Just as I hung up the phone with William it started to rain. Lasted less than
five minutes then fell apart. No wonder Phoenix was greyed out from here, I was
looking through the rain. Looks clear over P hoenix n ow. These are popup
storms, hard to predict. It could rain elsewhere and stir up the wind and dust
everywhere.
