Our meeting at the Royal Courts of Justice on 10.6.2008 (Lord Justice Latham &
Mr Justice Nelson presiding) Yolande Lindridge v Kent Police
Details of the judgment at our hearing can be found below in the historic 2008
email. Witnesses to that hearing of 10.6.2008 have suffered horrendously and
are still suffering horrendously eg myself and Maureen Spalek. Maurice Kellett
is now dead. Trevor Eley who was a witness received a visit from Kent Police
at where he was living in Surrey and told to unfriend himself and put
defamatory stuff about me on-line in conjunction with Fay Williams of Plymouth,
who was at that time working for the UK Column (delivering newspapers) which is
still being used this week on facebook by Andrew Devine. Clive Taylor-Sholl
was warned off me by Kent Police too.
Maurice Kirk was taken down before I was in the aftermath of these 2008
hearings. My witness daughter and nearest relative, Lauren Carter, has been
married into Cllr Paul Carter's family and works for him too at KCC; her PTSD
has been manipulated - masons honed in on her many years ago to put garbage in
her head about me. Cllr Carter's Lodge is Douglas Lodge, an elite lodge in
Maidstone. 2 prominent KCC & Maidstone BC Tories living in Maidstone have also
lived and worked in Bermuda. Bermuda is like an annexe of Maidstone, Bermuda
Police have come to Maidstone for their training. Steve Corbishley,
ex-Maidstone CID is Head of the Bermuda Police.
KCC is in partnership with the Kent & Medway NHS Social Care Partnership Trust;
this means that KCC has its own sectioning team. KCC advertises for social
workers telling them that if they have been qualified for 2 years KCC will pay
for them to be trained so that they can section people - once trained they are
called Approved Mental Health Professionals and they have offices on NHS
premises eg at KMPT's HQ at Priority House, and within the Maidstone Community
Mental Health Team. These people are particularly useful KCC employees when
there are child protection scandals or elderly people whose homes KCC wants to
remove from them. So it was on 19.12.2018 that 3 KCC employees turned up
unexpectedly at my home during the evening of 19.12.2018 with 2 Kent Police
officers + 1 KMPT psychiatrist. There were 2 KCC AMHPs and my daughter, Lauren
Carter. As part of the Douglas Lodge 10 year business plan (which requires
election rigging to fulfil), the process was started by Cllr Carter on
27.4.2014 to start socially isolating me from my family. But the real
freemason hit started in earnest in March 2016 with the aim of socially
isolating me so that I could be bullied relentlessly; I have lodged complaints
with UGLE about Mark Costelloe & Paul Carter who are Maidstone masons. In March
2016 a telephone harassment campaign started up at my home at a time when I had
a happy content and fulfilling life; I was supporting my daughter with child
care for circa 20 hours a week, which included 11-12 hours every Wednesday
whilst my daughter and her husband were at work and I was a member of a number
of local social groups. Within a social space of time all of that was gone.
It was the Douglas Lodge business plan. Kent Police were lined up to do
favours for the South African (Netcare) owned BMI Healthcare so that with the
right national publicity Netcare could pick up the remaining BMI shares at a
knockdown price (just as happened via Dr Ian Paterson, BUPA/Spire & Mediclinic
International, the GMC & West Midlands Police. They needed me out of the way as
the Kent Police BMI investigation that started in July 2016 was going back 16
years to exactly what I had reported to Kent Police about BMI in 2000/1 but
they did not properly investigate then via my cz/8533/01. The other reason
that KCC needed me out of the way was my Brexit challenge as it included my
Chronological History detailing banking crash and KCC Child Protection
vote-losing scandals and how they cover-up aided by Kent Police. My daughter
works for KCC Children's Services and KCC has a problem with Senior KCC Social
Worker, Eric Emeka, who is negatively implicated with the LibDems in the Tutu
child protection scandal. I first saw the Tories & the LibDems work together
in 2003 when I approached the then KCC Leader Sandy Bruce-Lockhart about
Maureen Spalek's Liverpool CC Child Protection scandal, like the Tutu scandal
it is one of freemason favours re children. Sandy was then known as the UK's
most powerful Tory - he was Chair of the LGA & Chair of the Maidstone & Weald
Conservatives. I stupidly thought that as Chair of the LGA Sandy could help Mrs
Spalek with her LibDem run Liverpool CC and the freemason favours via Sir
Norman Bettison and a fake PPO (he is Hillsborough linked too). But the
response of Sandy in 2003 was to put KCC Social Workers onto me; this was the
first time that this happened to me but it has happened again and again since.
I have noticed, Brian, that you have been promoting yet again fake news via the
antics of those linked to the Association of McKenzie Friends. I noted that on
the 1st anniversary of Eugene Lukjanenko and his mates, Gary Roy Hilson &
Tracey McCarthy expecting to get into 10 Downing Street on 16.10.2017 to see
the Prime Minister, they in fact both went to prison. Sabine McNeill was
sentenced to 9 years on 9.1.2019 which was the 1st anniversary of what
Lukjanenko contacted the UK Column and the fake news was broadcast by the UK
Column on 10.1.2018, the first 10 minutes of this broadcast is dedicated to
Lukjanenko who had free legal support from Cllr Carter's solicitor brother,
James Carter, even though Lukjanenko is a child abuser and the child who was
living with him is quite correctly living with foster parents.
My question, Brian, is why has the UK Column promoted 2 fake Russian child
protection scandals? ie The Russian Hampstead CofE case involving the Russian,
Ella Draper, who came to England after meeting banker Will Draper in Moscow,
and the Medway Council Eugene Lukjanenko case. Why promote a child abuser?
Lukjanenko got his Thai child out of the care of Medway Council Children's
Services via a LAC Review after the intervention of Russian/Latvian Jewish MEP,
Tatjana Zdanoka. Both Sabine McNeill & Lukjanenko worked with Zdanoka, who has
a special interest in Jewish minorities in Europe, Lukjanenko is Jewish as is
his mate Maya, is Sabine Jewish?
Then we had RT Moscow via Inin Vadim (producer) and the propaganda documentary
"Forced Adoption UK" starring Lukjanenko, the Thai boy and John Hemming MP.
This film was filmed in January 2018 but released from Moscow in March 2015.
Within days of the documentary's release Lukjanenko was making 999 calls re the
boy living with him until eventually Lukjanenko got what he wanted and the boy
was taken back into care. John Hemming MP brought parliament into disrepute in
December 2014 when he spoke there about Lukjanenko. The RT Moscow propaganda
video released in March 2015 became the platform for Brexit linked crimes in
2017 ie on 5.5.2017 when Lukjanenko climbed on Remain MP Ed Timpson's roof and
incited with Kelly Cottam on facebook attacks on William Timpson's businesses.
William Timpson is an interested party in my Brexit challenge, this arose from
a cyber attack on his snappysnaps chain when I sent a legal email from one on
8.8.2016. Lukjanenko was on the roof of Medway Council for the day on 5.9.2017
as part of a facebook stunt with the Daily Mail who broke the news of Hemming's
arrest. These 2 Russian fake child protection cases had political motives,
Hemming needed a distraction from his surfacing problems with Esther Baker, a
piano and child rape allegations involving Westminster. But the Hampstead CofE
fake child protection case progressed and continues for other reasons. Sabine
McNeill and Neelu Berry went on trial in London in July 2016 over the Hampstead
case, but the trial collapsed. Was this to do with CofE/Anglican Church
favours re myself over the bigger scandal re Tutu?
Brian, have you mentioned my fake KCC sectionings on 20.8.2016 or on 19.12.2018
on the UK Column News, if not, why not? Do you not support what I am doing to
reform child protection and via my Child Rights petition? I was using my
Brexit challenge to get fair elections in Maidstone, save the NHS and to help
children.
I attach a copy of the fake KCC warrant used on 19.12.2018 to smash down my
front door; KCC is a very powerful organisation - it also runs the Coroner's
Courts too! But we have such a high avoidable death rate in Mid-Kent & Medway
that the Chief Coroner appointed an Area Coroner on £100,000pa from Coventry.
KMPT & KCC wanted me locked up for the Maidstone one day Inquest on 7.1.2019 of
Yazmina Howard, 18, who committed suicide on 1.10.2018. But I got discharged
on 28.12.2018 and so went to see the Coroner's Clerk on 2.1.2019, it was agreed
that I would supply a witness statement which I handed in with exhibits on
4.1.2019 and then we learned that the Coroner's Inquest had been put off and
was being replaced on 7.1.2019 with a Pre Inquest Review. The Area Coroner
thanked me twice at this hearing. Life is cheap in Maidstone but we are now
heading towards a Coroner's Report to help prevent avoidable deaths, of which I
know of 96 deaths via Maidstone Police.
I know fully understand the meaning of what District Judge Linda Burgess said
to me in the Maidstone County Court on 24.7.2001 via my BMI claim "If we want
you to lose, you will lose" - that means everyone that I love and everything
that matters to me and my life too. The behaviour of Andy Devine in Greece,
John Paterson in London and Angela Power-Disney in these matters has been
atrocious, we can only hope that they get dealt with in the safe way that
Sabine McNeill has. Initially there was shock by the 9 year year sentence
given to Sabine but now the Hampstead case supporters have become more vicious
than ever. I was appalled at what they said about Southwark Crown Court trial
judge Sally Cahill QC and her husband who committed suicide. This Hampstead
case has been going on for 4 years + now for political reasons; both sides
have kept it going. Hoaxtead Research is run by Canadian CofE church goers who
avoidably keep the matter going by not telling the truth about both sides
motives. I am nothing to do with the Hampstead case but Hoaxtead Research has
liked to defame me via it no doubt because of Anglican Tutu CofE loyalties.
Why not have a look at Tutu Foundation UK? There are Tutu Foundation NHS
mediators eg Dr Ojo, a Nigerian psychiatrist who was Medical Director of the
Sussex NHS Partnerships Trust when Ann Widdecombe MP for Maidstone & KM
reporter and Tutu UK Ambassador had me sent there; on the board then with Dr
Ojo was Helen Greatorex, Nursing Quality & Complaints Director and Vincent Badu
was there too. A South African white Netcare psychiatrist gave me a fake
diagnosis there in 2010.
With the assistance of these people I took no part in the Maidstone & Weald
2010 General Election and so Helen Grant from Carlisle succeeded Widdecombe as
MP for Maidstone & KM reporter. Helen Grant's father is a Nigerian doctor and
her mother a British nurse. In 2016 Helen Greatorex and Vincent Badu moved from
Sussex to KMPT HQ in Maidstone. Greatorex as CEO and Vincent Badu as Deputy
CEO, Badu is also a Tutu Foundation UK NHS mediator. Gina Miller is a Tutu
Foundation UK Ambassador who was financed by a DMGT Jewish CEO for her Brexit
challenge and she used Jewish solicitors too. In 2017 online reports surfaced
about the links between Tutu, Kent, Dr Shaun Russell and the 1996 Chillenden
Murders during my year of office as Kent Businesswoman of the Year, I lost a
baby via the Chillenden Murder cover-up led by Home Secretary Michael Howard, a
Kent MP. Dave Stevens, the Chillenden Murderer OIC linked these 1996 murders
to the unsolved 1987 Trophy Murders of Tunbridge Wells to which both my
daughter and I are indirect witnesses. I told my daughter, Lauren Carter, that
she is a Tory Trophy wife. Michael Stone was physically and sexually abused as
a child in the care of KCC Children's Services - prison is a great way of
making sure that Stone never gets any compensation. I am hopeful that the real
Chillenden Murderer will come down via the Suzy Lamplugh murder, despite the
Press' determination that John Cannan is her murderer.
I have a long history of anniversaries being "celebrated" as referred to in the
email below. No surpise that my door was smashed down on 19.12.2018 and that
on 20.12.2018 I was admitted to Fern Ward although a number of people told me
that the decision to lock me away was made in advance of 19.12.2018, indeed my
son told me on 16.12.2018 so then both myself and Clare Douglas made separate
calls to the KMPT NHS Crisis Team at Priority House in Maidstone; they had no
concerns about me and put me onto the KCC Sectioning team, I had to be taken to
Canterbury and not Maidstone as admission locally is only via the KMPT Crisis
Team. My blood pressure went sky high but I did not have a stroke until
22.12.2018 (TIA); the date of 22.12.2018 is a favourite anniversary date by
those who use it always to harm me. A Mental Health Act Tribunal discharged me
on 28.12.2018 despite the Tribunal Reports from Nigerians working for KCC and
KMPT. A Nigerian KCC Social Work AMHP told the Tribunal that I had been
sending Paul Carter texts - this is wrong as I only sent him one text in 2018
ie on 18.6.2018. The Tribunal was told that I had made complaints - yes I had
to KCC on 19.6.2018 about Cllr Carter, and to the NMC & HCPC; I then made a
2nd complaint about Cllr Carter to KCC on 17.12.2018, but I was told by the KCC
Adult Complaints team yesterday that all KCC complaints are being investigated
by the Maidstone Community Mental Health Team re Lauren & Paul Carter. Not only
have KCC been bullying but so has Maidstone BC who sent me a fake council tax
summons dated 1.8.2018 which I am using to try to get banking crash justice.
Maidstone BC & KCC are in partnership over the Maidstone Medical Campus
Enterprise Zone (this Enterprise Zone status was announced by the Government in
Novmeber 2015 ie before Cameron announced in February 2016 that we were to have
a referendum. I believe that the Government should announce the worldwide
trade deals it has done re Brexit, I believe that the NHS has been used in
trade deals in South Africa and in the US. South Africa are on the brink of
civil war; its government is about to pass laws so that it can seize anyone's
assets with compensation. South Africa has a General Election on 7.5.2019.
There are a number of South African healthcare firms who have been on the UK
stock exchange since 2000 waiting for the NHS to finally go. Cllr Carter speaks
for KCC on Brexit & Health reform.
My KMPT Fern Ward Care Plan given to me on 21.12.2018 is all about the need to
socially isolate me which is damaging to my mental and physical health!!!
Does the public have the right to know before 29.3.2019 what worldwide trade
deals the Government has negotiated?

A RCJ/ High Court Judgement of 10.6.08 (Lord Justice Latham & Mr Justice Nelson)
Did you press the “reply” button instead of the forward button when on 12.9.08
you sent me an email address to Norman (Smith), Edwin Boorman’s lawyer? During
Norman Smith’s phone call to me on Friday evening 2.5.08 I was given his 2
phone numbers 01233 861384 and 07808 632881); there were 3 topics of
conversation during his phone call to myself ie
1 the result of Reporter Ann Widdecombe’s Queens Bench Application
that day via her Media Solicitor Julian Darrall of RPC. Ann Widdecombe works
as a Reporter for the Kent Messenger, the Daily Express and for ITV.
Widdecombe’s media career took off after I appeared on ITV Meridian in June
2000 to campaign for justice for Kent’s Ledward Victims and to warn women about
a successor to Ledward in Maidstone ie Major/Dr Ann Henderson. Widdecombe’s
Media Solicitor succeeded on 2.5.08 in getting a 2 year civil restraining order
against myself; this has the effect of stopping me from pursuing anyone who
owes me money whilst giving those who are in a Kent Messenger led fraud cartel
the time that they need to try bankrupt me or to get me sectioned. The KM
Maidstone June 2000 archives show what was going on, I was getting too popular
in Kent so I was decided to defame me and to high profile Ann.
2 the distress that Mary Graham, Maidstone Kent Messenger Reporter,
was feeling because she had to lie to the Maidstone Victims and Public re the
C-Difficile avoidable death scandal; so Norman asked me to communicate with him
about this instead of Mary. Perhaps Edwin needs to reflect on the history of
Kent Medical & other Scandals (from circa 1980) and change the KM’s
protectionist Editorial Policy? Upper Class freemason Gynaecologist, Dr Rodney
Ledward, was mutilating his patients for 16 years in Kent (1980 – 1996) before
the Scandal broke/he was stopped. Was a deal struck with Kent Gynaecologists,
Psychiatrists, GPs and Kent Police in 1980 ie that they would receive Kent
Messenger “protection” as long as they gave the Kent Messenger, Nigel Anthony
Peck and KM Reporter Ann Preece “protection?
3 the proximity of Norman Smith’s home to Nigel Anthony Peck’s in
Appledore. Norman Smith must also live near the late Brian Paine’s Woodchurch
home too. Brian Paine & Trevor Sturgess are co-authors of the Kent Messenger
Book “Unexplained Kent”; although Steve Hedges told me that he wrote the
chapter on “Unexplained Murders”. Would it be a scandal if it was known that
the KM was earning money out of ensuring that murders remain unsolved to
protect Trust Funds?
I watched Crimewatch on 11 September 2008 and the 1974 Headless Woman Norfolk
murder reminded me of the Kent Messenger Book “Unexplained Kent”’s chapter on
unsolved murders eg the 1979 Bedgebury Park Murder, and the 1987 murder of a
prostitute in Boxley, Maidstone. Please can you send the Norfork Murder
Investigation Team a copy of this KM book; P116 stopped me in my tracks.
When I appeared in Court 1 of the Royal Courts of Justice on 10.6.08, Lord
Justice Latham stated in “open court” that he had read everything that I had
filed into Court; I attach below the Kent Messenger correspondence that is
included in what Lord Justice Latham had read. Lord Justice Latham asked me
what I wanted done with my “property”; I stated that I wanted those implicated
by the evidence contained in it to be brought to justice. This “property”
includes a box of Kent Messenger Press Cuttings that supports the crime of
“perverting the course of justice” re Maidstone Crown Court trials. I was
appalled to read yesterday’s Sunday Express re Circuit Judge David Caddick as
he is the only Maidstone judge that I have any confidence in ie that he is
meticulous in his determination to stick to the letter of the law. From the
letters below it can be seen that the Express Group is inconsistent in its
attitude to the Maidstone Courts.
Lord Justice Latham & Mr Justice Nelson’s Judgement referred to my “Victim
Statement” and that I have been the target of a “sustained harassment campaign”
via an organised criminal network who were motivated to make “fake” medical
records come true ie “Yolande Lindridge is mad”. Lord Justice Latham referred
to my competence in legal matters (compiling a Court file and in addressing the
Court); The Judgement stated that the “sustained harassment campaign” had had
some success in damaging my health. I did not find out until August 2001 that
I had “fake” medical records, it was then that I discovered that I had “fake”
medical records in 1982, in 1988 and in 2000. The 1982 medical records were
created after a sustained harassment campaign that started after I phoned
Maidstone CID on 5.9.80 in response to their Radio Appeal for help to solve a
violent rape in Sandling, Maidstone. My “property” held by Kent Police (via
Nigel Peck) contains signed Witness Statements re the harassment campaign and
the unsolved violent rape in Sandling. My prosecution and trial for harassment
in Kent was about who did or did not know what I know about this violent rape.
Sandling & Boxley are adjoining areas.
My recent harassment trial in my absence in Carlisle was linked to a prostitute
who had assaulted me as part of a sustained harassment campaign; the prostitute
had started her sustained harassment campaign of myself by spiking my drink,
giving me a message re 1978-80 crimes against myself by Nigel Anthony Peck etc
etc. The message that I was given by the prostitute was that women should not
mind about getting beaten up and raped; women should keep their mouths shut,
get over the rape and move on. The Kent Messenger knows that I kept my mouth
shut for 21 years and moved on, if it had not been for what happened to me in
Bermuda on 10.3.01 that triggered the “buried trauma”, and the medical advice
given to me at that time from a psychologist I trusted, then “our secret” would
still be a secret now.
The prostitute assault on me that was linked to a pre-scheduled DWP
appointment, it was caught on CCTV and covered up by DWP Carlisle, by Carlisle
Police and by Carlisle Press. This incident reminded me of the one on 1.12.98
in Maidstone involving my son on his way home from school that was caught on
CCTV and was covered up by Maidstone Police; after the 1998 incident we had our
first contact with Victim Support Maidstone but after the 2007 incident Victim
Support Carlisle refused to respond to my call from Carlisle Police Station. In
order to cover up for Aimi of Victim Support I have been fined under “Victim
Support”. The Kent Messenger Reporter at my Kent Harassment Trial will recall
hearing Deputy District Judge Andrew Vickers telling the Court that I should
have got over “rape with GBH” years ago; my medical records of rape with GBH of
2.5.80 were shown to DDJ Vickers during my trial. Norman Smith’s gloating phone
call to me was on 2.5.08 re the Queens Bench protection given that day to the
Boorman & Peck Family Trust Funds; those that pursue me like to arrogantly
celebrate anniversaries and the civil restraining order expires on the 30th
anniversary of buggery with GBH by Nigel Peck. Was my Carlisle conviction for
harassment to protect those working to protect these Trust Funds was linked to
anniversaries ie the 100th anniversary of the “sisterhood”, my response to the
Maidstone CID Radio appeal on 5.9.80 and my conviction to protect the “Medical
Establishment” et al was on 5.9.08?
Cumbria Police took the same stance as Kent Police ie that anyone can injure
me, injure my children and injure my Golden Retrievers – and they would cover
up. Cumbria Police have the same relationship with their local newspaper as
Kent Police ie they cover up corruption.
The Carlisle Prostitute had Norwich Prostitute friends staying with her as
well as links to Maidstone High Street, Blackpool and Yalding. After the
assault on me, the prostitute moved out of Carlisle to Bury which then featured
in Widdecombe’s 3 part series a year ago ie Widdecombe v the Prostitutes;
Carlisle people asked if the assault on me motivated this ITV Series of 3 last
year? I note the "girl gang" programme that is to be shown on ITV on 18.8.08
re "girl gang" problems in the Birmingham area. I can confirm from personal
experience that the Birmingham "sisterhood" of professional "girl gang" sisters
have been active against myself via the Birmingham Public Sector.
Tim of ITV Border Carlisle had high profiled Ann Widdecombe as a Health &
Safety expert re a Cumbria Horse Show in 2007 whereas I had appeared on ITV
Meridian in 2000 as a Health & Safety expert re patients at risk in Mid-Kent,
via the BMI Somerfield Hospital.
Perhaps Ann Widdecombe needs to visit Police Headquarters in Maidstone where
the local girl gang of professional thugs like to meet?
The Judgement of 10.6.08 referred to “fake” medical records; above are
mentioned the records of 1982 and of 1988 – both of which followed on from
intensive sustained harassment campaigns. The “fake” medical records created by
Dr/Major Ann Henderson on 19.2.2000 have shown how “girl gangs” of professional
women work together to try to make these medical records come true (clinical
negligence lawyers, barristers, judges, doctors, teachers, magistrates,
reporters, politicians, police officers, CPS & NHS Litigation Authority
lawyers). There has been a deliberate strategy to turn witnesses to crimes
against me and to isolate me. Major Ann Henderson of the BMI Somerfield
Hospital and Dr Helen Belger have a national army of girl gang thugs to protect
their careers whilst ruining my career/my life; in-depth knowledge of my
medical records, my personal life and my crime history have been used to injure
me with maximum effect. Professional "girl gang thugs" are like "dormant
terrorists" in that they can be very pleasant to your face for years until they
stab you in the back at the time chosen to do maximum damage. The "sisterhood"
is a political movement in its own right. Dr/Major Ann Henderson's army of
protectors are trained in "black art bullying" so that they can do maximum
damage to a patient with a high claim eg myself.
After professional “girl gangs” failed to make me homeless in order to get me
sectioned on 7.9.08 (to protect the banks et al implicated by my Judgement),
then one of the Banks implicated in my Judgement of 10.6.08 (Nat West Credit
Card in Bearsted, Maidstone) stepped in on 8.9.08 to start bankruptcy
proceedings against me, aided and abetted by the Carlisle "sisterhood" (the
Cumbria CPS Chief Prosecutor and the Carlisle Magistrates Court). The Chair of
the Carlisle Magistrates & Chair of the Carlisle Housing Association (Michael
Little JP) is now Chair of the Cumberland Infirmary whose CEO designate was
"named and shamed" with another female colleague in Kingston in yesterday's
Mail on Sunday for destroying a male medical colleague's career, then moving
on? Is any man in Carlisle safe from the professional members of the
"sisterhood" who have been bankrupting the UK and Carlisle too; these
"professional" women have done an excellent job of bankrupting the NHS for the
Stock Exchange! Whilst the Lib Dems would like a windfall tax on the rich to
help out the poor, I would like to see a windfall tax on the 400 Operation Ore
"fat cats" who have had Bank Credit Card and Police protection. I also believe
that a windfall tax on the Boorman Family Trust Funds (& the Peck Family Trust
Funds) is long over due and would help avert 800-900 avoidable OAP deaths from
hypothermia in Kent this winter. So please ask Norman to help the Boorman
family to make amends?
I have no doubt that when my husband teamed up with KM Group Reporter Ann
Preece to commit harassment crimes against me, he knew that her connections to
the Kent Messenger and her father’s career (a GP, gynaecologist and publicist)
+ Trust Funds, protected him. When Nigel Peck married a reporter and the
daughter of a doctor after medical records were faked to protect them both,
what he gained was a lifetime of “Medical Establishment” help.I know that
keeping our “secret” for 21 years did not stop me being harassed; I know that
even if I move away from witnesses for their own safety ie from witnesses in
Carlisle and in Maidstone, it does not stop them from being harassed. I know
that if my health continues to deteriorate due to sustained harassment and I
die, then the problems for my children (who are witnesses) will increase as the
protection that I have been able to give to them will disappear.
Millions of pounds of public money has been wasted in protecting the Boorman &
Peck Trust Funds; please ask Norman Smith to negotiate compensation for me, for
victims and for the public purse. The Judgement of 10.6.08 stated that there
has been a conspiracy to defraud me and a conspiracy to defraud the NHS; the
Hearing on 10.6.08 was adjourned and has been re-listed for 16.10.08. Who’s
authority is greater, Lord Justice Latham’s or Edwin Boorman’s?
News Item
The Maidstone Kent Messenger published a News Item about me losing my late
mother’s gold bracelet. Please do a follow up story re this gold bracelet ie
it was never found and so I made an All Risk Insurance Claim via my Broker,
Michael James Insurance in Maidstone, but Michael James Insurance Brokers
refused to process this claim; Michael James Insurance Brokers also refused to
process 3 other claims too and the public needs warning about them. The 3 other
claims were a water leak via a Bearsted plumber’s shoddy work, a personal
injury claim following a disabling car crash on 20.2.02 and a mortgage
protection claim. The Judgement of 10.6.08 referred to the car crash of
20.2.02 and my problems with the Medical Establishment. Michael James Insurance
Brokers refused to process my legal expenses claim because of the size of the
claim as the car crash was an attempt on my life. When Nigel Peck and Kent
Police charged me with forgery of 4.7.03, insurers were then protected and no
insurer had to pay up on my claims and Nigel Peck is still a FSA approved
Financial Adviser! Those charging me referred to Nigel Peck as a “Pillar of the
Community”. The adjourned hearing of 10.6.08 is relisted for 16.10.08.

The Kent Messenger Group is aware that we have a financial claim against its
Group for libel, damages, costs, and personal injuries; I would like a
settlement agreed by 5pm on 26.10.05 + a retraction + apology to appear in the
Kent Messenger on Friday 28.10.2005/ Maidstone Extra.
The KM Business Editor advised me on 9.6.2001 that the intention of the terror
campaign at our home and place of work was to persuade us to abandon everything
and leave Kent. On 1.9.2005, the front door of our Rape Crisis Trauma Centre &
Refuge was smashed down and the message ‘Fuckers Lived Here’ was written on the
replacement door. I attended Maidstone Police Station on 4.9.2005 to report
criminal damage, I was told to show ‘respect’; it was the 25th anniversary of
my ex-husband’s eviction and the 2nd Sandling Rape. Clive Sholl-Taylor and I
are attending the Sandling Residents Meeting on 1.11.2005 in an attempt to
avoid up to £1,000,000 of council tax money being wasted. Is Clive being
punished for giving me information about this crime eg its location? Will
Clive’s trial undermine Prince Charles due to its connections with the
Blackthorn GPs? Was the recent incident involving armed Kent Police at
Newington re: a car tail light, witness intimidation? Like me, Clive cares
about children and child protection issues in Kent.
Does the Kent Messenger want to expose what is going on at Maidstone Borough
Council?
They told us that we are intentionally homeless and have no right to income
support, housing benefit and want to put me in prison for 6 months for not
having income to pay council tax.
Perhaps the KM’s headlines this week could be a photograph of an asylum seeker
family being told by Maidstone BC that they are intentionally homeless?
Perhaps Maidstone BC could issue warrants of arrest to asylum seekers? One
story would deter many would-be asylum seekers.
Why did the Kent Messenger publish details of the 1st Sandling Rape at Veglios
Motel of a student, at revolver point, but not the 2nd more violent rape? Who
were the courting couple that were stalked by a Peeping Tom? The woman was
beaten with a shot-gun before being raped. What does the Kent Messenger know
about this horrific crime that took place on 4.9.80?
What happened to the Kent Messenger & Woman Reporter, Anna Preece (daughter of
a GP and my ex-husband’s 2nd wife)? Anna moved back to Kent from Surrey on
8.7.87. When I asked our GP (Anna’s and mine) to send my medical records to
Maidstone Police, my children and I were ‘struck off’ on 8.10.2001 and my GP
refused to treat my daughter’s condition ie in May 2001 she had started
vomiting 2 -3 times per week when she came into our home from school; our
Golden Retrievers were being poisoned etc etc. My children and I have untreated
medical problems. As a victim of breast cancer I should have been having
regular check-ups for cancer, I have no GP.
Why are people too frightened to give us medical treatment or help us with our
charity work?
There are doctors at the Bearsted Medical Practice that should have been
‘struck off’, but they have been given a 1.1 million NHS investment! Was the
late Mrs Demain one of their patients?
Mrs Demain lived in Yeoman Lane where the Bearsted Medical Practice surgery is
located.
Charlene Fuller and I warned patients in December 2002 about the Bearsted
Medical Practice.
The Shipman Inquiry showed that doctors permitted to get away with crimes, will
commit more.
I have ‘fake’ medical records created at the start and end of Anna’s unlawful
marriage to my ex-husband; Maidstone doctors dismiss my stranger rape in
Portsmouth 9 years earlier as not having happened (but Portsmouth Police have
crime records showing my overdose following rape). Maidstone doctors put down
this Portsmouth Rape to ‘hysteria’! My 1980 Maidstone medical records identify
a GBH incident followed by an assisted overdose on 3.9.80 (the overdose was
assisted by the Kent Messenger / a Kent Messenger Reporter (Anna) and my
husband in revenge for a life-long court protection order and eviction notice
of 5.8.80. The JP who phoned me on Mothering Sunday this year advised me that
my ex-husband is a fellow JP who is seen as evil; she knew that he had tried to
have me sectioned. The first threat to section me was by Maidstone Police on
10.6.2001. The 2nd sectioning threat was in Lindridge vs Peck on 6.6.2003.
The Kent Messenger should expose what is going on at Maidstone Police Station;
Clive Taylor and his wife intend to see the Chair of the Kent Police Authority
there tomorrow. Supt Salisbury wants replacing, with immediate effect; instead
of arresting Christopher Benson he promoted him into his management team. What
does that say about Supt Salisbury’s management team?
The Kent Messenger should expose the corruption in the Maidstone Courts; the
Kent Messenger covered the Maidstone Hospital AGM/ Awards Meeting on 27.9.2005,
when is the KM going to report the defrauding of the NHS that was exposed at
that meeting? When is the Kent Messenger going to expose what has been going on
in the BMI Somerfield Hospital in Maidstone? When is the Kent Messenger going
to expose that Maidstone has the same problem with defrauding ex-army personnel
as the MOD currently has with existing army personnel ie freemason organised
crime. There was an advert in the Downswood Mail for my stolen business, by an
ex-army man.
A minority of Kent’s Upper Classes think that the Public Purse is for their
personal use to help them get richer/protect their assets at the expense of
everyone else. Does this include the Alliance & Leicester who are a Public Bank
at Post Offices? Who does the Kent Public Sector work for?
What’s going in the UK when Labour Councillors who, like me, are
‘whisteblowers’, to protect the public purse find themselves being fitted up by
local police eg ex Folkestone Labour Councillor, Bernard Sealey and ex Durham
City Councillor, Maurice Kellett. Sealey alleges that it was the same Ashford
CID team who brought me down via forged faxes, who did the same to him? Sealey
alleges knowledge in relation to the Chillenden Murders miscarriage of justice.
I was dumped in Holloway Prison half an hour after reading a letter from Dr
Shaun Russell to the Office of the under-sheriff/coroner ie Roger Sykes. Why
were the KM archives shut at the time of the Michael Stone re-trial? Who
removed from the KM archives the coverage of the Chillenden Murders on 9.7.96?
Were these murders connected to the 1987 Trophy murders?
Why did a terror campaign start at my Chattenden Court home after I answered a
Maidstone Police appeal re: the 2nd Sandling Rape on 5.9.80? Why did a terror
campaign start at our Grove Green home on 24.8.87? Did it have any connection
to a police photofit in the Kent Messenger?
Did the terror campaign start at our Leeds home because of what happened in the
BMI Somerfield Hospital on 14.2.2000? It was only after I found ‘fake’ pre-1990
medical records that I started researching the KM archives; the Press Cuttings
were unlawfully removed from our home on 11.5.2003 and remain in Ashford Police
Property Store with a Kent Messenger book called ‘Unexplained Kent.’ I told the
KM Reporter Steve Hedges on 20.11.2002 that I understood a meaning for all 4
Trophies taken in the 1987 Trophy Murder of Wendy Knell in relation to myself
and the KM/Woman reporter, Anna Preece. Steve told me that he had written the
chapter on unsolved murders; I showed him the book and the Austrian Cow Bell
bracelet that I was wearing. Steve was with me and Ian McLaren of ITV Meridian
in Maidstone, they saw me meet Clive Taylor for the first time. Steve asked to
take a photograph of me on 20.11.2002, it was first published on 4.6.2004 to
convince the public that I am paranoid, was the photo as the original?
Why did the Kent Messenger publish that garbage about me and Milly Dowler? The
Ashford KM reporter at my trial was taping the proceedings, the KM knows that
Milly Dowler was not mentioned at my trial. When Milly Dowler was murdered I
contacted Woking Police to share my research which had identified similar
crimes in Kent involving Railway Stations ie in 1980 at Sevenoaks Railway
Station and Tunbridge Wells Railway Station in 1987 (Trophy Murder).
Our computers at Ashford Police Station will confirm my contact with Woking
Police.
Why did the Kent Messenger allow those defamatory comments to be published at
the time of my daughter’s 18th birthday in June 2002? The BMA article and BMI
party published in the KM in June 2000, undermined the work that we were doing
to protect patients at risk in Maidstone. The coroner stated on 15.7.2005 that
the death of Mrs Eledwen Demain on 24.3.2004 was ‘avoidable’.
Was the death of the 59 year-old man reported in the KM on 21.10.2005 also
‘avoidable’? The Complaints Department at Maidstone NHS Hospital need exposing
in the Kent Messenger; even the former CEO, Stephen Collinson, refused to
record a complaint against Dr Goodman. The current CEO, Rose Gibb went a step
further and allowed the NHS Litigation Authority to instruct the Maidstone &
Tunbridge Wells Trust Solicitors, Bevan Ashford, to act on behalf of Dr Goodman
of the BMI Somerfield Hospital against The Patient Support Trust/ Little Caring
Farm.
Dr Goodman, BMI is one of circa 25 defendants in HQ020X2379, the KM is another
defendant.
After John Monckton was murdered the Law Society sent a representative to see
me from Tunbridge Wells where the Law Society insurers are based ie Marsh UK.
Her area of interest was the 1987 Trophy Murders of Tunbridge Wells and my
solicitors, Whitehead Monckton.
A JP told me that it is believed that John Monckton was murdered on the
instructions of a Financial Adviser? On 14.10.2005 I visited the Friars at
Aylesford because I knew of their close connections with the late John
Monckton, a Catholic. I asked the Friars to support John Monckton’s family;
prayers are said for me at the Friars. Mass has been said daily for myself and
my children at the tomb of St Padre Pio to protect us from the evil that has
been targeting us. I go to the Friars to get guidance to do God’s work; I went
to the Friars before the start of my ‘fake’ trial to protect my ex-husband and
his agents and saw hundreds of Kent school children.
On 24.7.2003, I asked for disclosure of the Kent Operation Ore list as part of
my ‘fake’ proceedings. On 25.7.2003, there was an attempt to kill my child via
car interference; accident investigators linked the incident on 25.7.2003 with
an earlier one on 20.2.2002. There are 7,272 names on the Operation Ore
international business network of serial abusers. The phone number of the
Friars is 7272. A Friars employee met with me on 2.10.05 at Wits End, I told
her that I believed that the Friars have a role in helping the Patient Support
Trust’s Child Protection work/ Operation Ore. On 24.7.2003, I took a French
boy with me to the Friars to thank God for the suffering of myself and my
children if it were to protect children still at risk; it was then that the
French HLI boy showed me a notice and I realised for the first time the Friars
number 7272.
Ian Joseph from HLI now runs his Kent business from Monaco, we spoke about the
French boy that I took to the Friars on 24.7.2003. Ian Joseph has become
involved in undermining Maureen Spalek’s attempts to get her 3 traumatised
children back. HLI sends unaccompanied children into the UK, given my ‘fake’
criminal conviction I should not have been able to meet children at stations
and airports to take them into my home to teach them English. I am a qualified
teacher and English is my first language, but many who I met that were
collecting children for HLI were neither English nor teachers and some children
are being placed in a Maidstone Bed & Breakfast. I have learned that the
person in the next room to me at the Wits End Guest House was on police bail
for rape charges. The B & B in Yeoman Lane, Bearsted, Maidstone is run by a
nurse and her husband, who works for Reuters. Should this B & B be taking in
lone children given the possible risks? Given the number of paedophiles living
in Maidstone, should child tourists be visiting?
Just before the 4th anniversary of the bringing down of the Operation Ore
web-site ie 8.9.2003,
I sent a faxed letter to Geraldine Allinson asking for KM support re: Operation
Ore and children still at risk. I made the KM aware via a Press Release on
24.7.2003 that I had asked for disclosure of the Operation Ore list that day
and that an attempt to murder my child followed ie on 25.7.2003. On 2.12.1998,
the KM Community Editor, Cathy Tyce phoned me at my Lordswood Offices and found
me in tears due to the paedophile attack on my special needs son the previous
afternoon, the same afternoon that a KM HQ photograph showed me doing the
honourable thing by some Kent Chamber of Commerce & Industry creditors. It had
not been possible to persuade Martin Phippen to do the honourable thing at the
KCCI meeting on 5.8.98.
Kent Business Network was formed in the aftermath of the KCCI demise,
unfortunately Penny William’s team at Invicta Radio let us down for the Pride
of Kent event/awards at the Hop Farm.
The KM might like to do a follow-up to the defrauding of KCCI’s members and
creditors?
Who does Kent Police work for? My opinion of Kent Police differs to that of
the KM. Did the Trophy Rape convictions protect the attackers of Sally Ann
Bowman & Abigail Witchalls?
I paid for a copy of my Kent Police records in November 2002 and was appalled
at the fictitious garbage contained in them. In December 2002 I applied to the
Maidstone County Court for Court Approved Police & Medical Records; this matter
has never been listed for a Hearing. Kent Police have contempt for the
findings of Public Inquiries ie Shipman, Victoria Climbie and Soham.
The Chairman of the Kent Messenger Group is seen as the most powerful man in
Kent, what is he going to do to support my council tax campaign for pensioners?
People are frightened of getting involved in our campaigns in case they suffer
too as we have done; they are encouraged by a letter that I have received from
Buckingham Palace but they still need public reassurance from the Kent
Messenger that the ‘battle’ between us is over and differences have been
‘settled’, so that our Projects can get the help that they need and our
committees can be put together again.
Woman magazine came to our home after I became Kent Business woman of the year
on 24.11.95; I was told that my story was going to be published at Christmas.
I wanted to let other women know that it is possible to overcome rape and
difficult past to lead a successful and fulfilling life ie single working
mothers can raise happy well-adjusted children. The story was not published
and it has taken 10 years to bring me down, by attacks at the heart of my
family.
Please can the KM publish what is needed to allow our projects to progress and
grow? Our projects have been ‘on hold’ for 5 years whilst we fight off those
who oppose our work.

Dear Mr Boorman & Mrs Allinson

I am disappointed not to have received a response to my hand delivered letter
to the Group Chairman’s PA, Penny Dyson and to the recorded delivery letter to
the Chairman designate.
The KM Business Editor told me to show respect to his Chairman after I
complained angrily to him following the BMI Somerfield Hospital party/
cake-cutting photograph in June 2000. So I wrote to the KM Chairman and
apologised, acknowledging his right to publish what he wanted.
But, the Kent Messenger has been publicly in contempt of my life long court
protection order of 5.8.80 since the anniversary of my late mother’s death,
20.8.80, and for my family life at my home at that time, via harassment by the
KM Reporter and Sandling Barmaid, Anna Preece.
There were 3 publications connected with family anniversaries ie 20.8.80,
29.8.80 and 2.9.80.
Public Records show that I had overdosed following a stranger rape in
Portsmouth in 1973 and was a recovering rape victim. My medical records show
that I sustained GBH injuries on 2.5.80 (see also SI/CZ/119/2003). Whitehead
Monckton, via my barrister, Mr Hoffmann (now Lord Hoffmann) obtained my
protection order + penal notice against Nigel Peck and his agents; attached was
a notice for Peck’s eviction from our home (+ his place of work) on 12.9.80.
The Kent Messenger & Peck were involved in my assisted attempted suicide on
3.9.80 (a 3rd anniversary). I did not feel suicidal again until 3
anniversaries ie between 13.7.03 & 15.7.03 (a 50th , a 21st and a 25th ). I
discussed suicide with my daughter on 13.7.2003 as a way of protecting my
children from Peck and his associates, Kent Police, the KM etc. On 15.7.2003 I
discounted suicide as an option as it brought no guarantees for my children’s
safety. 10 days later there were further attempts to persuade me to commit
suicide via an attempt on my child’s life. Was the diagnosis on the 10th
anniversary of 20.8.80 ie breast cancer, another anniversary event? Was the
BMI medical accident on Valentine’s Evening 2000, the fulfilment of a 1980
threat to kill me?
There has been no response to a suggestion to lessen the impact of asylum
seekers on council tax?
Kent is the biggest importer of asylum seekers in the UK; Kent on Saturday
reports that between 1998-2004, 44,482 asylum seekers arrived at Dover and that
800 asylum seekers are in Calais now. When these 800 arrive in Kent they will
expect accommodation from our Councils and income support from our Job Centres,
but there is a legal precedent set in Maidstone and via Judicial Review.
Maidstone BC told my son and I that we are ‘intentionally homeless’ and that
they have no legal responsibility to house us. My GP struck me off on
8.10.2001 and I still have no GP, so I could not get sickness benefit.
Maidstone Job Centre decided that I had intentionally put myself out of work,
so there was no legal requirement to give income support to my son or 1.
The KM is aware that my health, my body, my businesses and charities have been
targeted by organised crime. There is a 9 month mortgage interest rule, but I
was told it does not apply to us.
Do British born people understand that the UK gives preferences re: benefits to
asylum seekers?
An Indian passport holder is paid by KCC to stay at this Guest House to do
web-site work for KCC, but KCC refuse to let me, a UK passport holder, access
to public contracts/teaching work?
The Royal Courts of Justice have ruled, via Judicial Reviews filed by myself,
that the application of Human Rights & other legislation is discretionary in
Kent. The KM Business Editor identified Jonathan Shaw MP to me in 1998 re: the
Kent Chamber of Commerce Fraud and Business Link Kent. We visited Mr Shaw at
the House of Commons and he confirmed that Business Link Kent does not have to
comply with the Act of Parliament that set it up ie it can operate in contempt.
The rule ‘if we want you to lose, you will lose’, applies in our Kent Courts;
this is outrageous;
I was advised of this rule on 24.7.2001 in Lindridge vs BMI Credit Card and on
15.8.2002 in this same case, the Chief Constable of Kent refused to comply with
a witness summons and Kent Police commenced on its mission to give me a
criminal record. Our current Chief Constable of Kent has behaved in the same
way and is in contempt of the Road Traffic Provisions.
Who do Kent Police & the Kent Criminal Justice system report to? The Home
Secretary, or the Kent Messenger? Are my ex-husband and the KM each other’s
agent? If my ex-husband had come down, who or what would have come down with
him? Who do the Province of East Kent mason hierarchy report to? The Duke of
Kent or my ex-husband/ the KM? The Maidstone Court files detail two charitable
donations of £250,000 each, via Peck, Norwich Union and IOSH? Why would firms
based in Leicester and in Sheffield want to give Peck money for the E Kent
masons?
Nat West Bank is aware that E Kent freemason Rob Venn came into circa £20,000
in 2001?
What connection does Harry Darby in Bermuda have with Kent and the Bermudan
Police/DPP?
Witnesses have reported to me over the past 15 years of a smear campaign to
label me as a sex pervert, as having a mental health condition, engaging in
witchcraft, being useless in business, having a dysfunctional family and of
having been told to avoid me personally and in business.
The Kent Messenger and I are fully aware that they are in breach of the penal
notice attached to my court protection order and are implicated in criminal
offences with Peck attracting prison sentences of up to 14 years. For 22 years
I tried to turn the other cheek and simply overcome the obstacles in our path,
my first attempt to enforce the penal notice was on 19.12.2002; the
repercussions were immediate that night at our home and a missile attack on my
car on 20.12.02.
Kent Police are negatively implicated in armed police situations re: Clive
Taylor/ his witness.
Summary
After 27 years of being a victim of criminal activity in Maidstone, I want the
crime to stop today.
I made no attempt to pursue criminal proceedings against my husband and the KM
reporter, Anna Preece, in 1980. I was too ashamed of having been married to
such a man to mention his name.
I have used the law to try to protect myself and my family, but the law works
for the KM, not me.
The US Vice-President’s aide has been charged with Obstructing Justice, lying/
perjury and now faces a trial. Will the Attorney General/ DPP make similar
decisions re some in the UK? Please can we settle our differences, I have never
wished for revenge, just for justice, peace and healing?

A mother’s love, and a safe home, can heal many wounds for my children, Lauren
and Tom.
We have selected the place where we can feel safe and can start to heal our
wounds together ie at Kings Hill this Christmas. My children would like a
Charles Church home (details of which you have); I have reserved a home for
myself nearby via Kings Hill Property Café. Both properties are empty Show
Homes, whose sales can be completed within 14 days. Please may we agree a
settlement by 3pm on 1.12.2005 ie 3 months after our unlawful eviction on
1.9.2005? This would include the purchase of the Good Shepherd Convent & St
Mary’s Care Home at Staplehurst.
The Financial Ombudsman has started an investigation into the Alliance &
Leicester plc, I feel confident that this will see the return of both of The
Patient Support Trust properties ie Little Caring Farm and Unit 6 The Oaks
Business Village. The Patient Support Trust intends to use our properties to
house and feed the homeless this Christmas before starting to develop our land
to set up sheltered accommodation, holiday lodges, a Rape Crisis Centre/ Refuge
and a Medway Clinic.
Please find attached a copy of a Trust Deed, 10 year profile and Patient
Support’s Objects Clause.
The 10th anniversary of my being given the award of Kent Businesswoman of the
Year in Tunbridge Wells ie 24.11.2005 was also Thanks Giving Day and the 18th
anniversary of the 2nd Trophy Murder of Tunbridge Wells. The Maidstone KM
publicity in relation to 24.11.1995 appeared on 1.12.95. On the 3rd
anniversary ie 1.12.98 another KM news item appeared that afternoon re myself/
the KCCI Fraud. As my 13 year-old special needs son walked home from school
that afternoon, he was singled out from his friends for a particularly vicious
attack. Maidstone Police and the KM treated it as a ‘robbery’, but a school
boy returning home from school has no money, only a bus pass. The incident was
captured on the Chequers Shopping Centre CCTV. A man, aged circa 20, threatened
to throw my son over a concrete parapet onto the concrete below, he ridiculed
his speech before stubbing a cigarette out on his forehead. Robbery?

Complaint against the Kent Messenger Group
I buy the Daily Mail and the Kent Messenger to see which un-convicted white
collar criminal they feel the need to positively high profile, to see who is
being blamed for something that they did not do and to see who is being ‘named
and shamed’ because they threaten a KM-led cartel. The inaccuracies intrude
into the life of every family trying to raise honest, decent children. The
Maidstone KM/ Kent Business of 2.12.2005 surpassed itself. On P58 it states
“The Kent Messenger Group is an award-winning exciting and progressive
multi-media business….. Passionate about serving the people of Kent, we believe
in the individual and strive to provide the best quality of media for our
readers and listeners.” I object to the inaccuracy of this content.
I wish to complain about the editorial content of the Kent Messenger and the
intrusion into my life, and into the life of my children, by KM Reporters and
KM advertisers. This activity which started at my 1st Maidstone home in August
1980 and started in a KM publication on 20.8.80; the ‘calling card’ re KM/Peck
bullying involves anniversaries eg 10th, 18th, 21st, 25th, 50th. I have been
terrorised at all 3 of my Maidstone homes. The KM of 2.12.05 reports phenomenal
growth of the KM Group in Kent over a 10 year period (1979-89) under MD Peter
Edgely. Who financed it?
When was Edgely the Chairman of Maidstone NHS Hospital? I was in Maidstone NHS
Hospital on the 10th anniversary of the 1st KM communication ie 20.8.90 (my
late mother’s birthday, she had died from bowel and ovarian cancer on 3.9.77, a
date later selected for a KM assisted suicide.
On this 10th anniversary I had a lumpectomy and was told that I had breast
cancer, but I did not have the profile of a breast cancer victim ie by that
time I was assertive, not highly submissive.
My doctors over-dosed me on tamoxifen until my medical records stated that I
had a drug-induced personality disorder. I stopped taking tamoxifen and my
personality returned to normal.
On 9.2.2000, my mother’s death from cancer was used to tell me that I had
cancer and needed a vaginal hysterectomy on 14.2.2000 in the BMI Somerfield
Hospital; my medical records show that I entered hospital a fit, healthy woman
(I had been dancing at my birthday party on 5.2.00)
and that I did not have cancer. I was discharged with chronic health problems
and left to fend for myself. The next 2 Valentine’s anniversaries were
celebrated with intrusion into my home/life.
I have been told that I had cancer twice and had operations on anniversaries,
how many other women have been told that they had either breast cancer or
ovarian cancer when they do not?
How many drug companies/ GPs are profiteering out of patients being told lies
about cancers?
In the USA it is against the law to tell the public lies about ‘miracle’ drugs
eg tamoxifen; in 2000 I travelled to the US and discovered that tamoxifen was
not the ‘miracle’ drug that ITV claimed.
Many cancers in women are avoidable and much bullying is avoidable; we should
be focusing more on teaching assertiveness skills to teachers, pupils, women,
parents and bosses. Kent Business Network’s Pride of Kent Awards recognised
‘Good Bosses’; I psychometrically profiled them and interviewed their staff as
an aid to identifying assertiveness/ their management style.
In 2000, our Pride of Kent Awards & Business Team Building Event at the Hop
Farm was undermined by those who made promises that they did not keep eg
Invicta Radio, Dutton-Forshaw. Our business exhibitions were the most popular
in Kent, the KM now runs them.
In 1990 I had the backing of Dr Phillips at the Westminister Hospital to run a
pilot education programme in Maidstone with breast cancer patients, but it was
blocked by the Breast Cancer nurse and doctors in Maidstone. So I did the work
outside of the hospital environment. The NHS could be saved millions of pounds
by leadership audits, culture surveys and by education. But the ‘profit-at-any
price brigade’ do not want permanent cures to the problems in the NHS/patients.
I have educated patients to manage stress, high blood pressure, diabetes and
cancer – without medication; this is part of the work that I want to do at the
Good Shepherd Convent/St Mary’s Care Home in Staplehurst – but the KM Cartel
swung into action on 1.9.2005 to block the sale and achieve its 10th
anniversary goal ie to reverse the publicity of the Kent Business Awards.
There have now been 2 x 10th anniversary celebrations of my Kent Business Award
ie the date of the Award and the publicity following the Award; I predicted
‘bullying’ to Guildford Police et al.
On 2.12.2005, the Maidstone KM issued a Public Notice about the destruction of
The Patient Support Trust that told the public that after our horrific
suffering over the past 3 Christmases, my family would be homeless this
Christmas. I object to what was published on P12 & 13 of the Home Section; for
the 2nd time the KM has mis-represented our home via a ‘side’ view. The KM MD,
who drives ‘KM 2’ drives past our home every day, he knows that this is not the
front; he knows that Little Caring Farm is not worth £490,000; it’s building
land means its worth £5m+.
Then there is the Leeds/Langley By-pass and £63m of Government Grants to be
allocated. The Marriott Tudor Park is sitting on a Land Bank, many
Leeds/Langley farmers and landowners have been waiting for the value of their
land to increase ten-fold from January 2006 but Little Caring Farm land value
increased ten-fold on the 5th anniversary of its change of use ie 29.3.04.
Ward & Partners wrote on 6.12.05 turning down an offer of £2m. We offered the
Alliance & Leicester some land to get their name off our deeds, but they wanted
it all and £4.5+m profit.
The Financial Ombudsman, OFT and Serious Fraud Office are investigating the
Alliance & Leicester and the cartel. Whitehead Monckton are a disgrace; they
make money out of making their clients bankrupt; they too are under FSA
investigation – what does their Estate Agency do?
I was mis-sold Little Caring Farm in 1999 by FHD Savills, I was mis-sold
Alliance & Leicester mortgages by Allied Dunbar and solicitors acting for both
sides mis-managed the sale. Ross & Co are now out of business, but their
corrupt conveyancing solicitor, Playford has received positive publicity in the
KM. George Bracher was on the KM Board at the time that Brachers acted for the
vendor, they refuse to put right the legal problems and now the KM has
announced that they are to takeover as solicitors for the Maidstone & Tunbridge
Wells Trust from Bevan Ashford, who feature in the defrauding of The Patient
Support Trust and the Maidstone tax payers.
I have seen OAPs shake with fear in Maidstone because of what the KM-led cartel
has done in order to try and privatise medicine; people are terrified of going
into either Maidstone Hospital.
ITV has just started its latest campaign to sell medical insurance, by
undermining NHS food.
The campaign to privatise the NHS was started by the KM in Maidstone in June
2000, the local BMA Rep and ITV Meridian in Maidstone took the lead from the KM
(June 2000). Due to my mother’s death from bowel and ovarian cancer, I am high
risk and need cancer check-ups but I was ‘struck off’ on 8.10.2001 and 50
months later I still have no GP, how do I get check-ups?
On 30th November 2005, I visited Guildford Police Station, I predicted that the
KM would be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their publicity of my Kent
Business Award. On 2.12.2005, the KM advertised the 2006 Kent Business Awards;
in 1998 this asset was taken from the members and creditors of the Kent Chamber
of Commerce and given to the Priory Partnership for no fee.
KCCI had a 25% shareholding in Business Link Kent, these shares were given to
BLK for no fee.
The Priory Partnership is run from Brighton by Mike Evans, but there was a Mike
Evans who was Head of KCC Economic Development too. Mike Evans of The Priory
Partnership came to the Kent Business Network offices at Little Caring Farm to
meet with me; he knows that the Kent Business Awards belongs to the creditors
and members of the Kent Chamber of Commerce & Industry. It’s time that the
1998 KCCI Fraud was put right by the IOD’s McCabeFordWilliams.
The Kent Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Kent Business Network were both
brought down by cartels with connections to the Kent Messenger. They have been
replaced by the IOD whose executive members have been involved in organised
crime and money laundering; I have 3 NCIS crime references for Whitehead
Monckton. Are the only business networks permitted in Kent, those run by or
loyal to the KM? Hilary Mundella was running Whitehead Monckton at the time of
John Monckton’s murder; the Law Society came to see me after the murder – their
main interest was Whitehead Monckton and the unsolved 1987 Trophy Murders of
Tunbridge Wells.
I founded KBN to restore trust, ethics and decent business values to Kent; but
Kent is running circa 8 UK-wide/international cartels. These were used to
destroy KBN, its reputation and mine.
No business in the UK is safe from these cartels; they interfere with the
management of the UK economy, then the Chancellor is ridiculed by the PCC-led
cartel for the economy’s performance!
Kent Business World, a business run by 2 women supported me, their business no
longer exists.
Business people are terrified of being targeted by Edwin Boorman, a common
feature of those who have bullied us/conned us/ intruded into our life, is that
the are KM employees/ advertisers.
My downfall has been public; it has terrified the Kent Business Community as
circa 88% of businesses are small. But medium and large businesses in Kent
have been brought down too.
I attach a copy of the KM Advert of 21.6.2002, Abbey Business Fraud have been
investigating evidence that this Land Developer Advertiser is involved in the
Cartel to make us homeless.
Summary
Ward & Partners and the Kent Messenger are in Contempt of Court; there is a
High Court Hearing in these Cartel matters on 7.2.2006. I insist that there is
a retraction and an apology.
My children want to come home, but there is no home to come home to, it would
take a month to put right the criminal damage at our home to make it habitable.
My insurers intend to appoint the barrister that I have selected to represent
us in these matters and before the Law Lords on 7.2.06. The KM-led Cartel has
been particularly passionate about hurting my children and destroying my family
on 22nd December. Whose anniversary is this as this date means nothing to me?
The KM has persuaded me to consider suicide twice ie in 1980 and in 2003, I
have had my health sabotaged, there have been suspicious car crashes involving
myself and my son. Where is the Peck family Trust Fund invested? When will I
get an ancillary relief divorce settlement? I have asked that my Whitehead
Monckton-appointed 1980 divorce barrister ie Lord Hoffmann is the Law Lord who
hears the Cartel Case of The Queen on behalf of Lindridge vs the Chief
Constable of Kent on 7.2.2006. I have asked Sir Anthony Scrivener QC to be my
barrister. The KM has until 5pm to phone me on 07732 875468. I do not intend to
die accidentally or of by suicide.

Complaint against the Kent Messenger Group
I intend to start civil proceedings against the Kent Messenger Group/DMGT and
Nigel Peck at 10.00am on 5.12.06. I am seeking in the region of £22 million
pounds in assets or in cash.
Nigel Peck and the Kent Messenger started ‘anniversary’ crimes/ suffering; the
hierarchy of Kent County Council followed suit, then I did too. My personal
injury claim started on 17.10.2001 implicated the Kent Messenger. I was
delighted that Buckingham Palace wrote recognising my humanitarian work on
17.10.2005. Until a 10 year-old Ashford Girl was abducted and raped on
15.11.2001 I had only ever responded to one previous Kent Police Radio Appeal
re Rape ie 1980.
On both occasions I had concerns about the links to 2 court cases which I
started 21 years apart.
I have asked the FSA to suspend the Share Dealings in DMGT. The Maidstone Kent
Messenger watched me being driven out of Maidstone like an animal on 14.12.05;
it was a combined effort of Ann Widdecombe/ her Constituency Chairman, his
successor as Leader of KCC, and of Maidstone BC. How could the Maidstone
Christian Centre for the Homeless be used like this?
The influence that is exerted on the Royal Mail, by unknown parties, needs
urgent investigation.
The influence that is exerted on BT and mobiles, by unknown parties, needs
investigation.
The last time my children and I could enjoy a peaceful, normal Christmas was
Christmas 2000; the authorities want me to have a rest, recover my health,
enjoy myself and prepare for a trial?
I have the support of a Clinical Psychologist who has a Doctorate who is
treating my Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. My next appointment with him is at
1pm on 14.12.05 and we spoke on 30.11.06 about that being the 1st anniversary
/coinciding with my traumatic exit from Maidstone and ‘flashbacks’. The cure to
PTSD is justice and answers; I have the answers and the Kent Messenger
President has the power to give me justice and minimise any damage to my
health. I intend to be in a Charles Church home at Kings Hill on 22.12.06 and
living in peace.

Complaint against the Kent Messenger & the Cumbrian News Groups “MRSA for
Profit”
I attach by way of reminder my last 4 letters ie of 26.10.05, 31.10.05,
29.11.05 and 8.12.05.
The Kent Messenger is aware that my family, the Patient Support Trust and the
people of Maidstone have a financial claim against them and against certain
Conservatives/ Grand Rank masons in Kent.
We would like this claim settled by 5pm on 25.10.07 so that we can set up 24
Hour Help-Lines for the people affected by the Maidstone& Tunbridge Wells NHS
Trust Avoidable Infection Scandals, from a base in Kent. We aim to be living
in Kings Hill and running our 24 Hour Help-Lines from 15.11.07 to give victims
and families the answers they need now as well as any other support they may
need.
Due to my on-going High Court proceedings, I may be in a unique position to
offer compensation too.
I am from Maidstone; I am ashamed of those who run Maidstone to the detriment
of the town but there are many good people living in Maidstone who need my
presence sooner rather than later. As you know I am motivated by “survivor
guilt” to help strangers. The victims and families of the Maidstone &
Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust C-Difficile Scandal will typically be suffering from
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, recovery from which is via access to answers
and to justice. I have been campaigning for years for access to justice for
medical error victims as the clinical negligence protocol is in breach of the
Human Rights Act and this fact, combined with corruption in our courts, means
that 99.99% of medical victims can never get justice. The Kent Messenger will
recall that I campaigned from 2000 not only to protect other patients going
into the BMI Somerfield Hospital from avoidable injuries, but also on behalf of
the Ledward Victims. The Kent Messenger will recall that both myself and the
Ledward Victims had to compensate those responsible for our avoidable injuries.
I have been researching medical and other scandals since 2000, I am in a unique
position to give all scandal victims the answers that they need in order to
overcome their suffering/PTSD. Will the Kent Messenger allow me access to
Kent’s victims? Or will patients have to continue to suffer for years?
I note from the Kent Messenger that the East Kent Mason Grandmaster was at
Invicta Barracks in Maidstone on 13.10.07; as you know the current mayor of
Maidstone please ask him why Maidstone BC failed to do their duty at any time
between when I caught 2 avoidable infections in the BMI Somerfield Hospital in
Maidstone on 14.2.2000 and April 2001? If they had done their duty the spread
of MRSA could have been contained but in April 2001 MRSA was out of control in
the UK.
I note that JCB Medway are advertising beneath the KM story about the East Kent
Masons; JCB Medway were on the Kent Business Network’s Steering Committee that
I chaired and they introduced the BMI Maidstone Somerfield Hospital’s Business
Development Manager onto the Steering Committee; they will of course recall
that I was discharged from that Hospital on 19.2.2000 with avoidable infections
but that I did not know for 55 months that one of the infections was MRSA.
It was Rose Gibb, CEO of the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust who let me
into this “secret” after 55 months via NHS medical records from Dr Goodman of
the BMI Somerfield Hospital. I had an “open” wound for 8 months in 2000, I was
permitted to take MRSA contracted in the BMI Somerfield Hospital into my
Surgery (the Bearsted Medical Practice), into a NHS ambulance, in the Maidstone
NHS Hospital, into the BUPA Alexander Hospital and into the Medway NHS Hospital.
I was permitted to share toilet facilities with our Health & Safety students at
our Lordswood Offices.
I was permitted to attend packed meetings of business people all over Kent,
when I had MRSA.
I note from the KM article a Major Giles McCallum from Invicta Barracks, please
ask Major McCallum how I ended up with serving soldiers from these Barracks as
paid Security Guards at our home at night in June 2001; they had just returned
from active duty overseas and had special night binoculars so that they could
see who was terrorising us – they saw the man with a shot-gun and the Alsatian
dog one of them had ie Blade, swallowed some of the capsules left for my golden
retrievers.
Dr (Major) Ann Henderson has an “army” to protect her including my army private
and army major neighbours in Brampton. Major Bev Bingham was introduced to me
by the Kent Messenger Business Editor as his wife Beryl was able to get an
itemised invoice from the BMI Somerfield Hospital whilst I could never get an
invoice from BMI. Major Hugh Robertson MP bullied and reduced me to tears when
I went to see him with my daughter in September 2001 with complaints about Kent
Police harassment at our home; he let me know that he did not want his
Grandmaster to find out what he was up to, I understood from him that his
Grandmaster would not approval of this freemason’s behaviour.
Please let your readers know that I have filed complaints with the IPCC re
police harassment in Kent and in Cumbria over Mid-Kent’s Avoidable Infection
Scandals; how can Kent Police have a role in investigating Infection Scandals
when they are complicit in allowing these infections to kill patients?
Please let your readers know that council taxpayer money has been used to
promote those complicit?
Please explain to your readers the Kent Messenger Policy re the protection of
doctors/1980 origins?
The Kent Messenger has in the past kept a medical scandal away from the Public
for up to 16 years.
Please let your readers know what I am doing to “name and shame” and to remove
from public office those complicit in Maidstone’s child and patient scandals.
I have been co-operating with Kent Police re Operation Greenfinch following the
Crimewatch programme on 20.8.07 featuring the 1987 Trophy Murders of Tunbridge
Wells and with Belgravia Police since the Crimewatch programme on 26.9.07.
The next Crimewatch programme is on 30.10.07, my late father’s birthday – he
would have been 90.
There were 90 Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust Avoidable Deaths, but there
was a related avoidable death in Cumbria ie my vulnerable next-door neighbour
Daisy Shannon who had a double stroke on my 55th birthday on 5.2.07 after
witnessing Cumbria Police and other harassment of myself.
Despite a determination that I die accidentally or by suicide in Kent/ Cumbria,
I am only disabled. Many people in Cumbria were amused by Ann Widdecombe’s
series of ITV programmes on 15.8.07, on 22.8.07 and on 29.8.07 ie Widdecombe vs
the Prostitutes, the Benefit Fraudsters & truant children. I was asked if the
programmes had any connection to myself? I have been pursued in Cumbria by
prostitutes, benefit fraudsters, child abusers and “honey traps”/a “death trap”
mechanic. On 26.1.07, I was attacked in Carlisle town centre in the middle of
the day by a Prostitute outside “Churchills”, the incident was caught on CCTV
but like the incident involving my son in Maidstone town centre, Carlisle
Police took the same stance as Kent Police had done in 1998 ie to protect the
perverts involved in these crimes and their links to earlier unsolved crimes eg
the Kent Chamber’s collapse. The Prostitute spoke of her Maidstone High Street
association, she said that she had a list of the Cumbrian masons and that I
would never win against them. I have since been told by the “Arnisons
Honey-trap Death Trap mechanic” who motivated the Prostitute to harm me, that
she has since moved to Manchester and has a job working in a prison? Charlie
Arnison was a Conservative leader/solicitor up here in Penrith and in Carlisle,
who died earlier this year. Arnisons are solicitors and estate agents.
The Chief Constable and Deputy Chief Constable of Cumbria resigned at the time
of Arnison’s death and Carlisle’s 2nd replacement top criminal judge since I
came here in 2006, started work on 22.10.07.
I went into the Maidstone Kent Messenger Office to let them know a “news item”
re myself and Ann Widdecombe; I gave the reporter I met there the contact
details of Phil Coleman of the News & Star in Carlisle so that he could follow
up what was published about Widdecombe and I in Carlisle on 12.6.07 and on
15.6.07 ie at the time that Ann Widdecombe was writing exclusively for the Kent
Messenger in celebration of her 20 years as a MP for Maidstone. The Cumbrian
News Group articles looked like they could have been written by a Kent
Messenger Reporter (see KM archives re myself)? On 20.8.07, I started High
Court Defamation Proceedings (which have a jury) ie Yolande Lindridge vs Ann
Widdecombe & the Cumbrian News Group (or should it be the Kent Messenger
Group?).
I note that the Kent Messenger Managing Director who was in charge at the time
of Kent Messenger defamatory articles ie David Lewis, left his post on 30.4.07
and that the Cumbrian News Group Managing Director who was in charge at the
time of the Cumbrian News Group defamatory articles ie Chris Bisco, left his
post on 8.9.07 but stays on the Board until December for pension reasons, then
he is joining the Kent Messenger Group Board as Managing Director. What are
the criteria for joining the Kent Messenger Board? When did George Bracher,
Martin Phippen and Penny Williams join?
I have read of Chris Bisco’s Portsmouth Press history, perhaps he can speak to
Portsmouth Police about when I was raped at knife-point when I was at
university there? The Cumbrian News Group & the Kent Messenger Group have
demonstrated that they have the same editorial policy re “naming and shaming”
whistleblowers who try to protect strangers from avoidable injuries whilst at
the same time refusing to help bring to justice those who have been harassing
me? There are laws about “naming and shaming” rape victims, this includes
publishing “touched up” photographs of myself to support the diagnosis of Dr
Henderson of the BMI Somerfield Hospital on 19.2.2000 ie “Yolande is mad”, when
the diagnosis should have been “Yolande has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder,
MRSA etc”.
Instead of discharging me on 19.2.2000 and trying to bankrupt me, I should have
been isolated. Did you know that the CN News Group was involved in trying to
amend ASBO legislation via myself?
The Kent Messenger was involved in amending harassment legislation to protect
those harassing us.
Whilst I understand that there is a determination that the NHS, and therefore
the council tax payer, should finance the compensation for the Maidstone &
Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust C-Difficile victims and families, I am determined
that this shall not happen and that the BMI Somerfield Hospital shall be seized
under the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act to become an Isolation Hospital for the
NHS run by us.
BC Partners bought the BMI Healthcare Group on 1.9.2000, it engaged in “profit
at any price” and it cut corners. Its final asset was sold off last year. In
July 2006, BC (Baring Capital) Partners declared Europe’s largest ever profit
of 6.6 billion pounds; who are BC Partners’ Private Equity investors?
On 13.6.06 I had a meeting at the Tunbridge Wells Land Registry, during which I
was advised that our properties, taken from us after Rose Gibb, CEO of the
Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, had instructed the NHS Litigation
Authority to pursue High Court legal action against us on 27.5.04 on behalf of
Dr Goodman of the BMI Somerfield Hospital in Maidstone, would be returned to us
after a trial. The Kent Messenger will recall that on 27.5.04 that they were in
a Folkestone Magistrates Court tape recording my “harassment” trial, was this
trial directed by the Kent Messenger to protect those implicated in a long-term
strategy to disable the NHS and to move it into the City of London? In the
1980’s, the Royal Masonic Hospital was sold, was this about moving competition
out of the way?
The NHS Litigation Authority pursued us working in conjunction with Jackie
McQuirk, Alliance & Leicester Solicitor. In December 2004, my daughter and I
travelled to Reading to sign away our life savings/assets or be made homeless
on 22.12.04. McQuirk is still trying to persuade me to sign further legal
documents to protect herself and Rose Gibb from “false accounting” charges. I
have agreed with HM Revenue & Customs Fraud to give evidence against those
implicated in Cumbria on behalf of Kent NHS & Taxpayer fraudsters. I will never
sign anything else to protect Gibb, McQuirk et al.
On 11.10.06 I was interviewed by the Healthcare Commission at the Stone Court
Hotel, Maidstone re the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust Clostridium
Difficile Scandal; the hour-long interview was taped recorded. I identified
the key role of the Kent Messenger Group in covering up scandals since circa
1980 in conjunction with a Kent Conservative-led freemason group, and that the
motives behind Mid-Kent’s avoidable infection scandals can be found in the Kent
Messenger archives of June 2000. On 11.10.07 the Healthcare Commission’s Report
became public via the press and the media.
On 23.10.06 I was interviewed at the UK Passport Office Durham re Identity
Fraud, asylum seeker trafficking, freemasons and paedophiles in Kent. As I was
being interviewed over Kent’s freemason “Cash for Honours” scandal so Michael
Howard was being interviewed in the Metropolitan Police’s “Cash for Honours”
scandal. You will recall that I was put on trial in the Folkestone Magistrates
Court in Michael Howard’s Constituency, where the Province of East Kent Mason
Grandmaster John Bonomy (a former Conservative Councillor in Folkestone) sits
on the Bench with his “fund raiser”.
It was the Kent Messenger who published decisions yet to be made by the CPS in
a Canterbury Court.
On 23.10.06 I was interviewed about crimes against humanity, I was told that
there will be a trial.
On 23.10.07, “Yates of the Yard” spoke re the “Cash for Honours” investigation
and delaying tactics.
I spoke “on oath” as a Defence Witness in a Guildford Crown Court Trial on
8.10.07 about being a “whistleblower”; I identified that Maidstone’s “Cash for
Adoptions” Scandal had been published in the Kent Messenger on 13.7.07 but
Maidstone’s “MRSA for Profit” scandal had not yet surfaced.
I identified Ann Widdecombe’s role in relation to these scandals, by standing
by and doing nothing.
Summary
I believe that the Kent Messenger has obstructed justice in relation to medical
and criminal scandals.
I believe that an examination re the Kent Messenger archives 1980, June 2000+
will confirm this.
Perhaps it is time for the Kent Messenger Group to reflect on its recruitment
and editorial policy?
There are people suffering in Maidstone ie families and victims of the
Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust , who will typically be suffering from
PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) recovery from which is only via answers
and justice. I have read the Kent Messenger of 19.10.07 and its front page
headlines “No excuses”; there is no excuse for the Kent Messenger’s continuing
behaviour in not allowing families and victims access to myself so that they
can get the answers and justice they need for healing. This “whistleblower”
needs to come out of exile to come home to help victims.
There are “no excuses” for those who stood by and did nothing to stop
infections from spreading in Maidstone. I believe that the unabated spread of
infection was seen as a business opportunity by some “sick and warped” minds.
I believe that instead of building an extension in 1999/2000 to increase the
number of beds in anticipation of NHS contracts eg MRSA patients, the BMI
Somerfield Hospital should have prioritised instead much needed sterilisation
and health & safety investments?
There are journalists in Maidstone who should lose their jobs. My son told me
on 22.10.07 that he has applied for a journalist work placement with the Kent
Messenger Group but he was rejected by
e-mail so his Head of Year at his University is trying to help him. What
happened to the Disability Discrimination Act? My son is permanently disabled
because, as my son, he was refused medical treatment in Maidstone from 8.10.01
by the Bearsted Medical Practice at the centre of this scandal.
My daughter returns to live in Maidstone today. I have concerns for her safety
as she is a witness who has copies of documents that we were intimidated into
signing as the Patient Support Trust Trustees.
The Chief Constable of Kent was faxed copies of the same “money laundering”
documents by myself.
I spoke to Kent Police about my daughter’s safety on 16.10.07 and to Cumbria
Police re my safety.
A Carlisle Police Sergeant phoned me on 20.10.07 and advised me that I am doing
the right thing by hiding from the “Honey-Trap, Death-Trap” mechanic and his
women who are after me; one of whom has threatened to attack me. This Carlisle
“serial abuse ring” was out looking for me on 19.10.07.
I am an empowering management consultant, is it time that Maidstone worked with
me to change its culture and its predominant leadership style from one of
under-performing autocratic bullies/”thugs”?

Complaint against the Kent Messenger & the Cumbrian News Groups
I attach by way of reminder my 5th letter of 24.10.07, to which there has been
no reply.
I phoned the Newcastle Head Office of the Northern Rock on 1.11.07, I spoke
with the Northern Rock’s Press Office and then sent follow-up educational faxes
to them and to the CEO’s PA. The Stock Markets in the USA and in the UK fell
significantly on 1 & 2.11.07 (UK 55.5 on 2.11.07). I believe that with the
right publicity the Northern Rock can rise again from its collapse; this
involves the UK Public understanding what brought this Bank down.
To this end, I have reserved a booking at the Maidstone Leisure Centre (seating
capacity 1200) for 9.12.07 for a Meeting entitled “Maidstone Scandals, The
Answers” . The victims and families of the Maidstone C-Difficile, Child Abuse,
Banking and other scandals will typically be suffered from Post Traumatic
Stress Disorder, recovery from which is via Answers and Justice. I am in a
unique position to help these victims recover via answers.
On 10.11.07 I visited the BMI Somerfield Hospital in Maidstone for the first
time since I sustained GBH injuries there on 14.2.2000/since I was discharged
from there on 19.2.2000.
I spoke with the Receptionist and wrote a letter for the Executive Director
John Heyer and his Director of Nursing re my recovery from PTSD arising from
their multiple health and safety breaches on 14.2.2000; I established that
Major Ann Henderson is still working there despite the fact that this
gynaecologist should have been struck off by the GMC for taking over the
“corner cutting” title awarded to Kent Gynaecologist, Dr Rodney Ledward ie that
of “Fastest Gynaecologist in the West”. I advised the Receptionist that there
is a High Court application to seize this Hospital under the 2002 Proceeds of
Crime Act but that jobs would be safe as the Patient Support Trust intends to
take over the running of this place as an “Isolation Hospital”.
At the event on 9.12.07 we intend to launch “RESPECT Co-ordinators” ie one in
every road to guide children and to look out for the vulnerable. But, in order
to be able to give on-going support to those whom I have already met in
Maidstone over the week-end, I need a home and a working base in Kent. To this
end, please contact Aaron at Kings Hill Property Estate Agency re the home we
viewed on 11.11.07 to arrange for the purchase of my chosen home.
The Tunbridge Wells Land Registry advised me in June 2006 that our Properties
cannot come back to us until there has been a trial so we need to take on
offices in Kings Hill this week too. The Alliance & Leicester told me to go and
see their money laundering partners in crime ie Wards of Bearsted, Maidstone to
collect the keys of our possessions as they were intending to dispose of our
possessions by auction or waste disposal on 10.11.07. I went to Maidstone
Police Station on 10.11.07 before going to Wards of Bearsted, I complained of
demanding monies with menaces ie £32,000 from me for storage and the request
that I sign a document protecting Richard Smith of Ward & Partners, Jackie
McQuirk of the Alliance & Leicester, Rose Gibb of the Maidstone & Tunbridge
Wells NHS Trust, Pricewaterhousecoopers et al.
When I arrived at Ward & Partners I recognised the man there, he recognised me
(Jonathan Woolgrove); he refused me access to my possessions and phoned
Maidstone Police to arrest me. I left just before the police car arrived. I
will never sign any document protecting those involved in the “Great NHS
Robbery” from being charged with NHS Fraud/false accounting.
My former PA, a Medway Social Worker, has had a Medway Social Worker staying
with her for 2 years until last week whilst her possessions were in storage in
Kent at a charge of £50 per month. Wards want £32,000 for 2 years storage of
possessions unlawfully seized/held.
Ward & Partners told Kent Police that I was well-behaved but I refused to
leave, Jonathan told them about paedophiles, freemasons and the Maidstone &
Tunbridge Wells NHS C-Difficile Scandal. PC Thomas 10788 interviewed me at
Maidstone Police Station on 9.10.07 but failed to make a record of our
interview although he accessed the SI/CZ/119/03 computer file (as advised by
Maidstone Police 10.11.07). During my meeting with PC Thomas I asked if
Maidstone Police were still taking their instructions from Douglas Lodge and
from the Kent Messenger? The Maidstone Police Receptionist sent an e-mail to
PC Thomas on 10.11.07 after advising me that PC Thomas was working 8am to 4pm
on 11.11.07 and that he would be free to see me after the Remembrance Day
event, but PC Thomas did not see me.
Do you think that Prince William should take over as Head at the Royal British
Legion?
I have asked the Chief Constable of Kent to resign over the Maidstone
C-Difficile scandal.
I have acted to put a stop to the farce that sees Kent Police investigating the
Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells 90+ avoidable death scandal, as this sees them
investigating themselves!
Should there be a Press Campaign for the Chief Constable of Kent to resign over
these 90+ avoidable deaths and health & safety breaches? The Asset Recovery
Agency had no signed authority to support me in the RCJ Companies Court on
30.11.04 re the seizure of the BMI Somerfield Hospital, Maidstone under the
2002 Proceeds of Crime Act re its malicious mis-management of MRSA and
anaesthesia, “organ snatching”, health & safety breaches etc etc.
Kent will never sign the paperwork that the Asset Recovery Agency now needs to
proceed.
My 6116/07 application was originally listed for 14.11.07, I will try to get
this date again.
I suspect that if the Northern Rock were to team up with me in the Royal Courts
of Justice Companies Court for a 6116/07 Hearing in Lindridge vs the Alliance &
Leicester and BC Partners/the BMI Somerfield Hospital, with publicity, then
many claims could be settled?
With the right publicity between now and 15.11.07, the Northern Rock could well
recover?
I have yet to establish the significance of “22 December” and the continued
mis-use of that date to harm me and my children. It was last used on 22.12.06
by a Carlisle “contract killer”.

I attach by way of reminder my 7th letter of 13.11.07, to which there has been
no reply.
I also attach a 5th letter of 2.12.06 which I had omitted to include/refer to
on 24.10.07.
I attach a copy of an e-mail received at 17.22 yesterday from David Smart whom
I contacted via the Maidstone Freemason web-site. Phil Sayer, retired BT
Manager, is now Head of the Maidstone masons. Yesterday the Daily Express was
positively profiling the Maidstone Crown Court responsible for so many
miscarriages of justice, whilst the Daily Mail wrote about Josie Russell and
Michael Stone. Do you think that it is time to let Shaun and Josie Russell
achieve peace? Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the 2nd Trophy Murder of
Tunbridge Wells (Caroline Pierce) and yet there was no publicity to mark this
anniversary? Yesterday was the 12th anniversary of when I was given the Award
of Kent Businesswoman of the Year at High Rocks in Tunbridge Wells, I was
motivated by my Award to “give back”.
Our University of Cumbria lecturer agreed with me last week that it was the
Alliance & Leicester that was insolvent and not the Northern Rock, so did a
gang of bullies bring down the Northern Rock as a “distraction”? If a Bank is
not safe from a worldwide group, then is any business safe? Small businesses
are the backbone of the UK and the Kent economy.
My daughter has told me she discharged herself from Maidstone’s NHS Hospital
today with a contagious kidney infection, she was allegedly going to be put in
a Ward with elderly OAPs?
I would like to be able to announce at the Event on 9.12.07 that the Police
Federation will work with the Patient Support Trust to set up “safe” homes for
homeless and at risk children.
Will the Kent Messenger give our Event on 9.12.07 appropriate publicity and its
support?

Constable of Kent by email to Ann Barnes Chair of the Kent Police Authority
yesterday only to find that email access to her and all at Kent Police & the
Kent Police Authority has been blocked; is blocking complaints to the Chair of
the Kent Police Authority setting a fine example? I have never been able to
send any complaint to the Kent Police Authority by fax as it never gets
through. It seems to me that paranoia has set in with the Chief Constable of
Kent as I have found it impossible to make complaints?
Who has been blocking my complaints to the Kent Police Authority? What
happened to my recent complaint re Benson?
Obviously I understand that you support Ann Widdecombe's Media Solicitor's
intervention so that the Alliance & Leicester does not have to pay me anything
that they owe me for 2 years and that organised crime will harass me/try to
bankrupt for the next 2 years. The police harassment of those who support me
around the UK continues eg yesterday in Carlisle & Kent;
the Carlisle man who lent me money on Monday and so stopped the "sisterhood"
threat to section me on behalf of Kent.
I know how security firms operate in Kent and so would not trust any of them
with either keys or with security guarding, but I would trust a Kent Security
Firm (that is not permitted by Kent Police to operate) with the Security that I
need for my work.
I have had enough of people being warned off of me and the
defamation/back-stabbing of myself; there is a Public Record that the
"sisterhood" throughout the UK all "sing from the same song sheet" ie "Yolande
Lindridge is mad" and needs to be sectioned. Rather than being permanently
silenced because I know too much about what is going on, I intend to go on tour
and tell everyone what has been going on eg there is a serious problem in the
UK with the regulation of doctors and solicitors; eg that no one should trust
any member of the "sisterhood". I had the mis-fortune to once last year speak
to Inspector Julie Dodge of Maidstone Police over the phone when she was Duty
Inspector; Inspector Julie Dodge showed me that she is trained in "black art
bullying" (by the "sisterhood, who also train their sisters in black magic in
Kent) ie by using "black art bullying" on me whilst telling me that I am mad.
I would like to warn everyone about trusting Insp Dodge.
Have the RCJ Administrative Court Lawyers decided that the Alliance & Leicester
does not have compensate me for organised mortgage fraud and that the Public
Purse has to instead compensate me? I am a victim of fraud, I have asked the
Prime Minister to direct the Chief Constable of Kent to restore my financial
position to that what it would have been by 9.30am on 15.9.08 ie if I had not
been defrauded. If lawyers protect lawyers and doctors protect doctors, who
protects thier clients and their patients? There will be a Human Rights
Application in front of the Royal Courts of Justice on 16.10.08 ie that the
application that I paid the Maidstone County Court for in December 2002 is
heard - that I have Court Approved Accurate Police & Medical Records. Kent
Police will learn to respect the findings of the Shipman and the Soham
Inquiries.
The takeover of the Alliance & Leicester by Banco Santander is expected to be
decided on 10.10.08, so will that mean that the Northern Rock Shareholders may
have a claim against the Chief Constable of Kent on 16.10.08, if this deal
succeeds?
Is Jackie McGuirk, Alliance & Leicester lawyer, protected from prosecution by
the RCJ Administrative Court lawyers?
Are Dr/Major Ann Henderson and Dr Helen Belger protected from arrest and
prosecution for "faking" my medical records?
800-900 OAPs die each winter in Kent from hypothermia; this is part of a
malicious strategy in Kent to help out the City of London with their credit
crunch problems and to minimise pension liabilities - MRSA for Profit is part
of the same strategy.
I have repeatedly stated that I can reduce council tax by eliminating
corruption, duplication and waste in Kent - but Kent is not interested in
stopping avoidable OAP deaths. DWP Maidstone & Carlisle's loyalty is to RBS
Insurers on their Maidstone site.
The Alliance & Leicester is determined that I will not have access to my life
savings because it is known that if Yolande Lindridge has money there is no
limit to the amount of good that she can do for the vulnerable at risk in
Maidstone/Kent.
I am determined that I will have access to money and will take hardship
applications from OAPs at risk in Kent/UK.
The "sisterhood" have "sick and warped" minds; they have tried to facilitate my
death from hypothermia.
The Business Editor of the Kent Messenger will recall our conversations in
1995-7 re Invicta Grammar School for Girls in Maidstone. Girls at this school
can expect to take up careers in Kent Police, in medicine, in law and in
teaching - but what I saw at that time was that girls as young as 11 were being
trained for the "sisterhood" and a life of crime. "Girl gangs" were permitted
to plan shop lifting crimes in the school and to stash their proceeds of crime
in their school lockers; the ethos of the school was that as long as you are
naturally intelligent that is all that matters ie as long as you "win" it does
not matter what you do or how you behave in order to "win". Fortunately
Maidstone's other girls Grammar was managed differently.
I have a problem with those managing this school as I believed that the
children's parents had a right to know what their children were up to. I
alerted KCC Education to what was going on. KCC Education & KM took a lead in
criminalising me.
The links between the "sisterhood", organised crime, the City of the London and
the Press - needs exposing.
