I looked into that and unless you have credentials from the convention you
are not allowed in the reserved area the Astronomical League has set up to
observe the eclipse. They wouldn't let me in anyway!
I'm going to observe from my hotel in Casper. I can call Tina but won't be
at a campsite.

The conference ends two days before the total eclipse, but it’s a sure bet
that most of the attendees will be staying those extra days, and will very
likely be congregated near that hotel for the event. She should find all
the help and information she needs from any of them.

Any PAS members going to Casper for the total eclipse, I talked to the
lady below and she is elderly and would like to meet up with a PAS member
to enjoy the eclipse. She has a campground. She did belong to the Denver
Astronomy Club about 10 years ago, but is thinking of moving to Arizona
and may want to join PAS. Anyway, if anybody is going to Casper you may
want to talk to her to see if you could go to her campground. I believe the
$20 space is in her name but you might be able to arrange to drive in with
