Hello Again Pack 163, It's time for our annual "Scouting for Food", this
weekend March 12th. At this time of year our local food bank is running very
low. Every year the Cub Scouts attach a food bag to each door knob in the
Bethesda School District for residents to donate non perishable foods. The
following weekend March 19th the Boy Scouts pick up the food to be sorted and
donated. This is a very important service our Scouts do for the community, and
those in need. Full participation is our goal. I would like to thank all the
parents at the Winter Jamboree for rolling, rubber banding, sorting and creating
the maps to make this possible.
