The Virtual Star Party III gets underway at 9:30 p.m. Central On Tuesday August
18th!
Astronomers and astrophotographers from the Northern and Southern hemisphere
are coming together live to share imaging and their love of the night sky with
you.
Attendance is free to the public through the Internet.
Our astronomers are gathered from across the globe with keynote speaker, comet
discoverer, and author David H. Levy. Astrophotographers Rodrigo Zelada of
North Optics in Chile, and Cesar Brollo of Optical Saracco in Argentina
Experience live imaging, spectacular talks, art, and poetry. While you do not
have to be an Explore Alliance Member to watch the Star Party, we are offering
members the chance to win valuable door prizes. We will test your knowledge and
if you are the first to get the answer right, you can win! Join Explore
Alliance and become a member.
