I am quite tired of hearing the chief pentagon propagandist being referred to
as "Admiral". John Kirby spent all but a tiny part of his career in the Navy as
a "restricted line" officer with a Public Affairs designator, something the
general public has no clue about. They think he is some sort of warrior, when
he really is nothing but a professional spin doctor.
