[passtartoursgroup] I need another scope, main scope for Dec 29

I have another scope dropping from Dec 29.
So, as of earlier today, because i haven't looked to see who signed up yet,
we need 2 scopes for Dec 29, a main scope and a back up scope. Go sign up
now so we get that taken care of and I know i have the 4 scopes i need to
do the event.
