I think I should be doing Oct 16 and Bruce should not, Sam and maybe Bruce
or Rick are the only ones who have said they could give me a ride...if they
are all at the bottom after the 16th then I will not be able to get any
events until I can drive.
I signed up for the Sept. 25 because Sam said he would give me a ride there
if we both got it...I had not signed up for Oct 16 because I thought we
were only supposed to sign up for 1 event at a time. Once I knew we were
supposed to sign up for all events we could possible do, I signed for Oct
16. Since Sam was moved to the Oct 16 event I should be as well...that way
we all get 1 event.

Don is at the top of the list, but at the moment, he isn't driving, so the
idea is that if he can do the event, he will RSVP as Yes. If there is more
than one scope attending, and he can get the attending scope to give him a
lift, he can do the event. Until then, as long as he RSVP's YES for events,
he stays at the top of the list.
Quick reminder: 3 RSVP's of NO moves you to the bottom of the list.
NO RSVP at all, moves you off the list and on to the "NO RSVP Received"
list until you RSVP again, which then puts you at the bottom of the list.
In a previous email i mentioned that if Don wanted to, he could split his
income from an event with who ever drives him to the event (providing an
extra scope at the event - if the event doesn't mind extra attendance). An
example would be, let's say that the Sept 25 Corona Ranch event wants 2
scopes, Don is next on the list, and if the scope after him on the list can
take the event and give him a lift, then both Don and the other scope get
full amount. But if Don can go, and Sam and Bruce are already signed up,
and Sam doesn't mind, he can give a lift to Don, Sam and Don split the one
income, Bruce gets full income, as an example and IF Corona Ranch doesn't
mind an additional scope for no extra cost to them, and if Sam doesn't mind
1/2 income of the original amount. I keep hearing from some of my Star
Tours Team members that $$ doesn't matter. In this case, splitting the
income would help Don out greatly.
Those who are Star Tours and you don't see your name in this list, have
been moved to a new section of the list called "No RSVP received." That
means that you are telling me you are not actively interested in doing an
event right now, but you want to stay on the Star Tours list. And you have
also, through lack of RSVP to the site, declined these three events and
since 3 declines moves you to the bottom of the list, that is where you
are, but on a separate list until you RSVP again and then you are placed at
the bottom of the Rotation List to work your way back up to the top.
The NO RSVP Received list has, in this order, these Star Tour Members:
Kevin
Christine
Storm
Terry D
I have a bunch of events i haven't gotten onto the site yet, so be sure
you are RSVP'ing, even if it is a NO, i need to know you are availble for
future events. The original email of this went out earlier this week and
into the forum thread. Please, always ready all the emails about Star Tour
events so you know what is going on and any changes made. I had to make it
easier and faster for me to figure out who is doing events and this works
well for me.
So, if you want to stay active in Star Tours, an RSVP of "NO" is
required to say to me to keep you on the list in the order you are, until
you have 3 events you have declined, and then you move to the bottom of the
list. But at least you stay on the ACTIVE list. If you don't pop into the
event and RSVP at all, then it is a "NO RSVP Received," and that puts you
in the separate; the list i mention above.
Watch for the next event announcement through email and *EVERYONE in Star
Tours should be RSVP'ing with Yes or NO* to let me know who is availble,
and please do it *by the deadline* so i can get the Invoice out as quick
as possible.
Yes = I can do this event
Yes as BU Scope means you know you aren't next on the list but can be the
BU scope for the event
No = Can't do this event but I want to stay active in Star Tours - Keeps
you in rotation list
Maybe counts as a NO
If a BU Scope is chosen to do the event, it does not move you on the
Rotation List. An example of this is Roger is BU for Marriott event, I gave
him the event, and that means that he takes it as BU Scope and doesn't move
on the Rotation List from his position. BU Scopes are on call and important
to have. If you aren't next on the list but can be a BU Scope, Sign up so
you have a chance to grab an event and not move yourself on the Rotation
List.

and so I really need Sam at that event more than at the Marriott Event.
If i were picking the next in line, Sam would take it, or because this is
short notice, Roger should take the Marriott in my place.
The other event we have coming up that is in question is the Corona Ranch
event on Sept 25, in which we need only 2 scopes, and 3 have signed up.
The Rotation list says Sam, then Bruce, then Kevin an dRoger
For Corona Ranch, Sam, Bruce and Roger have signed up to do it.
Since I need Sam on Oct 16 and Bruce, I'm thinking of giving Marriott to
Roger since he can't do DBG.
This way all three who have signed up for the three events I'm working
on, can equally attend 2 events each.
So,
*Sam and Bruce*, you are doing* DBG Oct 16* please.
Sam, you can be RSVP as i may need to have your run down to DBG and scout
out the area they are holding this event, if my contact can't meet with me
this Saturday to do a walk through.
*Bruce and Roger*, you are doing *Corona Ranch Sept 25*. Bruce, you can
be RSVP. Sam, you will be BU Scope in case something cancels Bruce or Roger
from attending. Thank you.
Roger, hold on for an update about Marriott, i'm asking William his
opinion of us doing 3 events in a row. I know how his plantar fascitis
doesn't feel good after one event and so doing BMC on Thur, Marriott on Fri
and DBG on Saturday isn't going to go over very good on his foot.
I will update you by phone text tonight.
RSVP for the Marriott will change to Roger if he takes the event and I
drop.
Thank you all for RSVP'ing where you could, so i know who is doing what
event.
I'm updating the Rotation list right now. If any of these mentioned
events get canceled, your will be put back in the rotation list in the
order you were before you took that event.
Please note, i have another event coming up on *Sept 29 Sweet 16 party*,
waiting on booking doc, pay will be on the rotation List. Watch for it, one
scope needed in Scottsdale.
Quick reminder, Rotation list is only used for events of a 3 digit amount
or more / scope.
