[panels] flight arena info

Here's a question I recently received, that I'm answering on the new mailing
list:

Mike,
I've obtained the ring PCBs and parts and am ready to assemble the rings.
Although it looks pretty straight-forward, you had offered to send a
detailed photo.  Could you do this so that I minimize mistakes?

The photos are attached. Remember that for the top of the flight arena, the
board is used only for mechanical, not electrical purposes. To be safe, I
have just cut all of the lines connecting to the make headers using a Dremel
- you might notice there are small white lines of the top PCB.
