PASS will have a table at this event. Are any other PASS members available
to help me with our table?

The Andrew Heiskell Library will be hosting a Technology, Culture, and
Community Fair for People who are Blind, Visually Impaired or Disabled on
Saturday
October 18th, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Andrew Heiskell Library. Join us as we
turn our library into a hub for representatives from the great cultural
institutions,
sports programs, technology vendors, and community organizations NYC has to offer. Everyone is welcome, but the focus of the fair will be accessibility
for people who are blind, visually impaired or otherwise disabled. Attend
showcase sessions about accessible culture and technology; hear NYPL's Job
Search
Central give career help, try out assistive technology for reading,
communicating, learning, and surfing the web; meet our team of peer
technology coaches
and set up a free appointment. Organizations represented include Lincoln
Center, The Rubin Museum, The Museum of Modern Art, The Metropolitan Museum
of
Art, The Guggenheim Museum, Google, Apex, Adaptive Climbing Group, Touch
Graphics, Abisee, C-Tech, Orcam, Vis-ability, Eye-Assist, ICanConnect,
Lighthouse
Guild International, The Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities, New
York State Commission for the Blind, Independence Science, NFB, Baruch
CCVIP,
