Alex I looked at 4 am with my 10x42 binos and all I saw was a small dot, no
coma or tail. It was above the end of scorpion tail. Do you think that was it?

I think I saw the AM comet (252P/LINEAR) at about 4:30 this morning just above
the “stinger” in Scorpius. I’ll know for sure tomorrow morning when I confirm
that what I saw moved.

I found it in 8x42 binoculars. Best time is about an hour before sunrise.
