More than likely the star is a vanity star and is only "registered" on the
site which sold the naming rights.

telescopes, to do an event at Wild Horse Pass in Chandler on Apr 2.
I sent her an email with the pricing, suggesting 2 telescopes, and asking

The Star is named Aveanna. I couldn't find it in a google search, so I
would guess it isn't registered yet.
I will update you as i find out what she wants to do and how, but I
thought I'd send this out so that if you would like to do this event, you
can keep in mind it will require that you do some research and find the
star Aveanna, and show it this night.
The good thing about Apr 2 is there is no moon in the sky.
Sunset is about 6:50pm
Dark is 8:20pm
Mars is visible (assuming nothing in the way)
at about 7:15pm and sets about 9:25pm
and Orion Nebula is visible about 7:30pm
and is up past 10pm.
When i get the coordinates, i'll send them out,
and then I will have Signups as soon as the booking
doc is in my hands. The stipulation will be that
one of the 2 telescopes needs to be able to find this
star. Or if it is not visible, maybe it's below the horizon
at the time of this event, then we can just send
the requested number of scopes to do this event.
Watch for another announcement, and the coordinates of the star Aveanna.
