Terri, I did respond a few days ago and suggested to cancel since we are in a
solar minimum. I really think solar events will be a waste of time for the next
few years unless it is a partial eclipse or a transit of a planet or some very
special and unexpected solar activity arises. Take care, Sam

And the reason I need this info is to know if this event is being announced in
the Feb Newsletter for which the articles are being processed today, and today
is my deadaline to get that info ready for the newsletter.
I see that Sam can't make it
and Rick wants to but the minimum attendacne to keep this event happening would
need to be:
2 telescopes
1) Rick on Sun
2) ____ on Moon
and Mike with meteorites.
I only see 1 telescope thus far and by 3pm today, i will call this event on or
off, based on signups.

Plus Mike is very needed at this event.
And i'd suggest a minimum of 2 scopes, one on the
Sun and one on the Moon.
Let me know your thoughts on this.
All the rest of the events on the site, have RSVP's picked, or will, by the
time i leave.
And those who are the RSVP, please send a review and any photos you take, to me
for the newsletter. Would love to read how the events went... Be sure to list
all PAS attendees in your review, as i use that info for the Awards Ceremony.
