Good morning Star Tours Members,
I have my first School event for the 2018-2019 School Year booked already.
It came in about 2 weeks ago and I have just been waiting for the teacher
to confirm the TIME of the event. Since she hasn't answered my email -
probably due to not being at the school right now to get her email - I wll
go with her initial requested time for the event and if there is a change,
it won't be earlier than listed, it will be a later time. She requested an
event from 6pm to 8pm, with set up at 5pm.
Kisha wants 5 scopes and Mike at her events.
Please log your RSVP now for both of these events:
the Main event date is *Oct 12 2018*
And the Back up date is *Nov 9 2018*

Let me know if you can do these dates. I'm looking for back up scopes in
case someone needs to drop or change their status closer to the date, so if
you can do the event, sign up. You can change your status closer to the
date, if something gets changed in your schedule.
The *deadline* for Sign ups and changes to your RSVP will be *Sept 1st 2018*
