I have had 2 attacks of laryngopasm today, one woke me up in the early hours
and then later this morning.
I really do not need the discriminatory attitude of Medway Council to racially
motivated Russian Jewish hate crime directed at me to continue for a moment
longer, to rig elections ie the referendum.
Yesterday was a difficult day for me remembering that my baby who was conceived
out of love 21 years earlier in the US, and taken from me in such a cruel way
and for the protection of evil. I cried again last night when I read the news
about the Holocaust Memorial as I want a memorial for "Emily" and for "Wendy"
and for "Megan" and for "Saffie - and for all who are avoidably separated from
their children.
This morning I received an email notification re someone else supporting Eugene
Lukjanenko's defamation of myself. He is accusing me of committing the crime
of denying the holocaust, there is more evidence of emails being hacked and
false documents being put together to undermine me. My late mother was Polish.

abortion clinic bonus scheme" She states that if she were still our MP she
would be tabling some pretty probing questions to Jeremy Hunt. Local LibDem,
Sir Nicholas Finn arrogantly told me that both the reputations of hypocrites
Ann Widdecombe and Desmond Tutu would remain in tact. 30 years ago Widdecombe
came to Maidstone, the town is now modelled on Russia and is a complete mess,
with Maidstone High Street being the No 1 crime hot spot in Kent. What a pity
that Ann Widdecombe did not act responsibly when I told her about infection
spreading for profit in Maidstone in 2001, or when her office received my
petition to wind up the Alliance & Leicester? Widdecombe's now on the payroll
of RT has been since the beginning of the year. The woman is a traitor and a

2002 - my position remains the same as it was 17 years ago when I published a
flyer "NHS v Private" ie NHS is safer for patients and children.
The NHS budget is the biggest in the world, everyone wants a slice. They are
not having a slice, it is our NHS and it will remain.

I miss my children and my grandchildren very much, so I understand how Ms

Dear Chief Constables of Kent & Essex Police
I am aware that Kent & Essex Police work together, with Kent taking the lead re
Serious Crime, and that Kent & Essex Children's Services work together and
between them they have the worst Children's & Adult Social Services anywhere in
the UK, but should the police be using public resources for political gain?
I spent nearly 2 hours this morning with my Speech and Language Therapist and
will be seeing her 2 weeks today, I have got problems because of my TIA in the
BMI Somerfield Hospital, Maidstone on 15.2.2000, and as doctors protect doctors
in Maidstone I have had inappropriate medical care since 15.2.2000. What I
thought was 2 TIAs on 15.6.2016 was 2 laryyngospasm attacks which made me feel
that I was about to die and triggered memories of when I felt the same in the
BMI Somerfield Hospital. I have been given a specific advise sheet to help me
with the next attack + a list of foods to avoid to stop me from coughing and
choking. My current condition is a combination of the 1st TIA, lung damage
/breathlessness and stress. I sustained lung damage as a consequence of Paul
Carter, Tory Leader of KCC, putting Maidstone Police and Maidstone Community
Mental Health team onto me when I had bronchitis which I caught whilst looking
after our granddaughter whilst her Mum/my daughter was at work for KCC
Children's Services. The bronchitis turned to pneumonia in June 2016 due to the
Carter motivated bullying and what had been going on in tandem at the Tory
freemason-run Loose Bowls Club from 5.5.2016 which was kicked off by Jane Hill,
the Ladies Captain and a known bully. On the men's side freemason Mark
Costelloe took the lead.
On 23.6.2016 I attended The Orchard Medical Practice to see Dr Jackie Gaston re
complications with pneumonia and PTSD that had been triggered 6 days earlier
with flashbacks to my violent husband. I asked Dr Gaston about 3 medical
records ie 19.2.2000. 2.5.80 and 4.9.80 but 2 had been removed from my records
but I managed to get one record circa 8 weeks later but access to my whole
medical records as requested mid-June 2016 has not been forth-coming, and I
lost my medical records when my home was illegally repossessed containing the
GP records obtained in 2001, the Maidstone NHS Hospital records etc. Dr Gaston
chose not to deal with my pneumonia problems but instead said she was phoning
the Maidstone Community Mental Health team, I fled in tears - details of which
are on youtube from 25.6.2017. I tried to de-register from my surgery on
23.6.2016 via handing in a handwritten note, but my GP would not let me go
elsewhere. I got antibiotics via my pharmacist once but my GP refused a second
time so I paid privately £75 to see a GP at Victoria Station because I had
reached the stage that I could barely walk as I had a urinary infection as
well. Eventually after I had wasted 11 days in Priority House - where I got a
phone call from my surgery saying that they were not to blame for my sectioning
- an urgent referral was made to Dr Husain's Lung Clinic at Maidstone Hospital
where it was found that my lung capacity had gone from 0 to ! on the WHO
scale, and I was prescribed a puffer. The Peggy Wood Charity bought lung
equipment for Maidstone Hospital that would have made it the No 1 NHS Hospital
in the UK, but those running the hospital mothballed it after its arrival had
been announced in the hospital magazine, Dr Husain's Researcher, Dr Leon de
Cruz the KM Hospital Hero of 2016 was driven out of Kent and now works in
Cardiff, from where he has been getting Cardiff University students to fund
raise to help Maidstone's patients. Babies , children and OAPs have died due
to the downgrading of our hospital, ready for privatisation.
In summary I was diagnosed as having complications now due to a mismanaged TIA
in the BMI Somerfield Hospital on 15.2.2000, I have complications because my
bronchitis was mismanaged and because of stress. I have a problem with the
right side of my mouth and with my speech, thanks to my caring doctors. I am
now being closely monitored re infections. I was not mentally ill when I was
admitted to Priority House on 20.8.2016, but 2 days later Dr Abu Sayf said to
me "you have lost all mental capacity, I do not give permission for your Brexit
challenge to continue". The Mental Capacity Act gives patients protection and
there is a new criminal offence of ill-treatment and wilful neglect of a person
who lacks capacity. 3 days after Dr Abu Sayf deemed that I had lost mental
capacity I had an avoidable head injury, which no one would allow me to see a
doctor over. 4 days after I had been deemed to have lost mental capacity I
asked Dr Abu Sayf if the GP from my surgery who had phoned me, an Egyptian who
knew him, had spoken to him. Dr Abu Sayf's response was to instruct 5 female
KMPT staff to remove my mobile, bar all visitors and all access to the
patient's phone - then they grabbed me and dragged me down the corridor to my
room with its solid cold floor - I was thrown on the ground and sustained
another head injury whilst I was forcibly injected so that I would appear ill
for the Mental Health Tribunal that they had avoidably and illegally delayed
from taking place with 7 days of arrival to 11 days. A duty doctor came first
to see me for my 1st head injury 24 hours later, but had to come back because I
was so unwell and my blood pressure had soared. I was then taken to Maidstone
Hospital A&E by taxi where i pleaded not to go back .....
The Speech and Language Therapist asked me for my medical history today, but I
had to tell her that in August 2001 when I accessed my GP medical records for
the first time, KMPT employees (both Jewish) had been doing KM "favours" with
my medical records in 1982 and in 1988, and so I have doubts as to whether or
not Marie South's Registrar telling me in Maidstone Hospital after my
lumpectomy on 20.8.90 (the 10th anniversary of the 1st KM contempt of court
article on my late Mum's birthday) if I ever had breast cancer at all or
whether this was another KM favour? I was put on tamoxifen whose increasing
toxic effects gave me a drug-induced anti-social personality disorder which led
to me having to have a MRI scan in 1994. Was what happened to me on Valentines
Day 2000 a "favour"? I do not know, but I do know that carnal knowledge
without consent took place, and what happened to me is what lead to my
life-long court protection order on 5.8.80 ie death threats in front of a
witness "I will kill you etc

Whitehead Monckton represented YAL and appointed a
barrister, Mr Hoffmann.
There was no power of arrest with the protection order
and Peck had nothing but contempt for the order. If Peck had not been the heir
to his Grandfather’s Trust Fund with powerful connections, would he have been
sectioned or imprisoned?
8.8.80 Maidstone County Court sitting in the Rochester Crown Court
on 5.8.80 had given Nigel Peck 3 days ie until 8.8.80 to remove his collection
of insecure weapons eg shot-gun, dagger, cross-bow etc from the marital home
but all he did was to move the weapons from the marital home and place them in
the boot of his Colonial Green Company Car in the integral garage. A Court
Order/piece of paper is insufficient to contain the behaviour of a violent
psychopath (see SI/cz/119/03 file which contains the paperwork of the Hearing
on 5.8.80).
Nigel Peck never showed any intention of complying with the Court Order; the
impact of the Court Order was only to change the way that he inflicted abuse.
Nigel Peck has no respect for the law, he lives life by his own set of rules.

by Maidstone Police so that he could have a high profile trial, be found not
guilty and then given compensation via the RCJ. Tobe Leigh is directly
implicated in wounding me with intent.
So we have Kent & Essex + the Daily Mail/KM preparing for 2 politicians to
stand in the elections, indeed Misty Barnes did in 2015 and in the video of him
outside of Thurrock Council today with Kayleigh Marie Morgan from Bridgend he
says that he has met Theresa May twice. Adam Lloyd aka Adam Cheltz and Misty
Barnes both recently got publicity via Newsquest following their support of
hate crime against me. So we have England Take Back Control outside Thurrock
Council today and also in Crawley (see attached). Dave Witcher in Maidstone
was one of the 2 people who shared the Misty/Kayleigh/Thurrock post - there was
an Indian woman there - Neelu Berry aka Ved Chaudheri? Neelu Berry & Tobe
Leigh were involved in Facebook publicity stunts earlier this year involving
Kent & Essex Police. Neelu Berry's mate, Tracey Morris is on bail, and is
planning to break that bail on Thursday in a blaze of publicity. It is all a
big hoax.
What is more serious is today's Daily Mail article re a HSBC Banker in New
York, found guilty of market rigging, when Kent Police market rig for the Daily
Mail/KM? What is Maidstone Police's cut? We had Maidstone Police market
rigging via cz/8533/01 to make a £6.6 billion profit (Europe's largest) via
defrauding me, defrauding the NHS and organised crime. Then last October we
have more market rigging by the KM/Daily Mail, I go to Chatham Police Station
it gets passed back to Maidstone who tip off the KM/Daily Mail. We have Kent
Police deciding with the KM/Daily Mail/Daily Express about who should go down
via a Banking crash ie the Northern Rock et al, whilst their preferred banks -
the Alliance & Leicester and Santander - who have done favours for the KM/Kent
Police get saved! Then we have Richard Pym getting a knighthood (+ a Old Mutual
Directorship in South Africa) instead of going on trial like the HSBC Banker.
In today's Daily Mail they have reported that Gina Miller, Brexit challenger
and Tutu UK Ambassador is the UK's most influential black woman, albeit from
British Guyana (but then they financed her Brexit challenge via the Jewish CEO
of one of their plc companies).

Dear Chief Constable of Essex, Lead Chief Constable re Digital Crime
I have been doing everything that anyone could be expected to do to protect
myself and to stop hate crime and bullying because I am a witness to crimes
committed by powerful people.
The European MEP responsible for Justice called a Press Conference in Brussels
last month with Facebook at which she announced that she was deleting her
facebook account due to Facebook's refusal to deal with bullying and hate crime
targeting her. I run a Justice for All group on facebook and I have hopes of
becoming a Justice Minister if I join Labour and stand in the next General
Election or By-Election.
This morning I found that Facebook had imposed on me a 24 hour ban on posting
one of my 2 facebook accounts ie Yolande Gordon, at the request of England Take
Back Control Members/supporters ie on a post by Kayleigh Marie Morgan and
Samantha Jane Richards. I found what Richards had posted publicly about me ie
an animated photo of a mad deranged woman to be upsetting, she was still
posting at 2.14pm yesterday and so I replied to try to persuade he to stop and
to remove the offending picture. I have screenshot the post and facebook's
response, but I could not copy the animated picture.
This my 2nd 24 hour ban - there was an earlier one on my Yolande Kenward
facebook account, this was triggered by Debra Dudley of Essex who messaged me
gloating that she had got my email to the owner of the KM removed from facebook
and me banned, she referred to Abbey Shillitto of Essex being in Bronzefield
Prison and that she was now going to get Justice for rigging my Maidstone &
Weald General Election chances, and had had a visit from a Kent & Essex
Inspector to help her with solving her crimes.
3 women came from Essex - Becky Gaffney bringing Debra Dudley and Abbey
Shilitto to my home the weekend before the General Election, but they were
there for the wrong reasons and Becky Gaffney was hoping to get her daughter
living with adopters in Ruckinge handed back if she engaged in hate crime
against me, she had already had the support of her Tory MP, Eric Pickles in
Parliament and LibDem John Hemming. 2 of these women slept in my home where my
laptop and paperwork is kept, after they had gone paperwork had gone that
should have led to the arrest of the successful Tory candidate in the Maidstone
South KCC Elections ie Paul Cooper, who later emailed me that he was going to
get me arrested by Maidstone Police and get me sectioned. The KM/Kent Police
rig elections for the Tories for many years.
Facebook has no problem with any hate crime committed against me or Clare
Douglas or anyone trying to protect my health. I have an urgent medical
appointment at 10.30am this morning because of the adverse impact on my health
arising from 2 complete strangers - Donna Hopkinson and Kayleigh Morgan's 2
hate videos on Monday and Tuesday last week. These videos have evidence of
hacking as there are referrals to confidential information concerning Clare
Douglas's Portsmouth County Court case. Moreover my son and his 7 month
pregnant wife were also targeted at the same time with their Maidstone address
put online.
Samantha Jane Richards accused me last week of being a Children's Services
"grass", but at that time I had only emailed Medway Council Children's Services
to ask them to write to Eugene Lukjanenko to get him to leave me alone, and to
leave alone Lorna Sutton who I am legally assisting. I had also contacted KCC
Children's Services about my son-in-law's inappropriate parenting that myself
and 2 others had witnessed, but he is Cllr Carter's son and so nothing was
done, and nothing was done about 2 children that needed a safe guarding check
due to what I witnessed re 2 children on a 89 bus in Maidstone on 29.6.2017.
That is my full history of being a "grass" is trying to stop hate crime and
trying to do what is right for 3 children.
Steve Uncles phoned me last night to speak to me about Graham Moore, the leader
of England Take Back Control. Mr Uncles looked as we were speaking to look at
the post of "evidence" that Donna Hopkinson had put up with her hate video eg
the KM online article of what the KM/Kent Police/KM & Express Reporter
Widdecombe MP did to me to cover up for the avoidable run on the Northern Rock.
Steve Uncles first phoned me at circa 18.40pm last night, we were still on the
phone when the harassing nuisance calls started at 19.23pm on my mobile from
01622 777300, which I later found via a google search is a Kent Police number.
Steve went off to have his tea, but then I started to feel unwell and so I did
not answer a call from Clare Douglas on my mobile at 19.39pm last night but
phoned her 8 minutes later, we were on the phone talking for 1 hour 9 minutes,
during which time we heard my landline ringing more than once, I told Clare
that it would be Kent Police harassing me and that I had clearly told them last
Friday night never to contact me again unless it is to leave a message on my
answer machine that they have arrested at least one of the many people who have
committed crimes against me since 1980. At 22.15pm last night I want down to
my kitchen to get a drink and notice there was a call on my answer machine, I
hoped that it was Kent Police with good news, but it was a with-held number at
20.10pm from a man who I now know was impersonating a Kent Police officer, just
as Shane Brannigan did when engaging in facebook hate crime against me in July,
which a Maidstone PC investigated and said nothing could be done about or stop.
The call on my answer machine was from a man at 20.19pm saying that he was
phoning from Medway Police Station on behalf of Eugene Lukjanenko to tell me to
remove immediately online postings re him being connected to a paedophile
ring". At 22.17pm I phoned Clare Douglas, I was really upset and she advised
me not to phone Kent Police and to let her phone them on my behalf. At 22.35pm
last night Clare Douglas phoned me back and advised me that Medway Police had
not phoned me. I checked on-line and indeed found that Medway Police Station
shut at 5pm yesterday and so could not have made the call at 20.19pm. I was
annoyed - I had given Eugene Lukjanenko my landline number so that I could give
him free legal help. I have been getting with-held number calls on my landline
and my mobile since March 2016, I do not answer them as they can be a heavy
breathing sex pest - these types of calls have been happening on and off for 37
years - first started by my husband Nigel Peck when I failed to die as he
directed on 3.9.80. These hate crime people let me know that they were acting
on behalf of my husband last week. Then they thought better of what they had
posted on my Yolande Kenward facebook and hacked it off, but I had screenshot
it. I have emailed Richard Carter as James Carter, brother of Paul Carter has
been Eugene Lukjanenko's solicitor to try to contain the behaviour of Martin
Tolhurst's 2 Russian Jewish clients, Eugene Lukjanenko and Irina Maya
Birdwood-Hedger, both of whom have the full support of Facebook.
This morning I found that Graham Moore, Leader of England Take Back Control, is
a member of my Justice for All group even though he has blocked me from seeing
his posts. I attach the screenshots this morning, along with my suitable
comments as to Sandra Witchy Milton who added him on 7.6.2017. Sandra Milton
let me know that she knows Damian Daley/his family whose cell confession has
seen Michael Stone in prison for the Chillenden Murders, I told her that masons
in Kent believe that my husband, a Haberdasher committed these murders. Sandra
Milton then changed her facebook name to "Sandra Witchy Milton" in support of
Haberdasher Dave Witcher of Maidstone, a founder of England Take Back Control
with Graham Moore. Witcher has been defaming me in live feeds and on facebook,
he hope's to be Maidstone's MP and therefore a KM reporter. England Take Back
Control started making videos last year to help their party which they put up
on youtube a year ago. Abbey Shillito got herself put in prison so that
England Take Back Control members Eugene Lukjanenko and Gary Roy Hilson could
be filmed outside of Bronzefield Prison in July - they were chanting "Free
Abbey Shilito", the same prison Widdecombe MP sent me to in 2010.
I was in tears at 7.17am when I saw what Facebook had done in support of the
hate crimers, today is a difficult day for me. 21 years ago today was the 40th
birthday celebration in Disney Florida of Van Carlton Marr of Hopewell,
Virginia, my children Lauren and Tom were there with me. It is where our baby,
"Emily" was conceived. I lost my baby as part of the Chillenden Murder
cover-up, this makes me cry as I type.
There is an Ashford-Hopewell Twinning Association and KCC Tory Deputy Leader,
Alex King (also a Board Member of Maidstone NHS Hospital) has responsibility
for KCC's business links to Virginia, Washington etc
Please can today be the day that there is justice for "Emily"? Thank you

Please kindly review your decision re my Brexit challenge being re-opened,
vis-a-vis England Take Back Control's Brexit Challenge, which the Heads of the
Administrative Court have treated so differently.
Ms Clare Douglas has miscarried her baby as a consequence of England Take Back
Control hate crime, the leader of England Take Back Control, Graham Moore, has
been outside of the Royal Courts of Justice today making live facebook feed
videos with Misty Barnes. Just the 2 outside, Misty with the megaphone. I do
not condone anyone getting what they want through hate crime and the avoidable
loss of a baby.
Moreover I have serious concerns that last year's hate crime that was reported
to Mr Justice Ouseley that is still on-going via England Take Back Control, is
very much due to the on-going battle to collapse the NHS from Maidstone. Today
has seen a South African rival to Spire Healthcare put in a £1bn bid (attached).
I believe that Paul Carter's decision (the Tory Leader of KCC) to put Maidstone
Police and the Maidstone Community Mental Health Team onto me on 28.5.2016 was
very much about the CQC visit to Maidstone to inspect a private abortion
clinic, that had the identical problems to what I had reported to Maidstone
Police as going on in the BMI Somerfield Hospital in February 2000. I believe
that I was sectioned on 20.8.2016 because of a KM online article that had
appeared 5 hours earlier re this private abortion clinic as well as because of
my Brexit challenge motive of reforming child protection. I believe that the
City was aware of the takeover opportunity that would come via their Ian
Paterson scandal. I believe that Kent Police started an investigation into BMI
Fawkham Manor Hospital in July 2016 but kept it a secret until January 2017,
because they wanted to set up a takeover of BMI at a knockdown price, just as
now is happening with Spire.
I believe that the reason that Dr Abu-Sayf told the Mental Health Tribunal
sitting at Priority House on 31.8.2016 that the KM and politicians wanted me
forcibly injected and locked up for 3-6 months was because I am a NHS & Child
Protection whistleblower, and they wanted me out of the way whilst BMI
Healthcare was set up to be snapped up at a knockdown price, aided by Kent
Police's Investigation.
I believe that when Cllr Carter's son told Maidstone Police to arrest me last
October it was both because of my Brexit challenge but also the need to have me
out of the way whilst the BMI investigation got publicity, as well as to
support the cover-up of the 1987 murder of Wendy Knell. I am sure that the
intention was to have me locked up for 3-6 months (as Widdecombe MP had
previously done) via fake breaches of bail.
I believe that there infection is avoidably being spread from Maidstone NHS
Hospital, and that this infection is likely to be E-MRSA and the earliest
witness evidence I have to this is a woman who had an operation there on
22.2.2017. I always said that "MRSA for profit" is a heinous business strategy
and if the KM's masons got away with it once then they would do it again, and
from what a witness told me who still works at Maidstone NHS Hospital this is
exactly what happened with the C-Diff scandal where 90 died. It appears that it
was known in May 2016 that there was an infection management problem at the
private abortion clinic in Brewer Street in Maidstone. So that is the 3rd
avoidable infection scandal in Maidstone, and then now we have what I believe
to be the 4th at Maidstone NHS Hospital to help to privatise the NHS.
Then we have my emailing the KCC Democracy Manager on 20.12.2016 asking for
information about standing in the KCC Elections in May 2017, there was no
reply. On 21.12.2016 the KM online published again about the Maidstone private
abortion clinic scandal, I was at Maidstone NHS Hospital at lunchtime on
21.12.2016 when Hannah Debenham of KMPT phoned with the news that I was to be
discharged on 23.12.2016, but at 9am on 22.12.2016 the Maidstone Community
Mental Health Team turned up unexpectedly, and I had my first ever assessment
under the Mental Health Act, it lasted an hour which largely consisted of
questioning me about my election plans, which I felt pressurised into denying
in case they sectioned me. I am now certain that if I had mention infections
that they would have sectioned me.
Then the latest hate campaign by England Take Back Control members started last
Monday evening, with the intention of getting me into a Kent Police Station as
the only means of protecting my chronic health problems from getting any worse.
I did not attend the appointment at Chatham Police Station at 1pm on
19.10.2017 as I feared what would happen to me, as I have previously been
removed by ambulance. As it turned out news was held back until 20.10.2017
about a 29 year-old man arrested in Maidstone on 13.10.2017 who died that day
inside Tonbridge Police Station + there was the abortion clinic news.
I have been saying for many years that Maidstone Police sees its primary role
as helping a select few get richer, at the expense of everyone else. Cllr Fran
Wilson, LibDem Leader of Maidstone BC has allocated £500,000 of council
taxpayer's money to help collapse the NHS from Maidstone, via winning a joint
Maidstone BC/Tory KCC bid of £4 million from the Department of Transport to
help create more private medicine jobs at the Kent Medical Campus in Maidstone,
which got Enterprise Zone status earlier this year.
Shame on the LibDems and Tories, the NHS is here to stay.
Lord Justice Latham adjourned for 28 days on 10.6.2008 my case Yolande
Lindridge v Kent Police to give Gareth Davies, the Chief Constable of Kent's
Solicitor the opportunity to reply, he has yet to reply.
DJ Millward transferred to Master Basil Yoxall in August 2002, 12 sealed
Maidstone County Court Witness Summonses paid for by myself with the request of
a half day being allocated to hear the witness evidence re BMI Somerfield
Hospital - please can this hearing now be listed.
Master Basil Yoxall may have made a mistake when he awarded Dr Jonathan Goodman
of the BMI Somerfield Hospital, but represented by the NHS Litigation
Authority, a cost order for me to pay?
There is also Contempt of Court, I dialled "999" 3 times on 1.9.2005 when
people came to repossess my home and laughed at the document showing them that
the proceedings were live in the High Court.
There is also the Contempt of Court by DC Benson of Ashford CID who stole all
my live High Court files in Yolande Lindridge v Peck, then someone from Kent
Police removed key documents in the High Court too.
Then Ward & Partners of Bearsted, Maidstone knowingly sold my home in the full
knowledge that my High Court action of Yolande Lindridge v the Alliance &
LeicesterHome Loans re my home and buy-to-let office block in Lordswood, was
still on-going.
It is appalling what goes on in Maidstone, they all just do what they want and
if they think that the High Court cannot be trusted to make the decision that
they want - then they intervene - eg my Brexit JR.
KM-led Maidstone is run by control freaks who must "win" ie they decided that
they want the NHS to collapse from Maidstone and so that must happen, even if
it means bankrupting our country to do it.
Those C-Diff relatives are going to be so angry with Mary Graham, and so they
should be, she is a disgrace.

On 20.10.2017 I sent an email to Bridgend BC FAO Stephen Fitzpatrick concerning
"Hate Crime" and "Perverting the Course of Justice", to which I have received
no response from Bridgend BC. I did phone and speak to Bridgend Police 6 days
ago after Kayleigh Marie Morgan of Bridgend jointly with Donna Hopkinson of
Hull (both total strangers to me) produced a hate video threatening me with
violence the night before which is still on facebook and has had 8.6k views.
Bridgend Police said that they would phone Maidstone Police, but nothing
happened and then last Tuesday evening a 2nd hate video appeared which
threatened both myself and Clare Douglas of Southampton, I am Ms Douglas' lay
legal adviser in the Portsmouth County/Family Court working with her MP to help
her.
The common factor with all these hate crime people is the media, they hate
Labour/Fabian Society/me/Sadiq Khan/Muslims; and a new Maidstone political
party they have formed called "England Take Back Control" whose leader, Graham
Moore, was arrested and taken to Charing Cross Police Station on Saturday from
outside of the gates of Buckingham Palace - he got himself arrested
deliberately and put on bail for the publicity and to increase membership of
his party. Meanwhile Tracey Morris deliberately got herself arrested on
Saturday and put on bail too. They are motivated by the publicity that was
given to Eugene Lukjanenko via his roof top protest in Chester on 5.5.2017,
aided by Kelly Cottam of Forced Adoption Exposed in Portsmouth. I complained
to Kelly Cottam over the weekend that Kayleigh Marie Morgan's facebook stated
that she worked for Forced Adoption Exposed, and it can be heard that in her
live feeds that Kayleigh refers to "Kel". Kayleigh has now removed the
reference to Forced Adoption Exposed but the hate videos are still there.
These people doing these live feeds intend to stand in the next local elections
for England Take Back Control, they all have megaphones and have taken to the
streets and are climbing into roofs. Hampshire Police have yet to act but I did
see yesterday via Dave Witcher from Maidstone that Hampshire Police in
Southampton and Portsmouth in particular are sending chummy letters to Shane
Brannigan. I attach the support that Shane Brannigan gets from Hampshire
Police vis-a-vis his victims ie Clare Douglas in Hampshire, me in Kent.
Newsquests has given some publicity very recently to Adam Cheltz in Lancashire
and to Misty /Jack Barnes in Thurrock - both supporters or hate crime against
myself and Clare Douglas. This has fired them all up, Demonstrations in Hull,
Bolton, Thurrock etc. Donna Hopkinson's hate videos have been followed by a
joint post with Colin Worrall of Hull who has a grudge against the Hull Labour
Party and has stood in elections in Hull. Donna Hopkinson has announced her
intention over the weekend to stand in the Hull elections. motivated by the way
that Graham Moore stood up to the Met Police on Saturday outside of Buckingham
Palace. Davey Russell who helps run England Take Back Control aided by Motiv8
Radio has said that the Met Police will state "NFA" re Graham Moore
deliberately wasting the time of the Met Police as they did the same to him
after he produced a facebook video on the Koran. There is a mushrooming
epidemic of people with issues with children in care buying megaphones, doing
live feeds and getting themselves arrested. Kayleigh Marie Morgan's live feeds
include what Inspector Dean Taylor is doing to help her to take down Bridgend
BC.
After the Parsons Green bombing I phoned the Met Police twice ie on 16.9.2017
and on 23.9.2017; I named 5 England Take Back Control members in Kent that
needed to be looked in re that incident as well as KCC taking in illegal
immigrant children who hate us and come to the UK via Kent for all the wrong
reasons. I named Graham Moore, Dave Witcher, Nathan Kirkden, Eugene Lukjanenko
and Tobe Hayden Leigh - all involved in hate crime against me, someone who
stood in the Maidstone elections twice this year.
Lukjanenko is a known child abuser, Clare Douglas is not. I have no idea about
the others with children in care bullying me whilst I have chronic health
problems as a consequence of what these hate crimers are allowed to do to us,
Clare Douglas has miscarried recently.
Does the UK Police have the resources to waste on child abusers, all in
wrestlers with children in care, et al who want to be arrested to help boost
the membership of England Take Back Control accompanied by free newspaper
publicity? Decent parents behave decently.
I am about to start later today negotiating the return of Clare Douglas'
adopted daughter, and of Tracey Stanley's adopted son and adopted daughter via
Southampton CC, Portsmouth CC, Gosport BC and Hampshire CC, aided by

facebook). I phoned Sussex Police just before 5am this morning to see if my
emails yesterday had got to them, they had and I got Reference 234 of
23.10.2017.
In this country Greeks protect Greeks, doctors protect doctors, masons protect
masons, Jews protect Jews, politicians protect politicians, Russians protect
Russians, churches protect churches, police protect police, newspapers protect

crime on Facebook which its Jewish owners have refused to do anything about
since Yannis Emmanouel in Horsham took the lead re facebook hate crime last
year to help socially isolate and to persuade those on facebook that I needed
to be sectioned. His mate, the Russian Jew Eugene Lukjanenko has taken the lead
in the latest hate campaign motivating Donna Hopkinson and Kayleigh Marie
Morgan et al via 2 hates videos that have been circulating Facebook since
Monday evening last week. Facebook do nothing to protect either myself or Clare
Douglas of Southampton from the ring threatening both of us with physical
violence, indeed Ms Douglas has recently lost the baby that she was carrying.
The only response that we have had from Facebook is to discipline myself and
today, Clare Douglas on behalf of Jewish motivated hate crime. Facebook
disciplined me for standing up to Russian Jew Irina Maya Birdwood-Hedger living
in Kent. At 9.30am today Clare Douglas phoned me to complain that she has now
been disciplined by facebook for standing up for both of us who have been both
threatened with violence via Irina's got Russian Jewish friend living in
Medway, Eugene Lukjanenko's/ Donna Hopkinson's 2 hate videos motivated by him.
What is Facebook? A Jewish-run business to protect Jewish business interests
and Jewish child abusers?
I was notified last night that Eugene Lukjanenko has subscribed to my Yolande
Kenward youtube videos in his son's name, Justin Soifertis. I then looked to
see what else he is up to and I attach a screenshot of his attitude to Edward
Timpson's father and his Manchester-based businesses. William Timpson is a
witness to what happened to one of his shops in Maidstone on 8.8.2016 to stop
my Brexit challenge proceedings via an email from his shop with evidence of
interference with my mail, please can Mr Timpson be alerted. Lukjanenko has a
conviction for what he did to Edward Timpson MP, but William Timpson was also
targeted and the Chester Magistrates Restraining Order of 13,10.2017 gives no
protection to William Timpson.
After the Manchester bombing I asked for a serious case review as 5 children
died, and if my Brexit challenge had been allowed to go to the Supreme Court
then I believe that terrorist acts could have been avoided via more balanced
media reporting Jews v Muslims, and via an overhaul of our child protection and
the way that we treat children worldwide. The Supreme Court's 2016 decision in
the PJ case did not assist.
I have 37 years experience that it is nigh on impossible to ever put a rogue
Jew on trial who has hurt me.

The battle to collapse the NHS from Maidstone is still very much on, aided by
years of support from the Queens Bench at the Royal Courts of Justice, whose
President is Lord Leveson. P66 of today's Daily Mail has an article
"Struggling hospital firm facing £1.3bn takeover". The article is about Spire
Healthcare's South African rival, Mediclinic, a 30% shareholder, wanting to buy
it at a knockdown price following the Ian Paterson scandal. Mediclinic is
listed in Johannesburg and London. Maidstone has many links to South Africa.
Whitehead Monckton appointed Leonard Hoffman, a South African Jewish barrister
to represent me in the Rochester Crown Court on 5.8.80 when I got a life-long
court protection order + penal notice against my husband and his agents + an
ouster and a weapons order. Unfortunately that was the wrong decision as my
husband should have been sectioned, he then implicated the KM and a Jewish
reporter in his crimes. I contacted Lord Hoffmann's clerk recently to see if he
would be my mediator, but I do not have a solicitor.
South Africans came to Maidstone to found the Jubilee Church, which they use as
a platform to intervene in politics in South Africa and also in Russia. The
Maidstone mason at Loose Bowls Club who led the campaign there to persuade
members of the need to section me, has strong links to South Africa and game
reserves. A South African Social Worker did "favours" for the South African
Tutu's re the grandson in care here. Jubilee Church has opened schools here.
Tutu UK Org has the great, the mighty and powerful as ambassadors eg Gina
Miller and Ann Widdecombe. South Africa's Netcare was given huge GP contracts
in the UK. The CEO of the Alliance & Leicester, Pym, should have gone on trial
but he became a Director of South African Old Mutual as a reward for Maidstone
"favours". My daughter is going to South Africa for a wedding next February,
as her best friend is getting married there as her parents, the Ashby's, live
half the year in Maidstone and half the year in South Africa. The psychiatrist
working in Langley Green Hospital in Crawley, who supported Ann Widdecombe MP's
medical diagnosis of me that I have "delusional disorder" aka the
"whistleblowers" incurable illness, was South African. I refused consent to be
injected but I was injured as I resisted the first time, but I have never
consented to being injected at any time in either Langley Green Hospital,
Crawley, or in Woodlands in Hastings or in Maidstone - despite the instructions
of a South African psychiatrist and then 2 Egyptian psychiatrists. My
"enemies" know that I had a phobia about being injected without my consent due
to this happening to me in the BMI Somerfield Hospital on 14.2.2000 along with
multiple human rights breaches. They hate me for being a Human Rights
activist. Only cruel and evil people can decide to use my greatest fear against
me, and needlessly forcibly inject me many times.
Maidstone Police refuse to investigate the assaults against myself and South
African Allison Wadley in Priority House in Maidstone last year, despite the
duty doctor sending me to Maidstone Hospital A&E.
I will copy in a Maidstone Police Sergeant into this email, but I know that
thing will motivate those corrupt police at Maidstone Police Station to stop
any more avoidable deaths or injuries of anyone anywhere.
My barrister made a mistake on 5.8.80, my husband knows how to implicate big

Update. It will take up to 14 days to know whether or not I have brain cancer.
After 20 minutes in the MRI scanner I said that it was so difficult for me to
trust anyone medical person after the cover-up of infection spreading and
avoidable near death injuries in the BMI Somerfield Hospital, Maidstone on
14.2.2000. I told her that I was walking round for months with an open
undressed wound not knowing that one of the 2 infections I had was MRSA. I
told the scanning woman that I personally contaminated Maidstone Hospital. She
then told me that the woman in charge of Infection Control at Maidstone NHS
Hospital allowed the C-Diff to spread avoidably and then she was promoted up.
I told her that it was 2 Gynaecologists and Obstetricians - Miss Ann Henderson
and Dr Jonathan Goodman - who were involved in allowing MRSA to spread round
Maidstone, and then I said that Rose Gibb was scapegoated after giving me
evidence re them.
I was always said that avoidable infection spreading around Maidstone was a
heinous business strategy by the Tories to collapse the NHS and blame the
ruling Labour Government, and that if Maidstone Police allowed them to get away
with it once, then they would do it again. Maidstone Police investigated both
scandals, and covered up. I suggest that independent police come in an
re-investigate and make arrests.
I took 26 of the organised crime ring to the High Court in 2002, Dr Goodman of
the BMI Somerfield Hospital took the lead for the other 25 - he was represented
before Master Basil Yoxall by the NHS Litigation Authority! I had to pay the
NHS Litigation Authority's costs! Maidstone NHS Hospital were fined £3.5
million for the C-Diff 90 deaths. The KCC Department under the control of Paul
Carter had me arrested and put on trial for harassment. At the time of my fake
harassment trial to stop me from standing against Ann Widdecombe in the
Maidstone & Weald General Election in 2005, there were already 30 C-Diff
deaths. The publicity re C-Diff did not come out until I had a fake conviction
with a blaze of KM negative publicity.
Fortunately I know where one of the C-Diff relatives lives in Maidstone, I am
going to update my witness statement. The sisterhood are a force for pure evil;
the run Maidstone Police and Maidstone very badly. When this comes out there
is going to be huge problems for Maidstone Police and for the Maidstone KM,
Mary Graham in particular who I challenged years ago about lying to the C-Diff
relatives, who it was recently reported are still not healed and needing
justice answers. They will get answers from me.
Should Paul Carter be arrested and questioned about misconduct in public
office, conspiracy to pervert and election rigging, twice? Maidstone's LibDems
and Tories are a total disgrace. The KM publicised their reporter, Ann
Widdecombe MP, saying that she had in her mailbox some letters are Maidstone
Hospital - I told her what was going on in Maidstone in 2001, she was not
interested as she was busy on ITV.
Then we have the sisterhood snatching children and adopting children via the
family courts for all the wrong reasons too. They are power-crazed women who
have an army of girl gangs to do their bidding.
I know all about "black art bullying" and its intended outcome of suicide,
there was a former Kent Police Chief Constable who did commit suicide after
complaining that Kent Police woman had teamed up with women where he had been
promoted to. It happened to me - total strangers making false complaints.
I have had the car shunts, the attempts to persuade me to commit suicide, to
trigger a stroke or heart attack or cancer as I had breast cancer in 1990, but
did I? Who knows what goes on in Maidstone?
Witnesses told me in 2000-2003 that coroners death certificates were being
faked so that MRSA did not appear on death certificates. Our Kent chief
coroner, Patricia Harding, in Maidstone refuses to re-open the inquest of Mrs
Eledwen Demain, she refused to allow witness evidence re Natalie Gray's KMPT
avoidable death either, after myself and Allison Waddley went to Natalie's
Inquest last December, we had an interview with the Coroner's Investigation
Officer at Archbishop's Palace in Maidstone. The 2 responsible for Natalie's
avoidable death were Nurse Wendy Cooper and Dr Abu-Sayf, the same 2 that were
then assigned to me to fabricate reports when I was sectioned on 20.8.2016 and
put on the same Boughton Ward that Natalie Gray had been on. The sectioning
admission papers say that I was sectioned for my Brexit challenge, both Allison
and I were assaulted in Priority House, I ended up in Maidstone Hospital A&E,
but Maidstone Police will not investigate and the Nursing & Midwifery Council
rejected my complaints about Nurse CEO, Helen Greatorex, Wendy Cooper et al.
The Mental Health Tribunal discharged me 11 days later, despite my request for
a tribunal on admission ie within 7 days. Wendy Cooper fabricated a report for
the tribunal and Du Abu-Sayf told me that he did not give his permission for my
Brexit challenge to proceed, and then told the Mental Health Tribunal that we
wanted to keep me locked up and sedated for a further 3-6 months at the request
of the KM and politicians. I attach the defamatory KCC warrant re this.
KMPT's attitude to mental health patients is to keep everyone on drugs and
going in and out of mental hospitals all their lives, even the curable ones.
Cygnet are building a new mental hospital in Maidstone. Glen Douglas who came
in when the C-Diff scandal broke to be the CEO of Maidstone NHS has spent his
time progressively dismantling Maidstone Hospital leading to avoidable, baby,
child and OAP deaths. The Peggy Wood Foundation bought a new machine to make
Maidstone Hospital the lead NHS Hospital in the UK in Lungs, but the bosses
ordered the machine mothballed and the KM NHS Hero of 2016 involved in this
project bullied out of Kent, he now works in the Cardiff area where he gets
students to fund raise for us.
The sisterhood have risen to the top in Maidstone/Kent via knowing the men's
Operation Ore secrets.
What a way to run Kent? Glen Douglas has been promoted up by some female NHS
commissioner. There is still a determination, aided by Maidstone Police, to
collapse the NHS from Maidstone. Which infection will they use next? A
Coxheath, Maidstone woman told me yesterday that her husband died from E-MRSA
and that was not recorded on the death certificate. The town runs on pure evil
and its protection.

At 1pm today I am due to have a MRI Head Scan due to the injuries that I
sustained that hospitalised me on 11.8.2017, via a ring of child abusers
working for rich paedophiles in Kent and London who are on the Operation Ore
list of perverts, who have been after me since 8.9.99. I have campaigned for
children for 20+ years, including their rights. I am 65, I am a politician and
I was the Kent Businesswoman of the Year 1995/6
I am aware that at some stage today Kayleigh Marie Morgan will be having
contact with her child in care.
4 days ago Kayleigh Marie Morgan and Donna Hopkinson jointly launched a hate
video about me which includes threats of violence to my face, it states that I
destroy lives and that I murdered a child and mum.
I have copied in people who have known me for many years, and therefore who I
am. Attached is a Kayleigh Marie Morgan & Donna Hopkinson screenshot taken
this morning. 8,000+ views of this hate video. 3 days later a 2nd hate video
was produced. I am a Justice for All campaigner.
During my reign of office as Kent Businesswoman of the Year was the Chillenden
Murders of Lyn and Megan Russell, as a consequence of which Dr Shaun Russell
and his surviving daughter moved back to Wales. Please read the attached
screenshot with reference to Holloway Prison and "Siobhan Russell". Dr Russell
and I are connected via LinkedIn. Shaun wrote to me many years ago, I was
motivated by survivor guilt after reading Shaun's letter to phone Maidstone
Police and read Shaun's letter to them, after which I told Maidstone Police
"whichever freemason you are covering-up for, you are a disgrace". Shortly
after that Maidstone Police were at my home arresting me on behalf of a bent
cop, DC Benson and my husband. I was not even allowed to take my handbag with
me or to say goodbye to my son who was still in bed. I want to Holloway Prison
for what I said to Maidstone Police who told me that they know that my husband
murdered Wendy Knelll and Caroline Pearce too in 1987 in Tunbridge Wells. I
lost a baby via the Chillenden Murder cover-up, so I know exactly how it feels
to be avoidably separated from a baby. Sharon Kilby wrote a supportive letter
to my children whilst I was in Holloway, but she has since been bought off and
my daughter's husband, Matt Carter, has shown my daughter Kilby's website to
persuade her to reject me.
I phoned Bridgend Police on Tuesday morning, but she said that she could do
nothing about Kayleigh Marie Morgan and that only Maidstone Police can. This
ring interfered with me being a witness at the Cardiff Crown Court trial of
Maurice Kirk recently. My Holloway prison incident led to a fake harassment
conviction where my husband, sat on the bench with his grandmaster, as well as
being a KCC approved Primary School Governor. This fake harassment trial was
motivated because I knew there was a cover-up re the abduction and rape of a 10
year-old girl in Ashford. My husband, who I have a life-long court protection
order against + penal notice of 5.8.80, is a rapist - Kent Police told me that
he is on the Operation Ore list of perverts who paid to view such filth as
fathers raping children - also on that list are 6 media barons - publicity has
appeared in Lancashire and Essex in the last 7 days for those engaging in hate
crime against me ie Adam Cheltz and Misty Barnes. Does Kayleigh Marie Morgan
believe that the media will give her publicity too?
I oppose the group that Kayleigh supports who want the increase the rights of
some to abuse children. I have been campaigning for some time to stop
adoptions by homosexuals, not just because my husband is a woman-hating
homosexual but because it is in the best interests of the child (see overseas
research).
I have serious concerns about a Mum I support in Swindon, Tracey Stanley, and
the crime that she has endured in recent weeks. Tracey is on facebook under a
fake name but loyally supports and helps me. Clare Douglas in Southampton does
the same, she has recently lost the baby that she was carrying. Clare is
phoning her MP, Royston Smith today to tell him /his assistant, Alex about this
email and get his help.
I will phone to check that this email has been received due to hackers
intercepting and blocking emails.
Ms Stanley's MP works in the Attorney General's Office, where I hope that the
review of Eugene Lukjanenko's sentence last Friday in Chester for climbing on
roofs etc is increased to a custodial one.

Thank you Lancashire Police for your email and reference. We first became
involved when Megan Kennedy from Ashford in Kent moved to Lancashire to get
away from KCC Children's Services. The attacks on Megan Kennedy and myself and
Justice for All around her first hearing in the Leyland County Court were
horrendous, the main aim being to split Megan and I up, and to make her feel
"who can I trust?"
I have been helping Maureen Spalek in Liverpool since 2003, when her 3 children
were removed from her as a freemason favour to her Russian freemason naval
husband, Ray Spalek and Barry Lightburn, Sir Norman Bettison now on trial for
freemason favours re Hillsborough, signed the fake PPO to remove all 3 of
Maureen's children - one went to Ray Spalek and the 2 were adopted. Hopefully
Bettison can be questioned about this too? Maureen Spalek is also a witness re
my hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice ie Yolande Lindridge v Kent Police on
10.6.2008 - I was living In Carlisle at the time and I collected Maureen from
Liverpool, we stayed in Maidstone at J8 on M20 the night before where we were
told at our motel that there was still illegal asylum seeker trafficking going
on, just as I witnessed years before and told my MP.
I attach my chronological history, I have concerns that Maureen's on-going
problems in Liverpool are not only Bettison but what she knows happened at the
hearing on 10.6.2008 and after eg a UK Column/KM cover-up. Maureen's recent
experiences in Liverpool leading up to her mother's death are disgusting.
In my phone call just now, I said how grateful I am to Lorna Sutton for her
help to myself with the hate crime that has been targeting me. Medway Council
Children's Services gave Russian Eugene Lukjanenko his son back, via a LAC
Review, without any changes to his parenting style, and when it suited him to
give the boy back that is what he did. I expect an end to discrimination by
Medway Council Children's Services ie Eugene Lukjanenko v Lorna Sutton. I will
be attending next week's LAC Review with Ms Sutton.
I have decided never to enter another Kent Police Station or to ever speak to
Kent Police again. Maureen Spalek contacted Sir Sandy Bruce-Lockhart when he
was leader of KCC and Chair of the Local Government Association for help with
Liverpool CC, this led to Sandy putting the KCC Social Services mental health
team on me for the first time. Who was the Tory in Sandy's KCC Cabinet who was
on the Operation Ore list?

I was delighted to hear from Ms Sutton about your communication re a
face-to-face LAC Review.
Please may I clarify some confusion re who was and who was not outside 10
Downing Street on Monday afternoon. The people I was able to identify via Gary
Roy Hilson's facebook video were Gary Roy Hilson, Tracey McCarthy, David
Alexander, Eugene Lukjanenko, Abdul Sattar, an unknown man in a yellow
sweatshirt and an unknown foreign woman. Ms Sutton complained to me that
Lukjanenko phoned her in Scotland whilst he was up there and tried to draw her
in, but she refused to get involved. She has complained that he has been
pestering her with phone calls since then but she has blocked his calls.
All my communications are hacked and hackers have accessed confidential emails
including the email that I sent last Friday afternoon re the inappropriateness
of the meeting at 10 Downing Street. Hate videos have appeared since Monday
aimed at me and anyone who objects to me being threatened with violence and
bullying ef Clare Douglas in Southampton. Total strangers promoted the hate
videos - one of which was placed by hackers, not myself on my facebook wall;
the lead with these hate videos are Donna Hopkinson and a woman in Bridgend,
who hacked into my Justice for All group on 6.7.2017 which coincides with
serious facebook attacks by dozens of people when Megan Kennedy was attending
the Leyland County Court with me as her lay legal adviser at a distance, in
tandem on 6.7.2017 Maidstone Police started a 6 day harassment campaign at my
home and would not leave on 13.7.2017 as they wanted to section me. I was due
to see my daughter and grandchildren that morning, but I have not seen any
family since 12.7.2017.
What I am most concerned about is that confidential family information has been
supplied and that includes details of emails to the family courts from myself
via this email account. The evidence of which appears to be in the videos. The
first hate video has had 7,000+ views, there is an associated post led by a KM
article about what was done to me in Maidstone to cover-up for the avoidable
run on the Northern Rock; the 2 other areas that this hate campaigners show
loyalty for is to Desmond Tutu and to my husband.
Someone alerted me to the existence of this Monday night hate material on
Tuesday afternoon, I was extremely distressed about what I saw, then I got even
more distressed at the 2nd hate video that came on Tuesday, this was on top of
the attacks on me Tuesday morning on behalf of my husband. The second hate
video was threatening both myself and Clare Douglas. Clare phoned Hampshire
Police, as did I. I phoned Kent Police. I started choking and projectile
vomiting just after 11pm on Tuesday, I was so distressed that I was awake most
of the night of Tuesday/Wednesday - in the early hours I read a message from my
son - blaming me for someone upsetting his 7 months pregnant wife and
publicising their Maidstone address.
I was very angry yesterday morning and so I phoned Bridgend Police, but all
they said was that they would phone Maidstone Police. But Maidstone Police is
run by corrupt police officers working this these bullies? Due to what my son
said I bought a new mobile phone yesterday to try to stop hacking of my mobile.
I went into Maidstone Police Station but they just do not care. I refused an
appointment at Maidstone Police Station but agreed to one at Chatham Police
Station at 1pm today, But this morning I saw that hackers had been modifying my
posts on facebook and its content to either cause trouble to to protect my
husband from arrest, they were bragging of screenshots - I fear posts altered
on facebook to get me arrested. My friends told me not to keep my appointment
as it is probably a trap to either arrest or to section you. Indeed I am too
frightened about the way Kent Police behaves that I will never ever speak to
them again. The scale of corruption in Kent Police is so widespread that it
would take years to clean up Kent Police.
I attach 2 Police Witness Statements, one handed into Maidstone Police Station
on 23.7.2017 and was totally ignored, just as they rejected my petition for
children which hundreds have signed (attached). I attach 2 documents from today
and 2 days ago to illustrate hackers protecting my husband from arrest.
Summary
These bullies seemingly have been motivated to protect Tory & LibDem
politicians, some newspapers, Kent Police, the Church of England and my
freemason husband. My problems with Church of England bullying started in
August 2015 Maidstone. Just watch on my facebook wall the hate video by this
woman who describes herself as a wrestler, she wants to smash my jaw in and
accuses me of killing Desmond Tutu's 16 year-old grandson and Mum, of
destroying families ... My feelings are - is this how newspapers settle my
genuine compensation claim? Is this how the Church of England stops scandals
from emerging? Is this sort of behaviour acceptable for Tories and LibDems?
Should Maidstone Police engage in racist hate crime? is this how the Carters
settle family conflicts? Us this how my husband sorts out my compensation claim
and our divorce? This is no different that what was going on at my Lordswood
Offices in 2001 and at my home, I was absolutely terrified and horrified when I
found my maniac husband in my life and my children's again. 2002 was the most
terrifying year of my life, the NHS was still free, but I had 2 nervous
breakdowns. Is this how BMI Healthcare settles genuine claims? Is this how
doctors who should be struck off keep going?
Freemasonry has gone very badly wrong in Maidstone, please can any decent
masons anywhere help?
I have been socially excluded for 37 years because of crimes committed by my
husband, a KM reporter and the KM, my husband has been socially included. Have
I been punished enough yet for not dying?
What happened to me in the BMI Somerfield Hospital closely resembles the death
threat that my husband made that led to my life-long court protection order on
5.8.80. Who knows what goes on in Maidstone freemason circles? KMPT first
started doing "favours" with my medical records in 1982 ie Dr Colin Sherry and
John Pinschof. Phil Sayer .....? It was KMPT psychiatrist who named Michael
Stone to Crimewatch. The we had my GP, Dr Godsmark illegally passing my
pre-1990 medical records to Furley Page in 2001 when run from Canterbury by Lt
Col Utrecht Alexander, Deputy Grandmaster. Do I have a problem with some Jews?
Was my husband's KM partner in crime, Anna Preece, Jewish? Her father is a
Plymouth GP publicist. How could they marry on 14.7.82 when still married to
me, we had only applied to judicially separate in 1980?
Decent people seeking social justice and a fairer society think that I am
wonderful for what I do, but the KM masons who are committed to "profit at any
price" and blame the whistleblower, hate me for my views.
I look forward to hearing from all decent people who are horrified at what has
been going on.
Meanwhile at 3.33pm today Kayleigh Marie Morgan from Bridgend has continued her
hate campaign.
I am sharing this because keeping my mouth shut for 21 years did not resolve
anything, nor does exposing it. Please help.

I have a life-long court protection order + penal notice against my husband

barrister on 5.8.80 in the Rochester Crown Court was Hoffmann, now Lord

Mr Carter of Martin Tolhurst solicitors will confirm that I have been emailing
them about their 2 Russian Jewish clients and a Ward & Partners property sale
of 29.9.2017 re Mrs Barbara Allen whose cousin works for Paul Carter's wife,
whereby £240,000 was transferred from Martin Tolhurst Solicitors in
Sittingbourne to Mrs Allen's personal Lloyds Bank Account in Maidstone and then
forwarded onto Brachers, to effect this transaction Mrs Allen had to visit the
offices of the other side's solicitors, sign contracts at Brachers and show ID.
When I asked her why she did not visit her own solicitors, she said that
Brachers was nearer.
I complained to Mr Carter that Eugene Lukjanenko has suddenly and recently
started calling me "Yolanda", indeed his hate video on youtube refers to that
name. No one has called me by that name to my face in 37 years. My late Mum
who died on 3.9.77 called me by that name, which I did not like and so my
husband called me by that name to upset me (we are not lawfully divorced but he
did go onto marry a Jewish KM reporter, Anna Jennifer Preece on 14.7.82 after
she had engaged in hate crimes with him against me, aided by publications the
KM linked to significant anniversaries 20.8.80, 29.8.80 (for 30.8.80) and on
2.9.80 (for 3.9.80 - the date of my intended death - and also the 3rd
anniversary of my late Polish Mum's death.
I have been the victim of hate and other crime for 37 years because I did not
die, and more than that after I was discharged from Maidstone Hospital on
4.9.80 my husband was told by his solicitor and by Maidstone Police to move
out, On 5.9.80 I responded to a Maidstone Police Radio appeal for help to
solve the 2nd Sandling Rape (details of which the KM chose not to publish,
whilst publishing the 1st at Veglios Motel). I have not been able to cancel a
life policy on me, or to stop hate crime. At my fake KM-directed trial in 2004
my Jewish barrister, Stella Harris, told me that I was never to expect that
anyone who ever commits a crime against me will ever be arrested. Indeed that
is 100% accurate, the Maidstone KM Police refuse to either record or to
investigate properly any crime that I have ever reported. I was choked and
emotional last night watching BBC Panorama's "How safe is your operation?"
because I know that if Maidstone Police were not operating their stupid 1980
rule then none of these people featured in that documentary would have
suffered, BMI Somerfield patient Mrs Eledwen Demain would not have died, 90
C-Difficile patients would not have died. My doctors in the Maidstone Hospital
stroke clinic saw 13 days ago that I still have PTSD arising from what happened
in the BMI Somerfield Hospital on 14.2.2000, an operation that I did not need
leading to a near-death experience, TIA, MRSA, PTSD. The NHS and myself picked
up the bill for my injuries. After spending a year trying to persuade Maidstone
Police to investigate I attended the Rochester Police assault clinic and got
cz/8533/01 via them but all that happened was that Maidstone Police declared
war on me 16 years ago and have never stopped. Matt Tidmarsh started attacking
me via facebook messenger at 23.46pm on 15.10.2017, his last comment was
yesterday afternoon that he had phoned Maidstone Police and was following their
advice re myself. Why does every bully and thug around the UK always
confidently tell me "I am going to tell Maidstone Police on you", why not Kent
Police? Chatham Police?
Due to what happened to myself as a Kent Business leader in the BMI Somerfield
Hospital on 14.2.2000 and to Tina Tinker, CEO of the London Golf Club in the
BMI Fawkham Manor - I believe that Kent's private hospitals do business
"favours" re key business people. Doctors have been doing favours for the KM,
Peck and Maidstone Police re myself since 1982. I understand the mechanism
that allows Kent's scandals to go undetected eg 16 years before the Rodney
Ledward scandal surfaced, 60 years for Kendall House.....
Rochester Police did their best they made referrals to NCIS/NCA that myself, my
businesses, my charities, my children and my Golden Retrievers were under
attack by an organised Province of East Kent mason criminal network, eg I was
given a NCIS reference 454362. Rochester Castle freemason, Malcolm Denyer did
his best to help, his Snodland business, Money Movement, had been smashed by
the same Peck-organised criminal network. Malcolm's crime was to be offering
the cheapest mortgages in Kent. Malcolm was the first to tell me that
freemasons believe my husband to be the Chillenden Murderer. I believe that he
is correct and that the Maidstone Police 1980 "cover-up" strategy has only
made things much worse. I believe that my husband should be questioned about
the 1987 Trophy Murders of Tunbridge Wells, due to my experiences with
Crimestoppers I suspect the 1988 motives of Lord Ashcroft to found this
"charity".
I was my Colonial Mutual Financial Adviser husband's first mis-selling victim,
via an Alliance Building Society mortgage (A&L). Why did Colonial Mutual leave
the UK and its Chatham HQ circa 1996 and sell-up? The avoidable run on the
Northern Rock/the Banking crash should not have happened as I served on the
Chief Constable of Kent's solicitor 2+ months earlier via a RCJ Judicial Review
against Kent Police my Statutory Demand re the A&L. On 20.8.2007 my A&L
Winding Up proceedings were issued in a responsible way, the Daily Mail & Daily
Express Business Editors, Ann Widdecombe MP, the Chief Constable of Kent's
solicitor and 2 HMCTS employees (one Spanish) in the RCJ all failed to act in a
responsible way, if the Alliance & Leicester had gone down it would have taken
down Santander too. Robert Peston was then blamed for the avoidable run on the
Northern Rock 24 days after my Alliance & Leicester winding up action was
issued. Ward & Partners of Bearsted knowingly sold my home in contempt of live
High Court proceedings, I dialled 999 3 times when my home was repossessed -
Maidstone Police watched this contempt of crime action take place after seeing
the evidence that what was happening was in contempt of live RCJ proceedings.
Ward & Partners of Bearsted went through my possessions, destroying evidence
implicating many - my evidence included an Austrian Brass Cowbell bracelet that
BBC SE have film footage evidence of as they came to see me at my Lordswood
Offices after it was announced that a man in Appledore was arrested as the
Trophy Rapist, I thought that they had arrested the Trophy Murderer but they
had arrested his neighbour. Amanda Evans of the News of the World visited me
at my Lordswood Offices with a £5,000 "gagging" contract in exchange for
handing over all my photos of my husband sporting a moustache.
The SRA are currently investigating 2 solicitors re their role in the avoidable
run on the Northern Rock. My mail has been interfered with for 20 years - and
arrogantly so via the Chatham Sorting Office, this problem is on going. The
Royal Mail assisted the sabotage of my Brexit challenge and were rewarded with
a £5 million bung via LibDem Cllr Fran Wilson and via the Tory-run KCC Cabinet
member from Bermuda. Bermuda is like an annexe of Maidstone, an overt rich US
tourist trade was evidence there in 2001.
I have been made avoidably homeless 6 times, the first on 1.9.2005, and then
five times following the avoidable run on the Northern Rock - 5 times in one
year alone. I am blamed routinely for crimes that others have committed. I
have been named and shamed to protect those who should not be freemasons. I
have seen promotion after promotion going to those in the police and public
sector - for protecting evil.
My Brexit challenge was sabotaged - Maidstone has had a grip on the Queens
Bench and the Administrative Court since the Court of Appeal did "favours" re
Michael Stone & the Chillenden Murders. I now have a restraining order from
me stopping my Brexit challenge from re-opening.
The poor are getting poorer and the NHS is heading towards collapse my Brexit
challenge is needed. It is a vehicle via which we can reform child protection.
I sincerely hope that Edward Timpson will help me.
When Eugene Lukjanenko made his video outside the Chester Magistrates Courts
last Friday he was inciting more hate crime against the Timpson family, saying
that they had made £60 million via investing in fostering and adoption
agencies. I had to spend time yesterday educating my Manchester Arena Security
Guard client that what he had been told about Edward Timpson and adoption
agencies is a lie, his wife has now instructed family barrister Edward Timpson.
Anyone can do a Companies House search - I searched for Anthony Edward Timpson
and for William Timpson - Eugene is a liar and promoting more hate crime.
I am delighted to report that Eugene and his 5 cronies did not get anywhere
near 10 Downing Street, I watched Gary Roy Hilson's video outside the gates of
Downing Street when it had already had 3,500 views. Of course Eugene was centre
stage, He incited 3,500 people to phone 01634 331215 to harass Ann Domeney et
al, after first demonstrating via his calls. He tried to draw Lorna Sutton
into his hate crime, but she told me that she refused to be drawn into it. He
bragged about visiting the home of a Medway Council employee on Saturday and
Sunday, Kent Police were called. David Alexander spoke of his disappointment of
the fact that things had changed and so 5 of them were no longer going into 10
Downing Street for their 2.30pm appointment with Theresa May. I cannot imagine
anything more awful than that group of 5 including Eugene Lukjanenko, Gary Roy
Hilson and Tracey McCarthy. I was not able to identify 1 of the 6 gathered at
the gate of Downing Street - heaven forbid that the man that could have been
who someone posted about on my facebook wall who was threatening someone with a
chainsaw. Abdul Sattar was there. Whoever set up this 10 Downing Street
appointment was exceedingly reckless. Why would Theresa May want to spend time
with these people? Child abusers, hackers, child traffickers + genuine victims?
Yesterday's event was very much an England Take Back Control event too, with
Graham Moore its Dartford leader and Dave Witcher from Maidstone taking part.
Gary Roy Hilson spoke of his Judicial Review going to be used to reform child
protection via the Administrative Court. England Take Back Control have 3
Judicial Reviews in the Administrative Court which are treated with the up most
respect by one of the 2 Heads of the Administrative Court, Mr Justice
Supperstone. In Kent it is only the Chillenden murder protection crew who can
exert that sort of positive influence on Mr Justice Supperstone and on Mr
Justice Ouseley. The Downing Street mob said that they were moving on the
Royal Courts of Justice to join Graham Moore and so to bank pots and pans
outside the RCJ, they are going to go to Buckingham Palace this Saturday.
England Take Back Control's 2nd issued Judicial Review is a Brexit challenge,
it was issued 4 weeks ago. Their first Judicial Review that was issued at the
beginning of July coincided with severe harassment of myself, it was about the
right to keep and bear arms. I have told Kent Police that my maniac of a
husband should not be allowed to keep dangerous weapons in his home, his first
contempt of court was on 8.8.80 - he was given that deadline by the Rochester
Crown Court to get his shotguns, daggers, crossbow etc out of our home, but all
that he did was to place them in the boot of his Colonial Mutual company car
which he kept in the integral garage of the home that I had bought for us at 13
Chattenden Court. Due to what I had seen in the boot of his car, I responded to
the Maidstone Police Radio appeal for help re a Sandling Rape on 4.9.80.
This lot are going to try to trigger another run on the banks on 5.11.2017,
will anyone try to stop this?
After the Parsons Green incident I phoned the MetPolice twice and I named 5 of
the England Take Back Control crew ie Eugene Lukjanenko, Graham Moore, Nathan
Kirkden, Dave Witcher and Tobe Leigh. Yesterday's video outside Downing Street
talks about storming building by force, indeed England Take Back Control have
stated that their intention is to take control of a Crown Building. England
Take Back Control Judicial Review is about outlawing Islam and the Fabian
Society, this group hates the Mayor of London. I know enough about Kent to
know that they can be behind crimes that they have themselves manipulated, and
then blame others for. Just look at Fort Halstead at their cover-up re the
Lockerbie bombing.
The Britain First Trial has now moved today from Medway Magistrates to
Sevenoaks Magistrates Court.
I expect all decent freemasons to act on this email in the right way ie to put

In today's post is one of many NHS appointments that I have ahead of in the
next 2 weeks ie on 24.10.2017 I will be assessed for the damage caused by the
TIA that I had in the BMI Somerfield Hospital on 15.2.2000 that has been
mismanaged since then ie I should have been on 75mg of aspirin since 2000, but
this is Maidstone - there are a whole range of freemasons and their cronies who

How many thousands has it cost the NHS with my avoidable health problems
arising out of hate crime by Lukjanenko and his cronies? Hospitalisation,
ambulances, stroke clinics, lung clinics, x-rays, scans - I am about to have a
MRI Head scan, I am under the Cardiac Investigation Unit, I have choking and
swallowing problems, I am about to have an echocardiagram and a heart monitor
fitted. Why does any decent human being think that I need all this hate crime?
I look forward to a prompt and respectful response ie that Maidstone Police
shuts forever today.

In relations to the threats to kill I can't really remember what was said word
for word all I know is is that I was not making any threats to kill and was not
talking to any one other then Eugene I guess the clue is in the wording of the
statement of the social worker as she said that I had said ( " that one day
someone will") this would be like accusing someone of threatening to use WMD
because they said that "one day someone is going to use a nuclear weapon" or
that someone is threatening to start world war three because they have said
that "one day some one will start world war three" the concern here I feel
should be that both a social worker and head of children services could think
in such an irrational way and as they are professionals I would think that they
should have the ability to use a bit of common sense.
I would like to remind the court that we were standing in a public area and on
the opposite side of the road is the cinema as well as a restaurant with
seating out side where members of the general public were sitting if I had been
talking in a raised voice then why has no member of the general public who
would have also heard me make these alleged threats to kill not phoned or
reported me to the police as well, instead what we have is reports made by
employees of children's services who have clear issues with Eugene and thus
why they want an injection.

I think also I should add something else to my statement
I feel this is a deliberate attempt by medway children services to pull the
wool over the eye's of the court because of one very simple point.
If Phil Watson really thought I had made a genuine threat to kill or a genuine
threat to use firearms then surely he would be in fear for his life and would
not make any attempt to approach ever me or Eugene and would have waited for
armed response by the police the fact that he did approach us should be
evidence that no threats to kill were made and no threats to use firearms were
made thus proving that Phil Watson had no reason to fear ever me or Eugene and
that is why he felt safe to approach us.

made any threats to kill and any suggestion that I have is nothing other then a
personal opinion that is not based upon fact and until I have been found gulity
of this crime then continued suggestion that I have is nothing more then
deformation of my character and I would request that the wording of threats to
kill are removed until such time that I have been found guilty of this crime in
a criminal court.

This is a good witness statement and should help at the next hearing. Do you
know anything about the man/member of the public who was motivated to email Jo
Cross? If so this should go in your statement too. Details of this man and
his email are attached to Jo Cross' application for a harassment injunction.
I think that in order to protect yourself you should say that you first saw a
copy of the interim injunction on 18.10.2015 and that on ???? Eugene sent you
copies of witness statements showing references to you and that you were
shocked by what you read, hence your witness statement. You might also say that
as a consequence of reading the interim injunction on 18.10.2015 you
immediately removed a photograph of Eugene holding the board/placard containing
a photograph and details of Jo Cross from Eugene's facebook group.
The only concern that I have is that your witness statement appears to say that
you did make threats to kill but only spoke to Eugene about this??? and that
other people heard you make these threats but took them out of context.
Perhaps you can clarify this? You don't want "threats to kill" on your records
with Children's Services as they will use this against you when you are next in
court re your children.

On Tuesday 29 September 2015 I was asked by Eugene Lukjanenko to accompany him
to his protest at MHS Homes Broadside (these are the offices of Medway Council)
in order to document the event of the day via photos and video recording. I
had made it clear to Eugene from the very start that I would not take part in
any protest if it was to become aggressive and knowing that Eugene had
understood and had agreed to this I was happy to accompany him.
On the day in question we got a bus from Chatham to dockside and we walked the
rest of the way to MHS Homes Broadside, when we got there we went into the
reception where Eugene asked to see Jo Cross, after about 10 mins it was clear
that Jo Cross would not be talking to Eugene so we decided to leave and we
stood outside on the front on the public footpath. After a few minutes Eugene
suggest that we move down the public footpath to just outside the entrance of
where Social Services employees come and go, While we were standing there
neither me nor Eugene approached any member of staff and we only talked to
people who approached us.
At around lunch time I left Eugene and want to dockside so I could buy some
lunch I returned at 13:15. At around 13:30 Eugene asked me to take some
pictures of him holding his sign/placard and then we walked back up the public
footpath to just outside the main reception of MHS Homes in order to take some
more pictures of Eugene holding his sign/placard as I had to leave at 14:00 in
order to pick my own children up from school.
While I was taking these pictures of Eugene we were approached by two man in
suits I therefore decided to document what was being said by video recording
and I am more then happy to make this recording available to a court or anyone
else if needed.
While I was recording these 2 men I asked who they were and they refused to
tell me, I was to find out later on that one was Phil Watson, Head of
Children's Services. During this conversation Phil Watson suggested that we
had been approaching members of his staff and that we had also been using bad
language; because I knew we had not done any of these thing's I asked Phil
Watson again to give us an example of what we were supposed to have said, again
Phil Watson refused to answer. At no point during this conversation did Phil
Watson suggest that I had made any threats to kill or that the police had been
called.
I was therefore shocked when 2 days later ie on 1 October 2015 when I returned
home from helping on a school trip I found a note posted through my door asking
me to contact a PC Frances, when I phoned him I found out about these alleged
threats to kill and I told him that I had never made any threats to kill as I
had not talked to anyone other than Eugene, but people who were walking past
could have heard me talking to eugene and if so what I was saying to Eugene
could have been taken out of context. Pc Frances agreed that it had been taken
out of context and that there would be no further action from the police.
On 30 September 2015 I was again asked by Eugene to accompany him to Medway
Council's Offices in Chatham for a second day of protests and again my role was
so that I could document the events of the day.
On this day we started off standing outside of Medway Council's Offices on the
public footpath again we did not approach or talk to anyone who did not
approach us first; at some point in the morning we were approached by two men,
at that time I was recording Eugene when one of these men asked me why I had
taken photos of him without his consent. This man want on to say that he had
heard my phone go off I explained that it hadn't and then this man became very
agitated saying that he didn't believe me and then he demanded that I show him
what was on my phone; again I told him that I had not taken any pictures of
him and if he had any concerns then he should call the police and I would be
happy to show them what was on my phone. This man then left and walked away
whilst his friend who was with him stayed and talked to us both for a few
minutes and then he left too. Eugene and I decided that it would be a good
idea to let things cool down so we walked back into Chatham to get a drink when
we returned the second man who had been talking to us before we left came out
and told Eugene that he had spoken to someone and that they were going to come
out and talk to him.
At around 13:15 Eugene went inside Medway Council's Offices and asked the
receptionist if he could talk to someone, after about 5 mins a lady came down
and talked to Eugene but when she saw me with my phone she said she would not
talk to him if I was recording her, so I reassured this lady that I was not
recording anyone and then I went and sat down and started playing games on my
phone while they talked.
After their conversation ended we moved from where we were sitting to some
seats on the opposite side of the room, I then decided to ask the receptionist
a question that had nothing to do with why Eugene was there and that question
was about who was in charge of the whole building. A man dressed in white then
approached me asking me what I wanted to know I then explained my question
again to which he became very intimidating telling me that he was the person in
charge of the building and now that we were no longer outside on the public
footpath he could do something. He said that if I started to cause any trouble
he would make me leave, I said to him that I didn't believe he was in charge
and then want and sat back down. At around 13:45 I told Eugene that if the
person he was waiting for had not seen him by 14:00 then I would not be able to
stay any longer as I had to leave to go and pick my children up from school.
At around 13:57 a man in a suit came and told Eugene that we had to leave so we
left. I said goodbye to Eugene and then left to and pick my children up.
I would like to make it clear that at no point over these two days did I or
Eugene approach any member of staff other than the receptionist and at no point
did we become aggressive or make any threats to kill or try to intimidate any
member of staff and that Eugene's protests were nothing other than peaceful and
when Eugene was displaying his sign/placard it was when we were on the public
footpath.
I would also like to make it clear that I feel that it was the staff of Medway
Council who have been intimidating and who deliberately used bullying tactics
in order to pull the wool over the eyes of not just the police but the court as
well, and this worries me deeply.
