Feb 21 Phx Country Day School star party?
I haven't looked yet at who signed up,
but i will give everyone to 1pm today to
get their RSVP in, and then I will be creating the
invoice for this event.
I look forward to including you in the Invoice
so you can be sure to be paid to do this event.

I see only 3 RSVp's on this event so far.
The location to have the event was already picked by
Roger, when he and i did the event at the end of
january. I will forward to the team where to set up,
and Sam, you can confirm with Duane that that is where
he wants his star party.
Park at the top of the hill to block the lights,
and set up at the bottom of the hill in front of the fence.
You can drive down the hill to drop off your equipment
and then move your vehicles up to the top of the hill again. You don't have
to and you shouldn't move your vehicles to the parking spots because you
need them
to block the lights on the buildings from that side, which is North.
After I do the Invoice, i will prepare the aerial map
and then i will send that to Duane as well so that
you can talk to him about it. It worked very well,
and was nice and dark and there are clear skies
over this school, as far as pollution and particulates in
the air, or at least there was the night I did this event. Orion Nebula
Trapezium was super clear.
Let's make this event happen.
