally.
Ashford in Kent is twinned with Hopewell in Virginia, my husband's look-a-like
was flown in to Kent as part of the Chillenden Murder cover-up. I lost our
baby in the most cruel and heartless way in 1997, I call her "Emily" and she
and the death of Princess Diana on 31.8.97 motivated me onto my 20 year journey
to help children, and children and parents who are avoidably separated. I
wanted all children to have good role models. 2 years later a website came
down in Texas on 8.9.99 - 250,000 names worldwide - 7272 in the UK,Operation
Ore - these perverts used their credit cards monthly to pay to view such filth
as fathers raping children. There is a business network of 400 fat cats on
that list - including 5 media barons. In Kent they did a risk assessment as to
who was most likely to want to protect their children from them - it was me!!

"sub judice" problem from a Daily Mail publication on 6.4.2001, when they acted
to protect a black taxi driver in Bermuda re myself. Bermuda is like an annexe
of Maidstone, with Bermuda Police coming to Maidstone to get their training,
but there is an overt rich US paedophile tourist trade there and there is a
Bermudan woman who is in Matt Tidmarsh's Eugene Lukjanenko support group who
ignored an email that I sent her 10 days ago. Cllr Annabelle Backmore, Tory
Leader at Maidstone BC has acted as a councillor whilst living in Bermuda.

As part of the Hampstead distraction Jake Clarke was sectioned the same day as
me last year, both diagnosed with delusional disorder - the classic diagnosis
for all whistleblowers eg Dafydd Morgan, Carole Woods, me. A Virginian
reporter, Rupert Quantance was flown in and taken to see Jake Clarke in his
mental hospital. These vile Association of McKenzie Friends "sisters" assisted
the Virginian into a 9 month prison sentence. They have just done the same to
Maurice Kirk aka the Flying Vet, 2 years in Swansea Prison. They have been
working with the LB of Barnet to cover-up that a Virginian US citizen boy was
illegally adopted.
The LB of Barnet are responsible for the Hampstead case. On 17.12.2017 I
phoned KCC Social Services and then Kent Police about inappropriate youtube and
facebook videos re these abused children in care talking about sex. I got Kent
Police CAD reference 17-0788 and then Shelagh Travers of Kent & Medway
Children's Services said that she would speak to Kent Police based in her
office, she then advised me to contact the LB of Barnet EDT which I did and got
reference T1741077, and then Richard phoned me and asked for the screenshots
and then text me saying that they had gone to Harrow Legal, so why 11 days

44 months ago yesterday ex-Maidstone BC Tory Councillor, Sheena Williams, and
her Cumbrian mate teamed up with Cllr Paul Carter to upset my children via an
email that he showed them that Sunday. Sheena Williams had been exposing Paul
& James Carter's ownership of the Sittingbourne building where Kent Family
Mediation Services are based, that video has now been edited and that part
removed. At that time Sheena Williams was worried about being made homeless,
she still has her home but is now bankrupt.
44 years 8 months ago I was raped at knifepoint in Portsmouth, I turned to my
highly respected priest immediately - that was the start of 44 years 8 months
of rejection by priests and church goers whenever I turned to them for help.
Hypocrites. The behaviour of so-called Maidstone Church of England friends
from August 2015 towards me at the time that I get heavily involved in legally
assisting the mother of Desmond Tutu's grandson is disgraceful -doing favours

of England scandals are covered up - protect the Church's power base but at the

England/KCC's Children's Services scandal at Kendall House took up to 60 years
to surface. There is no way that I will ever willingly enter any church ever

No-one will act on my historic child sex abuse referral re KCC Children's
Services and the NYCPE Lingfield.
Clare Douglas and Tracey Stanley have suffered enough in having their children
forcibly adopted via Judge Hess in the Portsmouth County Court as a means to
settle all financial claims against the Local Authorities who mismanaged their
care as children. There were attempts to section both of these Mums - one in
Southampton and the other in Swindon on 26.11.2017 ie the day before I came to
our meeting at Medway Council 's offices with Lorna Sutton. Sussex Police
blocked me after I told them that in order to co-ordinate 4 police forces I
believed that the Sussex MP and Home Secretary, Amber Rudd, was being given my
emails. I have the evidence via emails of Home Secretary Theresa May's
involvement in the Tutu case on 5.8.2015.
I acted responsibly when on 13.10.2017 I sent an email alerting the authorities
that our Prime Minister should not be meeting child abuser Eugene Lukjanenko
and 4 of his vile cronies of abusers, hackers and kidnappers at 10 Downing
Street on 16.10.2017. Hate and revenge crime started that night - I was
threatened with violence, the following night both myself and Clare Douglas
were similarly threatened and Clare lost the baby that she was carrying to
protect my health from further deterioration. I reported the hacking groups
on facebook whereby those with kids removed pay hackers to find their address
so that they can abduct their child. I have give detailed information about
child trafficking rings ........but no action?
Summary
I have made 4 attempts to get into the Supreme Court, next month I will try
again where I hope that child protection laws can be overhauled whereby we no
longer have to take in foreign children, and whereby fake court reports are no
longer the bases of decisions in children's court cases. I have reduced life
expectancy due to what has been going on since March last year .... I am on a
mission for all children.
Medway Council Legal has behaved irresponsibly, I therefore request
compensation for myself, and for Clare Douglas and Tracey Stanley. I hope that
my youtube videos can be used to educate and help others.
Lorna Sutton's behaviour is a disappointment but not unexpected. This morning
I had a phone call from a Harrow solicitor, Palvi Thakerer, who wants to come
to see me for legal help. I refused. I have been helping her for 16 years
over her mother's medical accident, she like almost everyone else takes my free
help and is never there for me when I need help because of what I am doing for
the good of all. Lorna Sutton never bought me as much as a cup of tea. I have
moved on, but the time for offering children back via the courts, justice via
the courts eg bankruptcies and financial rewards for bullying/ hurting me must
end very soon.
My email to Paul Dacre of the Daily Mail today got through to Michael Stone's
Nottingham solicitor.
