Good morning PAS Members,
I'm preparing for the MEMBER APPRECIATION Night of Apr 26 2018. I need your
vote to make this event a success.
Take a moment to look at the attached PDF.
Criteria to be included in this vote:
Must have been a member in 2017 and then renewed your
membership in 2018.
Here's what I'm asking for...
*Choose 3 *current PAS Members to win the Member Appreciation Certificate
and be appreciated in photos (hopefully).
Mark your vote on the page, or just email me back with the names of the 3
members you wish to win. You can vote for anyone on this page. Yes, that
means if you really feel you deserve a vote, you can vote for yourself, but
I prefer you do not. The choice is yours.
After you pick 3 PAS Members, please include *3 reasons for each member you
chose* as to why you chose each of those three members. I wish to use your
words in the Certificate I'm making to award to the Member who wins. You
can include more than three reasons, but I only request 3 reasons. I will
include all reasons given in their certificate.
Examples:
1) This member has supported the club at many public outreach events.
2) This member has been of great help at Telescope Workshops.
The most voted member will get awarded.
Then, after I know who is the winner, I will create their certificate and
find all the photos i can, that have been taken through the years, to show
at the Appreciation Party.
I will accept your vote on the attached PDF Page, and / or through email.
If you have lengthy reasons for choosing a certain member, send it by email
please.
Your deadline to vote is Friday Apr 13 by end of day.
Please vote. And anyone listed on the attached voting page, may also put
their vote in... so if you, your spouse and your *Active in the Club *Kids
have been to events in 2017, and they are listed on this list, they may put
their vote in as well.
So, here's a suggestion... if your spouse or kids are voting and they don't
have separate emails to send me their vote individually (and they are
listed on this voting page), then you can email me their votes with your
votes. Just mark who voted for whom. Only I will see the incoming votes.
Example:
Bruce can include Bette & Ed's votes in his email, and their reasons for
voting for those PAS Members. Bette & Ed do not have email addresses of
their own.
I await your votes. Please do not be late getting them back to me as I need
to get the certificates made if we are going to have them on time to give
them at the Member Appreciation Night.

Attached: Voting Page - I did leave room on the page to put your 3 reasons
next to the Members' name, if you wish to just return the page after you
print it, vote on it, and then scan it to email it back to me.
Also, since the deadline is Friday, to get this voting page back to me, IF
we have the PVCC BMC star party on Thursday and you want to stay anonymous,
you can print, vote and hand deliver the page to me. I will be at PVCC BMC.
The Deadline to RSVP to attend the Member Appreciation party is *RSVP must
be received below by Sunday Apr 22*
