I updated the rotation list,
looks like 2 scopes never answered if they were available.
Not good... the deadline was yesterday for RSVP.
Am i cancelling this event or sending Sam as the only scope for the event?

I have not seen the booking doc yet, so let me look through my email,
maybe we don't have one.... but in the mean time, RSVP if you can
and want to attend. This is a good paying event.

*Time of event has not been set*, so if the time of the event is a
factor, put your rsvp as *Maybe*, i will take it as a Yes when figuring
out who can do the event, but confirm the time of the event once I have the
booking doc. If you can then still do the event with the set time, you will
be included in the rotation list.
Reminder, I am NOT in town this night. William and Terri are not an option
for this event. And it IS the PAS meeting.

I know you are out of town right now. For this event, I am not phone
texting anyone... but you ARE in town for this event, so if you can get
back to me with your RSVP, that would be awesome. If you can not get back
to me about this event, no worries. Due to you being out of town, you are
*exempt
from having to RSVP* during your out of country trip.
Everyone has a deadline of end of day *Sunday Feb 9* to get your RSVP in
the calendar, please.
