Here's what i see as the itinerary thus far:
POI Anderson Mesa Observatory tours 10 am.
Afterwards we go to Meteor Crater for an early afternoon tour.
That evening we will tour Lowell Observatory and try to look through the 24
inch refractor weather permitting.
We can meet you 9:30 to 10am at Anderson mesa.
Question: Which activity has the limited attendance?
My parents and Bruce may wish to attend the 2 activites that do not have a
limited number of attendees.

We will want to leave the Valley around 7 am in a convoy, carpool, or just meet
up there. We can
perhaps stop for a quick breakfast in Flagstaff and begin the NPOI Anderson
Mesa Observatory tours 10 am. Afterwards we go to Meteor Crater for an early
afternoon tour. That evening we will tour Lowell Observatory and try to look
through the 24 inch refractor weather permitting.Howard arranged the Anderson
Mesa NPOI tour and
Howard has arrange for reduced pricing in the evening by donating several free
Lowell passes to our PAS members. I will get us a reduced rate at Meteor Crater
assuming we still have such a large number in our group.
