Re an Election challenge. Please consider my experience before taking that
course.
I was a candidate at the 2008 Local Election, standing for my own Anti-Crime
Party.
On Election Day, making a final effort to drum up support, I was arrested &
dragged off to Bradford Lubyanka. The Police specifically said, it was on
'Orders From Higher-up', & I was to remain there 'Until Voting Had Ended'.
At 10pm, I was released without charge.
Because of this 'Zimbabwean Treatment', I lodged an Election Petition to have
the result in Manninham Ward declared Void, & managed to rake up the £2,500
deposit required.
A year later there was a hearing of the Petition in Bradford City Hall, Deputy
High Court Judge Richard Mawrey QC presiding. For the first day & half he
played Mr Nice Guy. TWICE he said, "You have presented your case admirably Mr
Scarth, both verbally & in writing".
Coming back after retiring ('to consider his verdict'), the nice Dr Jekyll had
become Mr Hyde, a monster, if ever there was one!
The Quisling editor of the Bradford Telegraph quoted his words with glee in
glaring headlines on the front page 'A PARANOID, DISTURBED, VIOLENT & CRAZED
OLD MAN' with two more pages inside! (the front page is attached now).
Needless to say my £2,500 deposit was confiscated, & the Council Defence having
brought a very expensive legal team from London, Mawrey awarded £46,500 costs
against me. I had put in an appeal against Mawrey, but that was 'killed off'
by skulduggery in the Appeal Court ('killed off ' were the actual words in an
email which was leaked to me). They grabbed my life savings of £6,500 from
Barclays Bank (including the Cold Weather Payments paid to we old folks to
ensure we did not die of hypothermia!), & demanded to know when I would repay
the remainder. I told them I would repay at £1 a week (which would take about
800 years). The Council Official said this was not acceptable. I told him
'Take it or leave it' & he came back to me, saying 'I have been instructed to
accept your offer'. So, I paid the first £1, & having received no invoice
since then, have paid no more.
You may well have a good case Yolande, but I doubt you will be allowed to win.
AND if you have any assets of any kind, they are likely to be seized.
Those are my thoughts, & I DO speak from experience.
Your confidence that 'you will win' suggests that, in spite of all your
experience, you do not realise how truly evil are the Quislings who now rule
Britain, nor who wide & deep is the rot within the nation.

Dear Chief Constable
I am in tears, I cannot take anymore of what happens when election campaigning.
I have just spoken to my daughter and she wants me to withdraw my nomination
as a candidate in the KCC Elections.
I have just discovered that hackers have altered the content of my election
flyer that I have been printing off as and when I needed it. I have not checked
it completely as I am too upset that I have wasted time, money and effort. I
give up wanting Maidstone to be less corrupt and more respectful.
What I have noticed on both my current election flyers is that the date that I
met with the Maidstone BC Electoral Services Manager to hand in my nomination
forms and to request a local referendum on council tax has been changed from
30.3.2017 on both flyers - on one flyer the date is 30.4.2017 and on the other
flyer it is 30.3.2016. So the power-driven corrupt have won and they can
waste council tax as they want?
I am too upset to stand in the parliamentary elections against Helen Grant; I
cannot put with all of this. I had planned to spend the afternoon with my
family but because of all this I am wasting time complaining.

I am writing to follow up my complaint about Golding Homes Tenant, Paul
Williams - friend of Paul Billanie who has been undermining on NextDoor over
the weekend but says that the contents of the email below are not from him (see
NextDoor). Is Paul Billanie a Golding Homes tenant? He lives in Brishing Lane?
Is Tom Muir a Golding Homes tenant he lives at 4 Watersmeet Close? If so I
would like to make a complaint
Is John Chapman of 7 Eling Court a Golding Homes tenant? If so I would like
to make a complaint.
I have just been to collect Mrs Allen who lives at 104 Cambridge Crescent and
I noticed a UKIP sign outside of the front of her property on a KCC Highway
pole and again another one on a KCC Highway pole across the road. When I
questioned Mrs Allen as to whether it was Paul Williams who had put up the UKIP
signs that are identical to the ones on the front of his Golding Homes
property, she advised me that she went out briefly yesterday and the signs were
up when she returned home. I attended an Elections Candidates & Election
Agents meeting at Maidstone BC's Offices with Paul Billanie as he was still at
that time my Election Agent, he is no longer my Election Agent - but we were
told that these UKIP signs will have to be taken down by Maidstone BC's
Electoral Services team.
Due to what happened to me yesterday in multiple directions but including Paul
Billanie, Tom Muir and John Chapman - I have stopped delivering election flyers
or talking to any voters. A lady emailed me last night saying that she worked
for KCC and needed my help - but is this yet another set-up to upset me? She
has phoned me twice this morning. There was a concerted campaign to upset me,
to undermine me and to time waste. Last night's harassment campaign was the
final straw I am not delivering election flyers now.
My emails have been hacked, including my own email address which now comes up
as Barbara W??
Please can you help?
