Good morning PAS Members,
Normally I'm not in my email on Sunday's, however, I need to make sure
eveyrone knows about the Awards Ceremony that is coming up* this Thursday
in LS-203* at PVCC Main Campus.
Also, *you NEED to RSVP.* If you do not RSVP by the day before the event,
that's this Wednesday, I will have to ask you NOT to enjoy the provided
pizza at the party. PAS is paying for the pizza. Any funds donated to the
Snack Fun for that pizza, for that day, will go into the PAS account to
help pay for the pizza. Donations are voluntary. The pizza ordered will be
based on 3 pieces per attending PAS Member, and i will try to order what
everyone seems to like on their pizza. I'm basing the order on what was
ordered last year.
Here is the planned list of pizzas begin brought to our party this year. If
you don't see your pizza on the list, you best let me know about it by
tomorrow night, Monday, as I'm planning to call in and prepare for the
pizza order on Tuesday morning and then pick it up on the way to the Party
on Thursday. So, let me know if you don't see a pizza you prefer, but the
idea is to get at least one pizza everyone will eat. And if you don't care
what pizza I order, then that's even better and easier for me.
I'm ordering (haven't decided how many pizzas of each, yet) - sticking to 2
topping pizzas:
Pepperoni & extra Cheese
Hawaiian
Pepperoni & Jalapenos
Sausage & extra cheese
Sausage & Mushroom
pepperoni & mushroom
Pepperoni & Sausage
Last year we ordered 7 pies for 21 attendees.
It was about $130 for the order
Sardellas cuts their pizzas into 10 slices, i will figure that those 10
slices feeds 3 people, so if we have 21 people attending, then i need to
order 7 pizzas.
This year, thus far, we have* 9 in attendance* for sure
and the one Maybe, needs to be a YES, or you aren't eating pizza at this
party! Come on PAS Members, work with me, please.

This is a party to celebrate a Member of our club, to congratulate those
who have done a great job for the year promoting PAS. Plus there's free
Pizza,
and if you can't EAT the pizza, bring your own food, but let me know you
are bring your own food so that I don't be count you in the pizza order.
I'd like to see more Star Tours members attend, as most of them have awards
to be received.
I need the officers to attend.
