Good afternoon PAS members,
I just got notice that the Flagstaff Star Party, for which several PAS
members love to attend, will be conflicting with PAS's Night Sky Training
Session.
I need to pin down who i have availble to help me at the NSTS and who
wishes to go to Flagstaff for the Star Party so that I know i have enough
attendance to help at the NSTS.

Please pop on over to the NSTS and RSVP Yes if you can help at the NSTS and
what you'd like to provide, or NO and mark your reason why, especially if
you are going to be at the Flag Star Party. That would be of great help to
me.
If you are attending the NSTS as a student, please include the Make and
Model of your telescope you are using that night, as well as the number in
your party.
If you are attending as a Telescope Teacher, please provide the assistance
you plan for the NSTS.
If you are not at either event, you can just label it as "NO" for your RSVP
and "Not at either event."
This really helps me in planning the events. We might be cancelling the
NSTS if we don't have enough teachers to attend, so RSVP now so I can
decide what we are doing with the NSTS. Your attendance could keep this
event happening.
