I just saw that the have plantains on sale at grocery store.
I know there’s different things you can do with green vs ripe ones…
I’ve sliced medium ones into rings, and kinda smooshed them on a hot griddle
and those were good, but I know little about them.
Anyone out there have a fav way to use them?
