Good morning PAS Members,
I have the following members attending the Awards Ceremony tomorrow and i
want to be sure I have eveyrone's pizza order.
I'm basing the pizza order on last year's order, and providing 3 slices of
Sardella's pizza per person to start, and once eveyrone has taken their 3
pieces, the rest is up for grabs.

So, that's 12 attending PAS Members.
If everyone gets 3 slices that's 3 x 12 = 36 slices needed.
Sardella's cuts their large pizza into 8 slices
and so if we need 36 slices, and it's 8 per pizza, that's about
4 pizzas,
however, i know some of the members prefer certain kinds of pizzas, so
let's make the list that way...
William and Bruce like *Pepperoni and Jalepeno* - 1 pizza
Mike, Sam, Bette, Ed prefer *Hawaiian* - 2 pizzas
I had a request from Paul for an all veggie pizza - i'm ordering *Green
Pepper and Onion* - 1 pizza
And I think i will do *double Cheese* for me - 1 pizza
And one *Pepperoni & Sausag*e for those who can't make up their mind.
That's a total of 6 pizzas and 48 slices, should take care
of even the hungriest attendee of this event.
I will give you till 2pm to change this order.
Then I am letting Sardella's know of the order so i don't drop it on them
tomorrow before the event.
If you didn't RSVP by now, you are probably not attending.
I'm sorry the rest of you will not be joining us for this party!
I have the trophies, and NSN Pins ready for the event.
Just waiting on the Certificates to be printed.
Remember, bring a poster to decorate the walls
of the room.
A movie or documentary on DVD would be nice, if you want to share and there
is time to do so. If no DVD's come for this purpose, we can socialize and
enjoy more pizza instead and call it an early night.
Will this work for everyone?
Does anyone need anything other than what is listed?
Anyone receiving an award and not attending this party will be given their
award over the next few months when we meet up at an event.
Keep in mind that by not attending, you might not get the attendees to
Cheer you on for your accomplishments.
