Am thinking perhaps y'all should do a longer ride this PM and I'll
just show at the P. Got worked by Zack this AM - always a good thing
but not necessarily ideal prep for an evening ride. Saw my chiro
yesterday and she did an amazing job but warned against doing too much
too soon.
