The above shows 1 good forecast, 2 mediocre and 3 bad.
This early it is difficult to call, but if it holds I would cancel
because of the winds and clouds.

Good morning Weather Watching Team,
I'm seeing a disaster of clouds for Saturday's event
at Bookmans. If we think the clouds are not going to go away, and since
this is a public event, it might be good to cancel earlier than we normally
do. The forecast has said Clouds for Saturday for a few days. I looked at
the forecast in detail yesterday, just to find out if the event would
happen and I was seeing 60-90% cloud cover through the time of the event
which is 7pm to 10pm.
Also, we have no scopes signed up to do the event, which means it would
only be Me with my table of handouts.
May I have a weather update for Saturday, today, and then maybe saturday
morning, or Friday night if the weather isn't going to change much.
Thanks and let me know if we should cancel or not.
