Until you get a grip of what I know about London's terrorist attack, about the
Church of England Tutu scandal and the significance of what I am doing in the
Royal Courts of Justice, you will remain stuck. This terrorist attack was

members in Maidstone have been targeting me since August 2015 re the Tutu
scandal.
My son today caught the train to Victoria today getting there at 1.10pm; I got
there at 2.10pm. By the time that I got there the tube was shut due to a bomb
scare, as was the nearby tube in Victoria Street; I was getting intimidating
phone calls as I was travelling to London. I believe that the tube was shut
for my benefit. Anyway I got the Royal Courts of Justice Admin Court, they
want me back there tomorrow at 10am. My Brexit challenge was the UK's biggest
ever miscarriage of justice, May was told to have a snap General Election by
those powerful interested parties who received copies of my Brexit legal
paperwork.
Gina Miller, Brexit Challenger is a Tutu UK Ambassador as is Ann Widdecombe
President of the Maidstone Conservatives & Express Reporter. The Express is
owned by Jewish Richard Desmond, who earned his wealth via porn and serious
organised international crime - he is Ann Widdecombe's boss. Desmond has a flat
where the London Terrorist attack took place - his Sunday Express City Editor
was the main target, News UK was shut by police as a precaution. Daily
Telegraph & BBC reporter's had near misses on London bridge. Richard Desmond
has newspaper offices in Manchester & London. Please help me to keep London
safe?
If I become a MP I can hold the balance of power, aided by a re-run of the
LibDem constituency where the Tutu scandal took place (Tom Brake re-elected,
despite the avoidable death of Ellie Butler and the Tutu freemason child
protection scandal). I need to fight the Forced Adoption of Clare Douglas'
daughter today

decision can be made by late Wednesday afternoon about re-running the Maidstone
& Weald General Elections etc on 27.7.2017.

Dear Chief Constable of Kent & ACC Mark Rowley
I received an acknowledgement from Alan Pughsley CC 4603158 of receipt of the
email below at 16.34 yesterday. I received a number of other acknowledgements
eg from Alison Broom, CEO & Returning Officer of Maidstone BC, the NCA, the
Mayor of London etc. The Chief Constable of Kent's response stated "We will
endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 7 working days". The Home Office
wrote to me weeks ago telling me that they would respond within 20 working days
re my request to cancel Kent Police's convicted paedophile protection and
support contract with the Home Office, but they have not replied.
There was more harassment and undermining activity since my email of yesterday.
In order to assist Kent & Essex Police with its investigation into the
Maidstone lesbian prostitute I posted it on my facebook wall, what happened
next was Craig Simon Hilton's facebook account was hacked to post a comment
under the prostitutes asking me to vote for her. Craig Simon Hilton phoned me
and he phoned the police to report his facebook had been hacked to undermine
our relationship and to distress me. Indeed I cried for hours. But since then
someone (not me) has removed the evidence from my facebook wall and the
harassing nuisance calls that have been upsetting me for weeks stopped at
2.55pm yesterday, so my email to you has worked.
Sadly my daughter - Lauren Carter (daughter-in-law of Paul Carter and my
next-of-kin) messaged me last night that the Maidstone Community Mental Health
Team phoned her yesterday to express their concerns about my mental health.
Who motivated KMPT run by CEO Helen Greatorex? This morning at circa 9.30am I
posted a copy of the attached letter from the SRA through my daughter's front
door at 22 Boughton Lane.
I was due to attend the Southampton County Court on Monday 12.6.2017 to
represent Clare Douglas in opposing the adoption of her daughter, Joanna,
against her mother's consent but I have not received any paperwork from
Southampton CC Legal - I am not sure whether or not this is the Royal Mail in
Maidstone doing their usual and interfering with court mail or whether Hilary
Brooks, Director of Children's Services has received my email - due to hacking
- or what is going on? But Ms Douglas is too unwell to attend the hearing on
Monday due to Bells Palsy which saw her hospitalised recently, so her GP has
sent a sick note into the Southampton County Court along with a copy of her
Hospital discharge records. Clare is due to have her health reviewed by a GP
next week, she will phone her surgery at 8am on Monday to get details and then
contact me so that I can send an appropriate email to the Southampton County
Court for her. After that I will proceed to London to issued a Judicial Review
asking for a re-run of the Maidstone & Weald General Election, but I also think
that the Faversham & Mid-Kent General Election needs to be re-run too due to
Maidstone Police/Kent Police cover-ups, along with the election which saw
LibDem Tom Brake returned as a MP, despite the child protection scandals (Ellie
Butler and Munashe Goromonzi) in the LibDem-run LB of Sutton, covered up by
High Court injunctions. Plus I think that Kent Police have by their refusal to
pursue my Maidstone Police crime references helped Amber Rudd to become the MP
of Hastings & Rye (& Home Secretary) and John Stevenson, solicitor, to become
the MP of Carlisle. I come from Hastings, my Upper Class Tory & KM Reporter
husband has been in the Rye area since he was a teenager.
I really do not understand how and why the extremely poor constituencies of
Thanet South, Sittingbourne & Sheppey, Carlisle and Hastings & Rye would ever
vote for a Tory, unless the election was rigged? Moreover if the voters of Kent
knew what I know I do not believe that any Tory would be elected again. But I
have to say in my struggle to have fair elections in Kent and being thoroughly
abused because of it that none of the elected members of the main parties in
Kent ie Tory, LibDem and Labour ever helped me in any way in my stand against
corruption. I believe that this is because the male and female masons who have
been our elected representatives in Kent are all basically Tory. Helen Grant
was a Labour party member when she was offered the safe Conservative seat of
Maidstone and so she joined the Conservative party,
I will file my Judicial Review challenging the General Election result on
Monday in the Administrative Court headed up by Mr Justice Ouseley, an
Immigration judge grateful to Kent for its role in mass avoidable immigration.
Mr Justice Ouseley will do his usual and take his instructions from the KM /its
reporters and say that my election challenge is totally without merit on
Monday. So on Tuesday I will prepare my appeal against the Order of the
politically biased Mr Justice Ouseley, and then on Wednesday I will file my
appeal in the Court of Appeal against Mr Justice Ouseley's order asking for a
Leapfrog appeal to the Supreme Court due to the bias and conflict of interest
by Lord Justice Sales and Lady Justice King in these related issues.
I will be asking the Administrative Court for an Injunction on Monday because I
need protection from harassment. I will be asking that this injunction is
against the Chair of the KM (Geraldine Allinson) and her reporter, Helen Grant
MP. i believed that the sisterhood needs to be outlawed due to its activities.
The election was rigged by Maidstone/Kent Police, by Bowls England, KCBA, the
and many others eg NextDoor and Wordpress. I saw a Hunton voter as she got off
the bus in the town centre today, she is a lady bowler from Hunton - she looked
at me as if I am low-life scum. Bowls England will compensate me.

At 09.18am today I was woken up by a private number nuisance call on my mobile
which I have been ignoring (eg there were 3 yesterday) since they started ie on
18.5.2017 or earlier. At 11.14am today there was yet another Manchester
nuisance call from 0161 711 0900. At 2.55pm I was on the bus coming home from
HSBC in Maidstone when there was a private number nuisance call and thinking it
might be Kent Police I answered it, it was a heavy breather. I hung up quickly
came home where I have been too distressed to go back into Maidstone this
afternoon to file my KCC Election expenses. The Maidstone BC Elections team
know that 2 sex perverts targeted me because I was delivering election flyers
during the KCC elections. This type of disgusting behaviour has been going on
since 1980 when I failed to die on 3.9.80, assisted by a KM reporter, the KM,
my husband, stalking, public humiliation, harassment and rape. I have a
life-long court protection order given to me in the Rochester Crown Court on
5.8.80 to threats to kill; there is a penal notice attached. Please arrest my
husband, even if you do not care about me then think about my daughter, Lauren,
she was 3 in 1987/8 when he was terrorising us at our home at night - she still
has problems to this day because of what he did to her when she was 3. He is a
paedophile, in my books.
This morning a Maidstone prostitute applied to be my friend on facebook -
offering me lesbian sex. Her name is "Debra Sopoline Jimenez" and her 2 friends
on her facebook are Paul Bohill "Enforcement Officer at Can't pay we'll take it
away agents" and someone with a name written in Russian who works at Scope HR
Solutions Ltd". I know that Kent Police have been turning a blind eye since
1980, but this is disgusting.
Moreover I asked Helen Grant MP on 2.6.2016 to come with me down to the
Maidstone County Court to help me to enforce this life-long court protection
order + penal notice due to a harassment campaign that had started at my home
in March 2016 via the same type of nuisance calls. But she had contempt for me
despite allegedly being a champion of victims of dv. This morning Helen Grant
upset me yet again in her acceptance speech when in front of everyone she
called me "Yolanda" when my name is "Yolande". There were only 2 people who
ever called me "Yolanda" - that was my Polish Mum who died in 1977, I told my
husband that it upset me when my Mum called me "Yolanda" and so that is what he
used to call me to upset me. Helen Grant is now the 3rd person to call me
"Yolanda". The SRA have written me a letter today that they are investigating
my complaint against Helen Grant, and that I will have a decision by 4.7.2017.
I attach a file showing details of the conspiracy to defraud me - I have
identified 5 payments all referring to additional costs that I incurred because
of the women in the Maidstone BC Electoral Services team eg my printing costs
went up from £1,500 + VAT to £1,700 + VAT. Extra costs were for helpers re my
flyers. I spoke to HSBC Fraud (Naz) after HSBC made the transfer to Hadlums.
Due to the on-going harassment I replied to an email from the Portsmouth County
Court today about my application for an adjournment, which will be dealt with
by the judge on Monday; I advised the Portsmouth County Court that I need to
get to London first thing on Monday to get the Royal Courts of Justice to act
to protect me from harassment in Kent. I will get a Judicial Review issued on
12.6.2017 with an emergency application for a decision on 12.6.2017 as to a
re-run of the Maidstone & Weald Election; my application will request
protection from harassment. I will file my KCC Expenses details in that
action. I know that the deadline is this afternoon, but I am too upset to go
back into town again this afternoon.
I am upset, I am in tears - when will Maidstone Police act on any crime that I
report? Never yet in 37 years

My complaints about 3 elections
I spoke to 2 Maidstone Police Officers at circa 3am this morning; they told me
that they were at the count because of the recent acts of terrorism. I spent
circa 16 minutes taking to Maidstone PC 11799 who wrote down the 3 crimes
references below in his pocket book, he told me that he would speak to his
inspector.
After our meeting I saw both of the 2 Maidstone PCs watching the election
results being announced. Helen Grant's thank you speech was worth listening
to. She thanked the Maidstone BC's Elections Team for running a fair and
democratic election and spoke about the recent terrorist attacks. She was
applauded.
Kent Police, and Maidstone Police in particular conspired to ensure that the
elections that I took part in where not fair and that other elections were
rigged too because of Kent Police's failure to act eg Tom Brake the LibDem was
re-elected despite the LibDem-led LB of Sutton's child protection scandals
involving the death of Ellie Butler, 6, and Desmond Tutu's grandson. John
Hemming did not get elected as a LibDem MP.
Kent Police could have arrested the Chillenden Murderer before the voting took
place on 8.6.2017. Kent Police should have interviewed me via its BMI Fawkham
Manor police investigation started last July.
Maidstone BC know my limited income arising out of organised crime since I
decided to stand in the General Elections 16 years ago. Today I received a
Maidstone BC letter of 7.6.2017 re this; their reference being 50562496/philk
- moreover they know that as part of the conspiracy to defraud me and to
undermine me I am getting DLA of £77.65 weekly which I am not entitled to but I
cannot stop despite letters.
Those conspiring to rig the Maidstone & Weald General Election results include
the Royal Mail, the Maidstone BC Elections Team (women), the KM, Bowls England,
KCBA, Maidstone Police & KMPT.
I find the Thanet South election result extraordinary as is the result of
Carlisle, both Tory victories. Both of these places are the poorest in the UK,
did they really vote for Tories to be their MP?
Did Maidstone really vote to keep paedophiles living in our community and
running shops in the Town Centre? Did Maidstone really vote to pay for the
NHS? For the rich to get richer at the expense of the rest? Did Maidstone
really vote for council tax rates higher than in Bromley and in London/for
corruption?
Helen Grant is extremely unpopular amongst Tory voters. What is the SRA doing
about my complaint?
Maidstone has waited many years to have an anti-corruption candidate - and I
was the only one; we are the most corrupt town in the UK. So why did I only
get 182 votes and lose my deposit?
My Judicial Review will be issued via the Royal Courts of Justice on Monday,
then on Tuesday we will start delivering the remainder of my 39,000 General
Election flyers to the voters who did not get them at all.
I am committed to fair elections; and that includes Maidstone. The National
Crime Agency can stop playing games and start investigating Mark Costelloe and
the rest on the Operation Ore list, as can Kent Police too.
I expect a public announcement from Kent Police today that they are
investigating my election complaints.

I am writing to you in your capacity as the Royal Courts of Justice Elections
Complaints Officer.
I will be attending the Royal Courts of Justice on either Monday 12th June or
Tuesday 13th June 2017 to issue Judicial Review proceedings asking for a re-run
of the KCC Elections for Maidstone South which took place on 4.6.2017 and for a
re-run of the General Election for Maidstone & The Weald that took place on
9.6.2017. In your records you will have an email dated 9.6.2016 from me
identifying a problem with my Maidstone BC Poll Card ie I did not get one. I
informed Maidstone BC's Election's Team that I found a Maidstone BC Poll Card
delivered by the Royal Mail for Gary Aldous at 6 Melrose Close lying in the
road on 15.4.2017. I am still waiting for the Maidstone BC's Elections Team to
make me an appointment to hand this poll card back with my report re the Royal
Mail and what they and others did to rig my referendum challenge last year.
Last night I went to pay my election flyer distributor, Karl Hudson aka
Thompson, for what he had to do for me because of the Royal Mail refusing to
deliver my election flyer, only to find that Karl - who has learning
difficulties - had not voted because his previous landlord/Golding Homes had
not got his Maidstone BC Poll Card to him.
I spoke to Maidstone PC 11799 last night at the Detling venue about my election
complaints; including that I was seriously disadvantaged in both of the June
elections because Maidstone Police refuse to properly investigate 3 historic
crimes references:-
cz/8533/01 Re BMI Somerfield Hospital and a £6.6bn profit, market rigging
by the KM et al
SI/cz/119/03 Re rapes in Maidstone in 1980, the Trophy Murders of Tunbridge
Wells, the Chillenden Murders and KM cover-ups
SS/yy/ /12 The conspiracy to defraud me of my office block and its entire
proceeds (my Facebook posting with this exact crime reference has disappeared)
Maidstone Police also refuse to meet with me to hand over a petition of circa
1000 signatures of Maidstone voters, it was impossible that I only got 172
votes in yesterday's elections as I have massive support for my stance re
children vis-a-vis paedophiles in Maidstone, local parents would not have voted
for the Tories to keep paedophiles living and working in inappropriate places
in Maidstone. Moreover the winning candidate, a KM reporter, would not have
got any votes if the scandals that I know about her had come out.
I would like there to be a re-run on 27.7.2017. I am going into Maidstone
shortly to swear an Affidavit, file my election expenses, pay my printers,
Hadlums, via HSBC and then phone HSBC fraud to report a conspiracy to defraud
me by the Maidstone BC Elections team et al as my print costs increased because
of the refusal of the Maidstone BCElections Team "sisters" to give me more
than an estimate of the number of homes in the Maidstone & Weald constituency
ie they gave me 40,000 as an estimate - which I then told my printer, but when
they decided to tell me last Wednesday afternoon 9 days ago the exact number my
printing costs increased from £1,500 + VAT to £1,700 + VAT. Moreover Maidstone
Police twice phoned my daughter about me the night before Maidstone BC's Civic
Parade. My daughter is a voter in the Maidstone & The Weald, as is my son.
Maidstone Police have persuaded them not to vote for me.
The Court of Appeal and the Queens Bench both know of my problems with the
Royal Mail going back 16 years. The Court of Appeal was writing to me about my
Brexit challenge appeal in April via my friend's address in Cambridge Crescent,
Shepway because of this. A KCC Maidstone South Elections Candidate, Gary
Butler, has told me that he has witnessed problems with postal votes and the
Royal Mail with rigging taking place for the Tories & the LibDems; my Brexit
challenge was rigged by the Royal Mail from Maidstone last year to cover-up for
Tory & LibDem vote-losing scandals and this was followed up by a Tory-LibDem
payment of £5 million to the Royal Mail. If this had not happened would Tom
Brake have been re-elected? John Stevenson? Helen Grant? Amber Rudd? Helen
Whately?
The KM treated me unfairly and were biased against me; the voters know this
and they need to put things right publicly.
Please can I have an appointment to see you on either Monday or Tuesday before
I issue my Maidstone election challenges?
