passed first, and then do Bob's memories?
I think we should keep it separate, so i"m making the list of who wants to
do what on Thursday, in that fashion.

Let me know who you are doing a mini presentation for, and i need to know
if you need use of the projector. If you are only talking about Bob or
Jerry, no photos, or videos, then that is awesome, as well, but let me
know. Thanks.

I'm sorry to put a sooner deadline on your photo submissions of Bob and
Jerry for the Memorial party on Thursday, but i was informed by William he
wants 2 days to put it together, so that would be Tuesday and Wednesday
night, to have it ready for Thursday's party. So, if you have any photos of
Jerry Belcher, or Bob Senzer, send them over for me to include in the
"Celebration of Life" slide show.
Here's the Agenda for Thursday May 14.
Arrive 7pm. Pizza is being served 7:30 for those who can't make it
there by 7pm. All i need to know is who is attending. I'm not taking
specific pizza orders. And I'm ordering 2 slices per person, so take your
first 2 slices, then go back for additional slices after everyone has had a
chance to grab pizza.
Bring a snack to share, as a filler, in case 2 slices of your kind of
pizza isn't enough to fill you.
Bring your own drink if a case of bottled water isn't what you had in
mind.
While we eat, we will watch photos of Bob and Jerry.
Then, about 8:15 or so, we will open up the room to additional
presentations by members with the topic of Bob or Jerry, with or without
the use of the projector, so that everyone has a chance to share what great
PAS Members these two fine gentlemen were.
We will also be setting up, collecting, for the donation to a charity
having to do with Math and Science, in Bob Senzer's name, we are doing this
as a club, so Mike is collecting the funds in check or cash, and please get
a receipt so we know how much we have collected in donations to this cause.
The pizza is being provided by PAS. No fee for PAS Members and invited
guests who knew Bob or Jerry.
Please feel free to donate to the snack fund, and everything collected
this night in the snack fund will go towards the purchase of the pizza.
So, send over your photos today and up to NOON tomorrow, so i can
collect them, organize them, and get them ready for William to assemble
into a slide show. It will not be a power point presentation, but rather
just a collection of slides, but they are well worth enjoying together!!!
Alex has a brief presentation he has put together.
If you want to be on the list to share about Bob, I need to know, and
tell me how long you estimate your presentation will be. Many thanks. If
you only have a few words to say, then tell me your presentation is "under
5 minutes."
