I think Estela is with me on this. I am almost a salt free house. The only
time I use salt is when I am doing a good steak. Also, that recipe for Cajon
seasoning looks good but I have no problem buying Tony Chachere's seasoning.
Also, when I was in Memphis I was going to re-stock my favorite marinate -
Wickers. Found out they are now in the Winn-Dixie stores here in Florida and I
can just buy a couple of bottles any time I need them. They are attempting to
get in Publix which is the major chain in Florida. I have no problem shopping
Walmart for my standard items. Publix for a step up, fancy items and
Winn-Dixie is in the middle. Hal
